I was introduced to this gift shop in the pharmacy and fell in absolute awe of all the fabulous , unique, beautiful gifts, jewelry, candles, cards and clothing, yes, clothing!!!! Very retro, chic and you can tell a lot of thought was put into bringing them into the shop. Displays are wonderful, beautiful! You want a gift different, special, not from the usual mall gifts, again, go to this gift boutique in North church Pharmacy!!!! You won't leave empty handed or unwrapped, for any occasion, present date, its Christmas!!! You'll feel it the minute you walk in the door. Amy, the Manger, is wonderful and so kind! One BIG downside though... the hours right around when customers might pop in after work (6-7ish) they always seem to have someone going around the store with a floor polishing machine. It's loud, it puts out terrible smelling exhaust fumes and the operators often DONT CARE who's in the way as they push it down the aisle paying more attention to their phone than where they're going. The other day the person even pushed it down my checkout aisle WHILE I WAS CHECKING OUT! I'm done with Weis, this never happens anywhere else.

I look at clean syringes as being similar to condoms. If someone wants to use drugs nothing is going to stop them as with sexual intercourse. To deny one the means to do so safely and responsibly because of personal beliefs is plain unprofessional and detrimental to the person's health and the public's safety. When I asked politely for a pack of syringes at this location I was given a nasty attitude and was lied to straight to my face. The pharmacist walked over to where the syringes were, looked down at the full box (which I could clearly see), and told me "sorry we're all out." Still being polite I asked her if she could possibly direct me to a location that could help me out and might have some in stock, to which she nastily replied "nope, sorry, looks like you're out of luck." Fortunately I knew from experience that the Rite Aids in Paterson NJ would sell them without all the BS, but it was a huge inconvenience having to take the hour drive out there when I could have gotten them right there in Hamburg. Overall I'm disappointed and disgusted with this locations customer service.

At this point it's funny! It's like the driver purposely drops it off somewhere else. If we didn't have Covid, we would go drive around the neighborhood looking for our package like the last two times. Now I have to wait 48 hours to see if my refund is accepted. CVS Oakridge pharmacy on Berkshire Valley road has the worst pharmacy people running it. Very…read morerude,short, cut customers off when talking on the phone or in person. It use to be a great pharmacy several years ago but the people they hire & keep should not be in customer service positions let alone pharmacy. Today I called left voicemail now that CVS no longer picks up the phone & makes you wait for call backs. I mentioned on voicemail I received my refills plus a new prescription my doctor never mentioned to me. I don't know why, what it is or what it's for or if I'm allergic to it as there was no prescription slip with it telling me any information. I get a call back I answer the phone bad connection as no one answered after I said hello 5 times so I hung up. They called again same thing no voice on the other end. They never left a voicemail or text. Instead they marked it as they talked to me & handled my concerns when they never once spoke to me. I had to waste time again getting thru there stupid automated to leave another call back. She answered first thing was I could tell she never once listened to the whole voice message as she was combative & kept it up about the label had to be there & someone in my house must of lost it when it's only myself & my husband. She not once brought up my main concern why I was calling to find out what this medicine is what it does or if I might be allergic. Instead after she was being combative she tried ending our call. I told her are you going to let me talk & tell you why I was calling & finishing asking my questions since you never listened to my full voicemail. This is how the pharmacists are at this location. Just like in Spring of this year I was seriously sick for 3 months straight. Another doctor prescribed a cough medicine. I went to CVS asked them if it was a certain color a yellow green as there is a certain one I can't take. I can only do the red or purple one as they are all generic brands. They told me they can't see the color yet they took the main bottle poured into the other so there is no reason with your own two eyes you can't see the color. Then they tell me it's not that color & it will be ok for me so they ran it thru my insurance. I get home to find out it's the one I specifically can't take. I called them immediately they tried rudely denying I asked them that as I was just there. They couldn't take it back they told me as they tagged my insurance & couldn't give me something else as my insurance wouldn't put through another. I called their main office & put a huge complaint in. They said that should have never happened & I shouldn't have had that tagged to my insurance & I shouldn't have been charged for it. They offered me a credit for the meds plus an extra $30 for my inconvenience. They told me I would receive within a few hours never did. I was literally on the phone for over 2 weeks trying to get my credit because Everytime I even talked to someone in their main headquarters they were just as bad as this pharmacy. No one knew their job or knew what the heck they were doing or their policies or how things worked. The sad thing is all the better pharmacies are closing or being bought out by CVS. So this is what we will all someday be stuck with.
