Laughable how bad our experience was at this Dunkin Donuts that we didn't end up ordering anything - skip this location and keep on driving

Worst Dunkin donuts EVER! They ALWAYS get our order wrong, workers (including managers) are ALWAYS rude and the bagels/donuts are usually stale! Such a shame because normally I love Dunkin :( I hope more of them open up in this area that way this store has some competition! Maybe then they will get their act together! read more

I am a Dunkin' junkie. I love Dunkin', however this location is terrible. It's rare that my coffee order is correct. That's par for the course with most Dunkin' shops tho. However, at this location the employees are rude and act like you're bothering them when placing an order. They also have multiple signs that say they close at 4. I get it, it's hard to find workers, and I am appreciative of those who show up to work, but when I roll up to the drive thru at 3:37pm and someone comes over the speaker and says "we closed" I get a bit frustrated. It's so disappointing because it's the closest Dunkin to my house, but it's just not worth it. read more

They don't listen. The drinks are never made properly. On top of that, customer service is lacking.

The owner of this Dunkin Donuts should absolutely be ashamed of themselves, and the folks they have hired to represent their Company. One speed Janaya E. should not be on the main counter. Janaya should also learn how to greet a customer, and to politely use her manners. I now know why you have a 2.5 rating. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't get this under control. Actually, the rating dropped to 2 after this post. On top of this...we ordered two coffees and 25 munchkins, and as I watched Janaya put the munchkins in the box, I noticed that she was just grabbing handfuls and not counting which I thought was odd. During our ride, my wife and I had a guessing game going on as to how many munchkins were actually in the box. Remember, I only ordered 25...well, there were 45 in the box. So on top of the poor service, they're careless with the Company's money. Great opportunity for someone local looking for an entry level management position to turn this place around. read more

The staff is INCREDIBLY rude here and the food is not good. They made us feel as if we were burdening them with our order when we were being as friendly as possible. Don't waste your time or money on this location, just keep driving. Extremely disappointed as I just moved from California to South Carolina. This is the WORST Dunkin' Donuts I've been to in my life! I am a native to Asheville and I visit those local DD's quite often and have had wonderful experiences every single time! This DD is very poorly ran, I was waiting in line for about 20 minutes. Then I ordered and watched the ladies in the back, walk slowly and watched my sandwich sit out on the cutting board for about 7 minutes. These women were not professional, were not clean at all! Nastiest kitchen, food all over the floor. When I got my sandwich, there was no egg on it, instead they replaced it with another English muffin piece. And it was cold. Went in to get it fixed, and no one apologized, or seemed bothered by their mistake. Everyone makes them, I work in customer service like that, and I still don't act in the way these employees did. This place was awful. The website says it opens at 6am but at 5 after 6 on July 4, 2021 two employees came out the front door and told my husband they wouldn't open for ten minutes. They then crossed the parking lot and had a cigarette. When finished they walked back to the front door. When we tried to enter they blocked us and told us the lobby wouldn't open until 8. Don't waste your time here. If you want Dunkins go to the one just over the GA line at exit 109. Pleasant employees and service with a smile! read more

Twice we stopped here. Both times were one star service. Both times the bagels were hard and chewy. Thought I would lose my jaw trying to chew them. The first time I could only eat 1/2 the bagel. The second time I couldn't even eat one bite. Almost lost my front teeth trying to chew it off. It wasn't toasted. The butter was heavily plopped on one side only - not even melted. The second time the bagel was also burnt! I threw it out without eating it. The second visit they forgot my order and I had to remind them I was still waiting. Service and attention were phenomenal. Never seen a more efficiently run establishment. As usual, the Dunkin Donuts menu is slated towards the breakfast crowd, but they do it well. I had the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich and it was well prepared and tasty. If you are on the road north of Savannah, you are in good hands with this Dunkin Donuts. read more

I have only been here once, so not my normal "go to". I decided to stop by and spoil my coworkers with some donuts. They had an o.k. veriety to choose from, staff was attentive, when I placed my order and said I wanted a 1/2 dozen, one staff member go a box and the other over heard me place an order for some coffee and got it started. "Team work makes the dream work" is what my co-worker says, and this Place demonstrated that. Not sure if it was a one time thing or if they are always like this, but I will have to check it out again one day. read more

I am beyond disappointed in Dunkin. I guess when they dropped donuts from their name they decided to lower the quality of the baked goods. It's ironic that a chain known for and formerly named Donuts has decided to go el cheap and use oil instead of butter. Yuck! The coffee is still great, though. read more

I've never been to a slower Dunkin'...it's not the worker's faults- they're just severely understaffed. The woman at the cash register was doing her best and stayed positive despite many angry customers. However, they need more than one person working there in the morning. I have been to a lot of bad dunkins and this one is at the top. The lady who took my order wasn't listening to a word I said and when i got to the window I had to repeat my order for the fifth time. The only reason I'm giving t 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the boy at the drive thru window. He was clueless, but at least he tried and was friendly. read more

I ordered a Chicken Bacon on a Croissant before getting on the road to Charlotte and found that it was burned and tasted old, almost like they took a patty that was cooked before and just reheated it. I was very disappointed when I called back and the phone went unanswered. Did not want to give them a bad review but this was just horrible. read more

