I'm gonna try to make a long story short. The woman cashier on Saturday 06/07/25 Around 12 noon was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was two lines, I went to the right one where she was supposedly taking orders, when I got to her, I stood there for a good minute, she never acknowledged or said anything. Subsequently , she rudely said this line is closed, you need to order in the next line. I didn't say anything, instead I just waited for the other customer to finish, I looked at her and glanced over to her register, she then proceeded to yell and scold me, "I told you this line is closed. I'm doing training and watching a video on how to do my job. You need to go over there!" She yelled at me as if I was her child, she added I saw you looking (with an angry face) go order over there. I'm training!! I was completely shocked and upset. First of all, how am I supposed to know the line was closed and that she was busy training ??? Even the customer in back of me, looked at me shocked of how rude she was. Secondly, there are ways to communicate to your customers and the public in an educated and polite way. Truly unacceptable attitude and behavior towards me. But don't worry, I found a Wawa nearby, I'll be taking my business and money there where I'm respected and treated properly as a customer. read more

One of the few places that's 24/7 in Hialeah. Believe me, there aren't that many. This Dunkin' Donuts, or DD, has never let me and my friends down. Throughout the years, come times of avoiding going home, of trying to find something open in the middle of the night, of just wanting a bite to eat at a random time, DD has been there for us. Now, this location compared to others seems small layout wise. There are probably five or six tables inside and that's that. It also seems that whenever I've gone, there is little to no business, but hey, maybe I've just been going at odd hours and fortunately missing the rush. If not, then I have no idea how this has managed to stay open. Parking is shared with a variety of businesses. This is in a shopping plaza, after all. As far as the staff goes, efficient and mostly Spanish speakers. Nothing that really screams anything extraordinary and thus a five-star review. How do you screw up one coffee order?! Lol I asked for a small hot hazelnut And a croissant on my way to work and they managed to screw up such a simple order. I ordered a hot hazelnut with extra cream and no sugar. They have me extra cream and extra sugar which I was not able to drink at all when I reached work. Been coming to this DD for over 10 years, the food is good and their drinks are also good. It can get crowded Saturday and Sunday mornings.

This is literally the worst Dunkin I have ever been to after remaking my coffee three times they still managed to mess it up the cashier was really nice but that's about it I don't understand what is so hard about making coffee I used to work here and it's literally not that hard to follow the instructions that you are given every time my coffee came out with no sticker I understand the machine is broken but that is exactly why mistakes happen I asked for a latte and was given an iced coffee the first time thank God I know the difference. At 2:00am in the morning I went by this Dunkin' Donuts ordered and paid for two boxes of coffee paid for I paid for the coffee. And advise the gentleman who wrote it on the back of the receipt that he had been paid with my name and phone number that I will be picking it up at 7 to 730 that very morning. Hi knowing that I would not make it there at least till 7:30 or later I was right I did not make it until 7:45am. Show me arriving at 7:4515 minutes after what I requested the coffee to be ready, The two boxes of coffee were not ready how strange is that I pay for something it was paid money changed hands and all I requested wait for them to be made filled and ready so I just come in and show my receipt and leave was it no they were not ready I had to wait another 15 minutes left that store at eight in the morning. Somehow she didn't get a copy of the receipt she was advised that yes wish I'm picking up two boxes but somehow I didn't pay for them this is disgusting totally disgusting why would I go at two in the freaking morning to pay for coffee if it's not going to be ready that's what upsets me upsets upsets me the most. First they want our business when you give them the business and ask for simple instructions when you already paid for something not that I say a I want this and I'll pay when I pick them up no they were paid for. Even thou they seem to be very busy at all times, the girls here actually remember the regular customers preference of their drinks, their usual taste in items ordered. My second home! (since i'm always studying) and this is my favorite coffee. The donuts are always fresh(I am a witness) and the staff is very attentive. I am gonna say however, it is very noisy and there is always loud music on but I just take my earphones and get into my bubble. The woman working over night is named Odalys, I wish every worker could be like her, very attentive, very polite, great personality. This Dunkin donuts sucks! I always make the mistake of driving directly to that one because it's the closest but the one on East is the one I like. Every time I hear about their new donuts I go to get them and they never have! And when you ask when will they be done and if it's possible to wait they tell me "it's gonna take a long time.."
