1 star review is too high for the management team at the Andrew Johnson highway in Greeneville location. Zero respect for customers. They refuse to communicate with dissatisfied customers. I don't normally leave bad reviews places, but this morning I went to Dunkin for a latte and when I got it, not only was is not full but it was also lacking espresso entirely... it was entirely milk and syrup. I avoid this one entirely. I would rather drive all the way into Jonesborough than right up the road to this DD. The donuts are always crusty and stale. They lack a variety of the donuts at all shifts/times of day. The customer service is lacking. I overheard the manager making lewd sexual comments and getting barely inches from his female staff. Not to mention the drive thru cannot hear your order on the speaker! The coffee is never made correctly as it is at other DD. Needs new management and better standards!!!! read more

While this Dunkin' is usually very good, if you're thinking of ordering through UBEREats, think again. Uber fails to provide contact information for the order and the drivers fail to contact the buyer when menu items are not available. Also, the last order I received from them was missing the drink and the driver said "It didn't have a drink." I called the store and was given excuses before an apology. I suggested to them to switch their delivery service to DoorDash, a much more reliable service (at least here in Greeneville, TN). Sorely disappointed with the entire mess. read more

This is probably one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. Ordered on app ahead of time got there still waited 10 minutes, when I did get my order it was wrong. I ordered a hot coffee, and they gave me an iced coffee. I told them that it was supposed to be a hot coffee, and they took it back. 5 minutes later got my sandwich and coffee, however when I left realize that the coffee they gave me was cold. The employees look like they had no Direction and no efficiency. This is the second time I've been to this location, the first time was even worse. Something has to be done about this location. Worst Dunkin experience ever. The lady at the drive thru screamed at me through the microphone. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. One sausage biscuit and a bacon muffin. They gave us the biscuit with bacon and I told them they messed it up. They then proceeded to ask for the sandwich back, swapped out the bacon for sausage and handed the charred biscuit back to us. I also ordered a frozen coffee, which came to me as a large iced coffee. They let me keep both coffees. My hash browns I ordered came out to me as 3 little discs in a bag. Do not go to this Dunkin. Updated my review from last of a 5 Star. I'm a regular here. They can't seem to keep people here at this Dunkin. Revolving door of associates/ workers seems like. If your use to other dunkin's say jonesborough one don't be surprised if you get something different. I usually get a ice coffee mocha flavoring , extra sugar and turbo shot, I've gotten coffee and ice no flavoring sugar nothing, gotten vanilla bean ordered a large and got a small. Dunkin' Donuts in Greeneville TN is the worst!!!!!!!!!Super S L O W!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the Dunkin brand of coffee and doughnuts just not this location. I frequent several Dunkin Doughnuts, Morristown, Jonesborough, Kingsport, and even Charlotte NC. This is the slowest I have ever been too and I go here about 2-3 times a week. The taste of the iced coffee varies but I'm pretty sure that happens with all of their locations. I'm okay with gambling it because there's like an 80% chance it's good and a 20% chance it's lacking sweetner/watered down. The drive thru can get congested but that's only in the mornings. If you time it right (usually 7am or 9am; before the rush starts and after the rush is over) there's usually no line. read more

I LOVE DD! But this location is bothersome to say the least.. I don't know what they were thinking when they hired the Indian Female at this stores location, but they need to rethink their decision. The problem isn't her nationality, it's her stupidity.. I asked her for a French Vanilla Iced Coffee and she told me they were out and offered me Carmel instead, which is fine, but when I asked her "what other kinds do you have other than Carmel", she looked me dead in the face and said, "CARMEL." Like? So I thought to myself, "maybe she just didn't hear me, so I'll ask again". So I repeated myself to her once more, "what other kinds do you have other than Carmel?" And she looked at me dead in the face once more and said "I don't know." and walked over to the syrups and picked up each one to read them..... My family and I are DD obsessed. There is no telling how many times and how much we reload our Dunkin card in a year. That is why I am so upset that our local store has gone down hill and hit bottom hard. We used to live stopping in it driving thru. The staff was amazingly friendly and the coffee was hot and fresh. Our last time in, about a week ago, was awful. The staff were surly at best and we ended up with old cold coffee that got tossed. My wife called the corporate office. They were very engaging and offered a five dollar coupon. That's good but the problem is the store I liked has failed. Hopefully management will show some form of concern and work on the problems. I am not writing this to be contacted or compensated. Managers can't fix what they don't know. So now you do. Fix it. read more

Love Dunkin Donuts, but this place should be avoided. It is dingy and they are often low on stock with donuts. Once I saw ants crawling all over the donuts and the employee seemed to care less. On that visit the floor was flooded with water. On another visit the machine was broke to make coffee. It seems like every visit to this location it is in poor condition. I went in this morning working out of town and placed a to-go order on my mobile app and they had accidentally gave my order to the lady right before me. They were VERY quick to restart my order and get me in and out. I was very satisfied with my service and the customer experience! The manager was very friendly and actually made my drink himself. I grew up on dunkin donuts. I was so excited to see one open in Greeneville. But this one did not live up to its reputation. The donut was so stale, I could bang it against the table and it made a hard knocking noise. It was like eating drywall. Whatever happened to getting up early and making fresh donuts?
