Consistently terrible. The drinks are never made correctly. The kitchen is never open and when it is, 'sub-par" would be a compliment. The staff is never friendly and are always rude and offensive. Save yourself from disappointment and don't even bother ordering from here. If it's a sweetened raspberry tea, you'll get it without sweetener and raspberry. If it's food then kitchen is closed. Horrible service, horrible coffee every time I go. I gave it one more shot today because it's a convenient location from my house. I was the only one in the drive thru, I ordered, paid at the first window, and then was asked to pull up to the second window. After 5 minutes and watching someone behind me pay and get their coffee at the first window I tried yelling hello through the drive thru window multiple times before parking and walking inside. I have been visiting the drive thru of this location for more than a few months now. I have a hard time thinking of a visit where there was not an issue. I am not from the area but I am here weekly or biweekly for a doctor's appointment. Drive thru service is slow. The same coffee drink I get at other locations tastes different here. I always have to clarify what I ordered when I get to the window. They never seem to know what my order consists of and twice they handed me the wrong drink so I had to speak up. In June I sat in line for an egg white bowl only to get to the second window and be told they were out of that item. I sat in line for nothing. The straw that broke the camel's back was my visit in early July and my visit this past Friday 7.19.19 around 10:15am, The early July visit I ordered a power breakfast sandwich. The flatbread rounds were ice cold and tasted like they had barely defrosted. The inner ingredients were barely warm and the cheese was not melted at all. Not one part of it melted due to no heat. I have posted a pic of what I unwrapped while still in the lot pulling out on 7.19.19. It was a half applied sandwich top on a lukewarm sandwich. I had to get to work so I had no time to go back in and show them. Also, they just made this for me so they thought it was acceptable to serve. The lot was empty and drive thru had two cars in it. This was not assembled due to a rush of business. I opted to write to corporate. I will no longer be visiting this Dunkin. I will give the bagel shop in downtown Hammonton my business. This location is in desperate need of training for food quality and organization. I can say that the persons you interact with are pleasant and professional. read more

Review for Dunkin Folsom August 7th 12pm Pros: - the Store looks clean :) - my drink was made right :) Cons: - the staff isn't welcoming. There's no friendly vibe in the atmosphere. It feels cold and distant. - The blinds for the windows were down and made the place feel gloomy on a sunny day. Dunkin has always been an okay ish corporation. My husband and I stopped today for a quick coffee and bagel. Staff seems confused. Handed a med coffee with loose lid. Coffee spilled all over my hand hot! Said lid was kit on but what was wrong was cup was crushed on top. Lid did not fit had to hold all the way home getting burnt. Bagels were two bottoms together two tops together one should have been toasted not. Horrible. Learn to do your job right. read more

So disappointing when your starving for your morning coffee and it's messed up. On multiple occasions my coffee has been so bad I can't even drink it . This morning I also decided to get a breakfast SANDWHICH , and got this . Note , this is how it was handed to me and it was cold. This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts near Hammonton since the White Horse Pike location can't make my order right. This location is by far the best and hopefully they continue to impress me. I have had come to this location since last year or earlier this year and they haven't failed me. Keep up the great job and continue to impress and surprise me. Although last visit was a bit slow with the new employee there and I was the only person in the drive way and only one person in the store (not ordering). It took approximately five to ten minutes waiting on the second window after I paid for two beverages. I understand their clock is ticking but they shouldn't have taken long to bring it to me. This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They mess up my simple iced coffee order everyday I come, but since there is no other dunkin in the area I gave multiple chances. Yesterday I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and they put no cream at all. Today, I asked for the same thing and specifically told them they messed up my order yesterday. We were heading to Wildwood and stopped for a quick bite. Amanda P. Was working the drive through. She was kind, courteous, pleasant and was awesome with her upsizing skills.
