Me and my boyfriend always come late at night, and the overnight shift is my absolute favorite! James is the nicest cashier/ food maker ever. He's incredibly fast and friendly and knows how to keep the quick chek clean and in tact. Teresa who makes the food makes the most delicious sandwiches and gets it done fast! I also love John we always find ourself in line having a great convo we crack jokes and and it's very a friendly environment. Sometimes they are out of some of my favorite items but i don't care because i love the service me and my boyfriend have received. also quick chek rewards is amazing you get lots of free things, you get 5 dollars off, free sandwiches once you rack up your rewards. free fountain drinks etc!! I stopped for fuel this evening. I was turned away ( asked to leave ) due to the fact that I had an unlit cigar in my hand. The young man pointed to the no smoking sign. I was going to explain to him that I oftentimes chew on a unlit cigar but decided to take my business elsewhere. It seemed like he and his coworker had other more important things to do. read more

First of all let me tell you the manager Robert that's there during the day gives me and my friends and attitude every day he shouldn't be dealing with customer service he doesn't know how to deal with people worst manager ever now the female manager that's there during the day is amazing very sweet she's friendly and she'll help you with anything but Robert is a miserable man and his social skills with people is absolutely terrible and he should be fired and me and all my military friends refuse to go there because of him when he's not there we go there all the time but he is terrible and Sonny is amazing she does more work there she should be a manager or at least the supervisor because she is one of the best workers there and Teresa at night is amazing she makes amazing sandwiches there's a black girl that used to be there that left but now she's back terrible all she does is sit there and talk all day instead of working one of the worst workers there but the manager at night and Teresa amazing I think his name is Tim so and because of the girl that works there that came back we don't go there when she's there and we don't go there when Robert's there because he is terrible you need to get rid of those two and then this quick check would be pretty good but if I can give a zero Stars I would because of them but there are other good workers on other shifts and that's the night shift but I can name at least 30 people that don't go there because they don't want to deal with Robert or that girl that makes sandwiches and I'm sure it'll go up more because he is just miserable so that's my review anybody that really wants to get good service and a good sandwich go at night or go to a different quick check read more

I have been coming here for years. I have had no complaint until today. After my mother and I paid for our items, we realized we didn't have singles for the instant ticket machine. So I go back in line and the cashier, whom I've never seen before was very rude and denied me of getting change until a customer paid in cash. After 3-4 customers pay with card I asked her if there were anyway she could open her draw just to give me 5 singles. She still continued to deny me and was willing to make me wait until a customer paid in cash. What if I were waiting there for a half hour or longer just for a few singles. We ended up just leaving at that point. She handled the situation inappropriately and definitely had poor customer service skills. I am not sure if I will shop here again. read more

Absolutely horrible and rude service! The entire time I waited for food the lady made fun of my order and cursed "whoever ordered it"! She also yelled at her manager using vulgar language and very loud. If she worked for me, she'd be fired immediately. Don't go unless you expect unnecessary remarks about your order. This business is pretty good . Never had any issue that was major , if any issue ever occurred management took care of it. Immediately . Generally friendly. Always quick at the pumps and the coffee area is well stocked and clean. Same goes for the whole store. The people are nice, but not winning any speed or charm awards. It always seems that they're busy with something else behind the counter when I want to pay my $2.02 for my large coffee. If they had those self-pay registers like they do in the rest of the area stores, I wouldn't need to bother them, they could get done whatever it is they're doing, and I could probably be out of there even faster. read more

Sometimes the gas pumper guys take a long time to pump your gas or take the pump out of your car. I wouldn't mind but it happens almost always on my way to work. read more