If they would relocate that Dunkin somewhere else besides Hardeeville, because we all know no one lives in Hardeeville, they live in the surrounding area, they would have employees, they would be more consistent with the drinks and sandwiches if they had a one training employee for all of the stations to train the employees correctly, so they don't mess up it would literally make everyone's day easier, and that's from the guest to employees. I tried to make it better which I did, but the employees that I had got better job offer's. As my mom would always say and I say to this day " money talks, BS walks " and that is the gods honest truth. I was the old manager from 01/2021-09/2021 at Hardeeville. Running with 3 employees in DT is difficult, there's 4 stations in DT as it is. It was really rough on all of us, and it really hurt that I couldn't keep my guest happy, or my employees, or upper management. I did my best and I moved like the wind, even tho I'm a chubby guy. I just want to let everyone know that we all did our best to please you. We were ran ragged from doing doing double-triple shifts, because why? That was my job, it was my job to make sure that we had everything y'all needed, and I put my blood, sweat and literal tears from crying and working from 5am- 4am because the baker didn't show up, or night shift didn't show up. Even tho I didn't get paid for working 100-120 hours a week, I still did it, it's what I signed up for. I will tell you this, I was the most self sufficient GM out of all the South Carolina stores, and I forgot about that as well, I'm traveling to help other managers and train them on what they don't know, and need to know. Upper Management was doing their best, but it wasn't good enough. I'm literally struggling to make it to work on time because of my lack of sleep, rest, self care, etc. when I got covid and got demoted for everything I just explained, I worked 5 more days and my mentality couldn't take it anymore, so I did a call no show. My mental state was very fragile after working like a dog and then getting demoted. One thing I will say that, I trained Bryanna like the boss she is. I do miss it, but I would have to be in upper management and they would have to pay me like $70,000-$90,000 annually. It's not worth dealing what I dealt with for $35,000 annually, plus I've been with Dunkin on and off for 8-9 years, and I've been a DM for subway for 1.5 yrs, and with subway for 4 yrs. They should pay by experience, and what you know. But I'm done ranting, but until they actually train their manager's, and employees their going to keep failing, and being inconsistent. They need to have manager classes again, it helped me through a lot. Don't give up on Dunkin yet, it's not the people that work there now, it's upper management and owners.. keep that in mind! I have stopped at this location several times. I don't know how this place stays open. Their sign says they open at 5 AM. I come by close to 6 AM. Often their lights are off, the drive thru has an automated announcement stating they are now closed everyday, and half the time they cannot serve sandwiches because their ovens are not on. read more

Stopped in while traveling I-95 for coffee and a bathroom break. The line was so long inside, we ended up getting back in the drive through line for coffee. Had to wait 10 minutes in line for a cup of coffee. Super slow service. Skip this location if at all possible. read more

Stopped here for yet another road trip. It was early....around 7:00 a.m. We we're the only ones in line. We ordered & got some pretty decent service. Not bad & not the greatest. My only complaint is that they put my breakfast sandwich in the microwave too long! So you know how that goes.....a lot of my sandwich was super hot & then it quickly harden. In need of coffee and bathroom break while traveling north on I-95 and saw the sign for DD at exit 8. The bathroom was clean, a pleasant surprise. The manager (Ralph) greeted us at counter and offered Southern hospitality, very friendly. Coffee was hot, flavorful and donuts were fresh. When leaving Ralph expressed his appreciation for our stopping and wished us safe travels. Nice touch. Would stop here again. read more

Stopped by on a day trip. Went through the drive thru to speed things up. Besides taking 5 minutes to go through with no line parts of our order was missing. When we let the lady who was working the window know she responds with "Oh, I didn't take the order." instead of trying to help us. Skip this location if you can. I am from Philly, and the coffee here is not cutting it, and especially the service. My dad and I pulled through the drive through at approximately 9:55 and pulled out of there at 10:10. That is ridiculous. The woman in front of us had gotten the wrong order and they had to remake it, and then they messed it up again!! We ordered a chicken biscuit and two coffees with hash browns. Well the hash browns tasted freezer burnt and the biscuit was molded. I don't know who in their right mind would keep this Dunkin open, but it is sad and unfortunate. We were driving from FL to NC, and stopped here on December 27, 2016. There is only one private bathroom for women. The line was long. The line was also long to order. We waited 20 minutes. When we got to the top of the line, we asked for an everything bagel with sausage, egg, and cheese. Genara was our cashier. She immediately informed us there were only plain bagels. I said that's a management issue. Genara replied, "No, it was the same thing yesterday...only plain bagels." I said, "That's a management issue if you are out of inventory for 2 days." I then asked to have my plain bagel toasted with butter. Genara let me know they had no butter or margarine. Genara appeared to exchange words with about every other customer. Do yourself a favor, save yourself from being completely annoyed and go to McDonald's next door. I will never go here again. read more

Horrible experience. The girls behind the counter worked so slow and inefficiently. The line was out the door when there were two registers available and a ton of workers. Only one register was being used and the girl behind that one did not know what she was doing. They were out of wraps which is a big part of the menu and the worker checking us out typed in our order incorrectly and we ended up not even getting all that we ordered. Would not recommend this location to anyone. To make matters worse!! The men's bathroom was broken and smelled horrible. They didn't even have an out of order sign!!! read more

We were traveling to Bluffton and stopped here to get a carry out breakfast order. When we got to our house one of the breakfast items was missing. I called and spoke to the manager, Ralph, who should get an A+ for customer service. He apologized and told me when I came in again that breakfast would be on him. When we left again we stopped for breakfast and did receive a free breakfast but more importantly the manager thanked us for giving DD another opportunity to serve us - Wow! Came at 6 in the evening to hardly any donuts and I asked if they could make some and they straight up said NO! How are you a donut place with hardley any donuts but reduced bran muffins and then refuse to make more ? Plenty other times I've stopped by in the evenings with the same problem and they refused to make more . One time I came by and the manager was there , she said they make fresh donuts all the time , all the way up to close . That was the only time I got good donuts . Tandy wrote this was the worst Dunkin ever, but the worst is in Statesboro, Ga. where they water down the coffee and charge extra for flavors. But this one is a real close second. I quit going there after seeing employees eating right off the racks and having to experience extreme rudeness and incompetence.
