This store is absolute trash! Severely understaffed, leave you on the phone for a very long time and nobody picks up. Up. Absolute garbage that belongs in the dustbin. Walmart across the street does a much better job, with a much smaller staff. They are open later and they are open on Sundays. This piece of trash, useless store is not even open on Sundays. Sundays. Yes, the store is open if you want to buy knick-knacks, but it's the only pharmacy I know that doesn't open the pharmacy counter on a Sunday. Garbage. read more

I was visiting a friend over memorial day weekend and felt a cold coming on. I saw my doctor earlier in the day and she prescribed me a zpac, explained to my doc that I am headed north for the weekend and she called it into this pharmacy. I came in Saturday morning and this place was spotless and smelled clean but not fabulouso fake clean. I went back to the pharmacy department, waited less then 2 minutes and was out the door with my zpac only costing me 4 dollars and change. The positives. They saw me coming in 10 minutes before their closing time, locked the door before I got there, looked at me and walked away. Wow.

I'm a 5'11" disabled woman. I went to use the ladies room and found the door locked. I questioned about the locked door and they explained it was broken. It forced me to use a regular toilet, which is shorter. I knew I would have to struggle to get off the toilet, and did, but I wasn't happy with the urine and dirt on the seat. It actually looked like someone stepped on the urine soaked seat. read more

Happy Thursday my Adventurers! This place is the bomb! Everyone who works here that I've encountered have provided the best service ever. I mean I only stopped in here for chapsticks, but literally at least 2 or 3 people helped me find the best one. Yes I realize it's only chapstick but a girl needs a good one to keep her kisser smooth and soft. Either way not sure why anyone has given this place a 1 star must have been having a terrible day. I can't believe how rude and unprofessional the pharmacy is in Walgreens. My son was scheduled to take his 2nd Covid shot and apparently when I got to the counter I was told it was canceled. I understand the supplies did not come in but a call would have been nice rather then an email confirming the exact appointment that was supposedly canceled. When I asked what would be my next step it was a more go f yourself and figure it out. Any employee behind the pharmacy counter is constantly confused and never has an answer. Extremely disappointing. So you can take the reservation you just can't hold the reservation. read more

We had an absolutely terrible experience at the Franklin NJ location. We checked in early, never given paperwork and waited for our 7yr olds vaccine for over 45 minutes while countless sick customers came in not wearing masks and 2 techs scrambled to keep up with the demand. Another 5 year old little girl behind us was also anxiously waiting for over an hour. When I tried to get someone's attention in the pharmacy to express my concern they had kept young at risk unvaccinated children in an indoor space exposed to so many sick unmasked people coming through, no one would even make eye contact or speak to me. The tech who finally came over had his boxers hanging out over dirty scrubs and said he would do my daughters vaccination. I left to find a cleaner facility in a neighboring town. I would never trust my family's well being with this Walgreens pharmacy, I am horrified at their lack of concern for childrens safety. read more

Let's start by I just moved in the area and I figured I could use the pharmacy here since it's close to my new home and I tried using the pharmacy and pharmacist asking me why I am taking this medicine and telling me I have to fill it where I filled it last time which is an hour away and they need to know why I'm taking this medication and even if they speak to the dr not guaranteed they will fill it. Thanks pharmacist for making me feel worthless and like my insurance which I pay a nice chunk monthly doesn't matter. Made me look like an idiot... must be the way I look or how I am dressed!
