Zero stars place sucks staff is rude and wouldn't take our order they just stared at us and served the drive thru instead

Terrible service, takes my order doesn't tell me till after I pay with my mobile app that they are out of what I ordered. Then didn't give me the amount back. Along with a really bad attitude. Not to mention the ordeal it became to get my money back. Never that location again.. don't waste your time or money. read more

Zero stars! Place is awful waited forever after paid for donut and coffee finally coffee came after long wait time and left without donut couldn't wAit any longer - staff only cared about drive thru took order for the people inside and let receipts sit and went and served cars at window and took more orders and fulfilled all while we waited inside and had poor service- two people working inside nothing but complaining about "I can't do this" working with only 2 people it's awful as a customer to hear nothing but complaining from the staff about having to work busy and we said we're leaving they said ok no offer of refund etc didn't even care enough to turn around and look at us and apologize read more

Consistently terrible. The drinks are never made correctly. The kitchen is never open and when it is, 'sub-par" would be a compliment. The staff is never friendly and are always rude and offensive. Save yourself from disappointment and don't even bother ordering from here. If it's a sweetened raspberry tea, you'll get it without sweetener and raspberry. If it's food then kitchen is closed. And the staff couldn't care less. read more

Horrible service, horrible coffee every time I go. I gave it one more shot today because it's a convenient location from my house. I was the only one in the drive thru, I ordered, paid at the first window, and then was asked to pull up to the second window. After 5 minutes and watching someone behind me pay and get their coffee at the first window I tried yelling hello through the drive thru window multiple times before parking and walking inside. No apology just blank stares. They completely forgot about me and no apologies. read more

I have been visiting the drive thru of this location for more than a few months now. I have a hard time thinking of a visit where there was not an issue. I am not from the area but I am here weekly or biweekly for a doctor's appointment. Drive thru service is slow. The same coffee drink I get at other locations tastes different here. I always have to clarify what I ordered when I get to the window. They never seem to know what my order consists of and twice they handed me the wrong drink so I had to speak up. In June I sat in line for an egg white bowl only to get to the second window and be told they were out of that item. I sat in line for nothing. The straw that broke the camel's back was my visit in early July and my visit this past Friday 7.19.19 around 10:15am, The early July visit I ordered a power breakfast sandwich. The flatbread rounds were ice cold and tasted like they had barely defrosted. The inner ingredients were barely warm and the cheese was not melted at all. Not one part of it melted due to no heat. I have posted a pic of what I unwrapped while still in the lot pulling out on 7.19.19. It was a half applied sandwich top on a lukewarm sandwich. I had to get to work so I had no time to go back in and show them. Also, they just made this for me so they thought it was acceptable to serve. The lot was empty and drive thru had two cars in it. This was not assembled due to a rush of business. I opted to write to corporate. I will no longer be visiting this Dunkin. I will give the bagel shop in downtown Hammonton my business. This location is in desperate need of training for food quality and organization. I can say that the persons you interact with are pleasant and professional. read more

Dunkin' - Luke warm sandwich with ripped, incomplete top. This is exactly how it appeared when I unwrapped it while still in the lot. - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hammonton, New Jersey

I wish i can give 0 stars.. i've been a loyal customer for about a month and it seem fine but as i started coming more times it started to get worse!! me and my fiancé would go there to get coffee and breakfast or donuts. sometimes we didn't even got 1 donut if we ordered 2 donuts!! i usually do a web order because it's supposed to be FASTER!! but today it wasn't i order 2 coffees at 10:51am waited for 30 freaking mins with a 9 month old freaking out in the backseat!! like what the hell people!! i used to work in the food industry and we always did the web orders first!! after waiting for 30 freaking mins i left without my coffees!! this is honestly ridiculous!! i'm wouldn't be returning to this location ever!!! i've already contacted corporate about this location! read more

Review for Dunkin Folsom August 7th 12pm Pros: - the Store looks clean :) - my drink was made right :) Cons: - the staff isn't welcoming. There's no friendly vibe in the atmosphere. It feels cold and distant. - The blinds for the windows were down and made the place feel gloomy on a sunny day. Dunkin has always been an okay ish corporation. What makes or breaks the experience is how you (the customer) feel when you go there. When someone says hi as you walk through the door or say have a good day as you leave. Two simple acts that can make or break your experience and mine has been broken. read more

My husband and I stopped today for a quick coffee and bagel. Staff seems confused. Handed a med coffee with loose lid. Coffee spilled all over my hand hot! Said lid was kit on but what was wrong was cup was crushed on top. Lid did not fit had to hold all the way home getting burnt. Bagels were two bottoms together two tops together one should have been toasted not. Horrible. Learn to do your job right. read more

Had to update this review because it's only gotten worse. Wish I could leave no stars.

So disappointing when your starving for your morning coffee and it's messed up. On multiple occasions my coffee has been so bad I can't even drink it . This morning I also decided to get a breakfast SANDWHICH , and got this . Note , this is how it was handed to me and it was cold. So I paid 10$ for some new expensive sandwhich AND a coffee that is not good . Not going back here again . read more

Dunkin' - I ordered the power breakfast sandwich and got little wrap things ?????? - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Hammonton, New Jersey

Well I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with a iced coffee... I got a bagel and cream cheese....again. Again.

Rude staff!! A short lady was rude from the start by saying "what do you want?" Unprofessional and this Dunkin should double check to see who they are hiring! read more

It should be brought to the staffs attention they shouldn't speak openly while a customer is waiting for a beverage with the drive thru window open. Especially about bathroom/hygiene related topics. read more

I get so disappointed every time I come to this Dunkin. They never have anything that's on their menu for months at the time. I don't want to always here sorry for the inconvenience because now it is a regular occurrence. Close down build a Starbucks ! read more

This place is always out of things even first thing in the morning! Drive thru is extremely slow. Has so much potential being in such a good spot but always seems to disappoint read more

This is my favorite Dunkin' Donuts near Hammonton since the White Horse Pike location can't make my order right. This location is by far the best and hopefully they continue to impress me. I have had come to this location since last year or earlier this year and they haven't failed me. Keep up the great job and continue to impress and surprise me. Although last visit was a bit slow with the new employee there and I was the only person in the drive way and only one person in the store (not ordering). It took approximately five to ten minutes waiting on the second window after I paid for two beverages. I understand their clock is ticking but they shouldn't have taken long to bring it to me. Other than that I was satisfied with my order. read more

This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been too. They mess up my simple iced coffee order everyday I come, but since there is no other dunkin in the area I gave multiple chances. Yesterday I asked for a caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar and they put no cream at all. Today, I asked for the same thing and specifically told them they messed up my order yesterday. When I arrive home my girlfriend tells me that the coffee tastes like iced tea so I try it, and it does. Don't waste your money on this place service is terrible. read more

We were heading to Wildwood and stopped for a quick bite. Amanda P. Was working the drive through. She was kind, courteous, pleasant and was awesome with her upsizing skills. We ended up with two bacon, egg and cheese on sesame bagels, hashbrowns and LARGE coffee coolatas as they were not much more than the large plus with large you would receive one of the chances for the sip, spin, peel promo going on now. She made ordering a great experience. So when going through Folsom/Hammonton stop by DD and say hi to Amanda P. read more
