Always out of donuts i had tried to go there many time and they are always out. They also get your orders wrong all the time.

Never have anything there always out of donuts do not recommend this place if they do have stuff they get your order wrong or under cook it

So I worked at this Dunkin location for about a year, until I quit/got fired a few months ago and I will say this, from a working perspective the atmosphere and coworkers were the best part of the job hands down, some of which I became good friends with and still do talk to. And made the worst parts of this job worth the tolerance. I also think the weekly pay is nice in an environment were weekly pay is becoming increasingly sparse. And tips are a benefit too, since not a lot of places have tips. However, my biggest greviance with this location and others I have heard is the management, this place ever since I want to say July-August 2022 has been starved for consistent management that can't keep a GM for more than 2 months, and the GMs themselves have either struggled keeping the place afloat or have been terrible in how they treat their staff, and that's only when they've been GMs from other locations such as Crossville as temporary GMs, like firing a coworker for a condition or a disability. And the upper management is just as incompetent, they don't seem to really hire GMs who know what they are doing if they can't be consistent for more than two months. The worst case was having two managers from a Crossville location who were absolutely awful! And from what I hear they have a new GM from the same store! The older workers also have their hours cutdown a lot, which seems to be occurring. When I worked there I always found it annoying I had to change how to do prep stuff. As far as service goes it has its ups and downs. I absolutely recommend not blaming the workers/staff as they are really cool people, the overall products Dunkin offers is also of quality, I LOVE it! I would recommend pretty much anything they have to offer. I would give it a 1 star in terms of quality, but tbh I can't, it was my first job as far as Coffee/Fast Food goes and the Coworkers were great, for the overall experience, especially someone starting out despite its hardships its a good starting job, but not one for consistency and the upper management is a total joke! read more

The past five times I have been there, they have made my drink correctly 2 times. They are very inconsistent. Also the last time I went there they gave me someone else's drink. read more

This is THE slowest Dunkin I've ever been in. I used the App to order ahead, five minutes before arriving. So far, I've been waiting 20 minutes, for a large hot blueberry coffee. Nothing special. This is the second time this has happened at this location. This will be my last visit to this location. read more

One trip was enough for me! The manager, who would not give me her name (red hair, natural), has to be the absolute rudest individual I have had the misfortune of being subjected to in a retail setting! Not only did she attempt to send me out without the complete order I had PAID for, she then proceeded to CUSS under her breath about me having the audacity to expect reimbursement for the missing goods. Last time I checked, taking payment for goods and services not rendered falls into the category of theft. Downright inadequate manager and shameful that this is the type of employee in charge of training and "leading" others. read more

Oct 31 2022. Terrible Service, ordered 2 cups of coffee cream and sugar and the coffee was barely lukewarm, staff walking around like they have nothing to do and yet people are waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a simple order of donuts or coffee. Absolutely do not go to this place unless you want to suffer customer service hell and coffee disgust. Do to this bad experience and the one prior at a Dunkin' Donuts in Rocky mount NC I probably will never go to Dunkin' Donuts ever again. If you want great customer service and great coffee just go to Starbucks. The extra money is worth the extra attention to quality and detail. read more

You know what a year ago I may have given this place 1 star like any other Karen out there but I was wrong. Putting up with angry customers all day and managing to keep it together. I've never been disappointed in my orders and more than happy to wait a bit for my caffeinated beverage. Heck sometimes they even look worried when they have to tell you something has run out. Sad. Pick something else and move on with your day or make it yourself. Looking forward to my next coffee here. read more

Service was great and we got our drinks on time! Store was clean and the employees were helpful with our questions.

Ive waited a little while to put a review just to see if it was just an off chance that my service was bad, but its consistent. No one acknowledges anyone is waiting, mobile orders get ignored, the food is often stale or undercooked, the drinks are sub-par. The employees openly complain about customers and other staff members with in ear shot of customers. The bathrooms are usually either running low or out of tp. The whole store just seems so rushed and confused. I think a customer service and multi-tasking retraining is needed. Ive worked customer service in every role possible since 2011 and thats why i was hoping this store was just having a bad day that day , but its painfully obvious this place only gets business because its one of only three places close by to get breakfast food and coffee. read more

One star only because I couldn't give less. The only donut place I've ever been that doesn't have donuts. Always out of everything. And if they do have anything, which is a pipe dream, they tell you they have two donuts left and you say ok, it's not the donuts you get when you open the box. I mean who does know the difference between a plain donut and a blueberry donut. So don't plan on Dunkin any donuts, save your self a disappointment and run over to Kroger and grab some hostess in a bag. read more

I visited this Dunkin' Donuts on the way back from my Nashville signing with my sister and niece. Bobby F. was the cashier. We had some questions and he answered all of them patiently and was very friendly. He knows what customer service is all about. My sis couldn't make up her mind on her donut choice and he was so patient. I got a silicone thermos here and I LOVE it. It holds my huge bulletproof coffee I make every morning and keeps it warm for hours. The only complaint we had was that the drinks were SO overpoweringly sweet. Now, I know Americans love the sugar, and so I think that may be my preference. I, admittedly, do not eat a lot of sugar and use xylitol for sweet. I'm sure the drinks were standard, but I could drink more than half my samoa-flavoured coffee and my niece could drink her Mocha Swirl frozen drink. But, like I said...our preferences. The customer service was over the top and the restaurant was clean and inviting. The staff were phenomenal and that means a lot when you're traveling. I would stop in at this shop again any time and just ask for my drink half sweet ;) read more

The employees at the Harriman,Tn. Dunkin Donuts are very rude. They will never make the donuts if they are out of the kind we want. They need to learn some manners. We called to see if they could have the donuts ready (the kind we like) cause we was in a hurry but they were out of them. Really?? It's just 7:00PM.
