I WILL not go to this dunkin as an 18 year old female because of the creepy, uncomfortable comments the men working the drive through register say. every. single. time. i come through to get a simple coffee i leave feeling creeped out. It's clear that im a teen and he opens the window saying hey gorgeous and when i hand the money to pay he suggests he keeps the rest of my change, it's very odd every single time and i am not the only girl who deals w this, my cousins also avoid going here bc of it. Worst experience at a Dunkin. I waited 15 minutes for the 8 people behind the counter figure out the woman's order in front of me. Then they couldn't get my order right. Forgot a donut and couldn't figure out the three ingredients for a coffee with cream and sugar. There was just one car in drive through and the family in front of me and it took 25 minutes and things wrong. Then got nasty with me when I complained about how 8 people can't get orders done right and fast. Owner should spend more time fixing this crew. TERRIBLE! this dunkin donuts has to be the worst dunkin i have ever been to. their "light and sweet" is basically black. you have to ask for extra light and sweet to get the normal light and sweet. they ALWAYS either burn your food or its still cold. this coffee was poured right in front of me, so he just made it, and thats how it looked... that's supposed to be the frozen coffee... im sorry but i ordered a frozen coffee NOT half frozen half melted. and their employees? nothing but attitude!!!! please its worth driving a little extra to the wantage location, that one is so much better!! read more

Okay so I get probably anywhere from 20 to $30 worth of stuff every morning and a large iced coffee okay every time I go there I still have my empty cup of Dunkin' Donuts in my cup holder from the day before so sometimes I ask them if I don't have the garbage in my car the bag I say can you throw this away from me one or two people sometimes say yes but if it's in the afternoon and the managers there he be like no we don't take it with you know like a rude voice okay I get it you don't want to take it even though you can be polite and throw it away for me I do spend enough money at your store so why don't you be like every other Dunkin' Donuts after you go through the drive-through window there is a Dunkin' Donuts Garbage Pail that extends out to your window that you can throw your garbage away from the day before well the other Dunkin' Donuts drive-thru's have it why not here you have a beautiful nice store why wouldn't you have this one simple thing that would stop and help your customers and make them come back because now I'm rethinking going there which that's a $30 a day customer that you're losing because I'll go to a different Dunkin' Donuts that I can throw my garbage out from the day before if you're not going to have the garbage can then be considerate and every once in awhile when I asked if you could throw my cup away it is a Dunkin Donuts cup so yeah sure no problem but you don't so something to think on these little things is what lets the good customer is keep coming back and this is how you keep that money going I know my $30 ain't nothing to you but it adds up read more

We ordered five hot chocolates through the drive-through as a way to finish off our day of skiing. All five of the hot chocolates were horrible and watered down. The people were nice, the building facility looked nice, and I can't speak for their other drinks or foods, but can I comment on the hot chocolates we ordered and were very disappointed with. read more

By far the worst DD I have ever visited. I waited 4 minutes at the ordering microphone and ordered a simple large iced, decaf with caramel swirl flavoring and two cream. NOT REALLY DIFFICULT..RIGHT! I get to the window a few minutes later and I am asked "what do you want"? I thought I already answered that question a few minutes earlier. So I asked "what do you mean?" sort of confused as to the genesis of the question. "What do you want to order". I responded "didn't I just place that order?" Expecting a reply along the lines of "would you please confirm what you ordered, we're having some problems"...instead I get "what do you want?" a second time. Well, now recognizing that they are in total disarray, I repeat my order.."large iced decaf with caramel swirl & two cream". A minute later I am offered a medium sized iced coffee...at which point I indicate that it is the wrong size...whereby I am told "that's what you ordered" in a very NASTY tone of voice. To which I reply "NO I DIDN'T". moments later I get the right sized order, but not the right amount of caramel or cream. At this point I give up and leave. This crew on Tuesday, August 4, 2020 was incompetent, rude and totally disorganized. Not to mention they, along with their sister store in Wantage, are the highest priced DD's within a 10 mile radius. I believe they are owned by the same franchisee. The workers are not very friendly and whenever I order an iced tea it ALWAYS tastes like old Stale coffee. The bacon on my bacon topped advocate toast was cold and barely cooked and the hash browns were cold and smushed together into a big clump. WOW - If I could only give less than a 1 star - I WOULD! The owner is rude, nasty and treats his employees like idiots. He yells at customers and his employees. I have heard him on 2 occasions call his employees "stupid" and "idiots". I have only been here 3 times and 3 out of 3, the order was wrong or I'd have to repeat it several times. The last time I visited, (Feb 17, 2017), I saw the owner wet his thumb and finger with his saliva, then pull out a fresh coffee filter and proceeded to make coffee - right in front of me! You might want to consider hiring new workers for the 5am shift..... went there this morning like most sundays and the workers were sitting against the window and saw me drive in. Staff is generally great and always knows exactly what I want when they see me, although, they constantly run out of important supplies, i.e. straws, medium cups, etc. This makes it hard to get a medium iced coffee and be able to drink it on the go. read more

Not sure why I tried it again but it will definitely be my last. Food is always burnt. The coffee is the most inconsistent that you will ever find but to top it off they make you wait and are extremely rude. I am not a picky person by any means but they are consistently horrible. I had an awful experience at this Dunkin Doughnuts. I must have been having a hard time understanding the manager through the speaker outside the place after I ordered a regular coffee, he kept asking me if I want "Hot" coffee. So I pulled up to the window and he kept asking me if I wanted my coffee "Hot" again and and he acted like he was angry like I did something wrong. I will never forget my experience there, I was treated like crap, and I will let people know about his attitude. I've never had a good experience since I moved here. Drinks always taste like ass, orders always wrong, and I've been sexually harassed by an employee numerous times so I stopped going. I go to the dunkin in wanaque and my experience is always great. It's 12pm so I gave this location another try for the first time in months since it's closer to my house. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 drinks and both were inedible. We went back and the guy was very rude and told us he couldn't do anything he said he didn't know how to work the register and didn't even offer us to remake our drinks (didn't want it anyway but that'd be the professional thing to do). He also said very aggravated "I gave you what you ordered" meanwhile my boyfriends dunkachino was pure white it was all milk. He then said I can't help you with anything come back tomorrow morning and tell the manager. This location and everyone working here SUCKS. shouldn't even be in business anymore, no one I know has had 1 decent experience here. read more
