He was such a nice guy who poured his heart into his business and let us sample as many different flavors as we wanted. Each sample had its own artful presentation. After many chocolate flavored cakes, we decided on the cappuccino mousse cake; three tiers of chocolate cake, layered with cappuccino mousse and cinnamon whipped cream, then frosted with chocolate butter cream. It was DIVINE! For the top layer, which I will have on November 8, 2015, it was the chocolate devastation flavor. As an added bonus, Frank provided the white roses on top of my cake.
