Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower.

It was one of the last stations before Route 287, and that's where I was headed. I saw the sign, confirmed the price, pulled in, shut the engine, popped open my gas cap. The "gentleman" came over to my passenger side window and announced they only had the premium gas. I was definitely not interested in paying an exorbitant price for ultra-something gas. I asked him to please close my gas cap (he was literally 3 feet away). He laughed and said no. I said "what - why won't you just close it?". He called me something that I thankfully didn't understand. I had to get out of my car, walk around the other side to close my gas cap, and by the time I got back into my car, a yellow jacket got in. Meanwhile he was watching from several feet away. This idiot should not be doing anything that has to do with the public. Customer disservice appears to be his life's dream. Don't patronize this station unless you enjoy being treated like crap.

He helped form a diagnosis of what the problem was and I was on my way once we figured out that the gas gage in my car was not functioning. I had simply run out of gas. He charged me a fair price to tow me to the station and I felt it was completely worth it. He later called me to be sure that all was still ok during the remainder of my ride home. I will certainly stand by my recommendation of Jimmy's towing and will certainly keep his number handy should I ever need another tow while in the area.

I easily pulled off of 23 and went into the store, and some big plusses. 1 - There is a PNC bank atm machine inside, as a PNC bank member, that is clutch. 2 - The fridge case had tons of ice cold drinks and lots of variety. 3 - There is a lottery machine. 4 - All of their food is hot and fresh and the people makind the sandwiches follow what is entered on the computer and are detail oriented.
