After bringing my car to what used to be the dealer but is now an automotive repair shop, as Huber's is a little out of the way for me, I was given a laundry list of repairs needed. I brought it to Gary for a second opinion and am so glad I did. He took care of what truly was needed and evaluated all else determining that many of the items were fine. He saved me a lot of money and I'm so grateful for his honesty.

Ugh. Rinsed some more. Turned the selector to WAX. Not working. Went to the attendant (Mr. Black Escalade) and complained. He said "Yeah. The vacuums aren't working either". Really? I spent $5 to hose my car off? Never coming back.

They forgot to reinstall a pressure relief/oil valve, so the engine got no oil circulation and blew. She ended up stranded in the middle of a two-lane road. Brand new vehicle, catastrophic damage -- from an oil change. Even worse was the response: no urgency, no help with the tow, no rental assistance, and no reimbursement for missed work not even an offer to reimburse the god damn oil change that ruined her vehicle . We had to figure everything out ourselves while they dragged their feet. We didn't want to go the legal route we had hoped a business would just make things right but that is far from the case . An oil change should never turn into a blown motor. I wouldn't trust this shop with a lawnmower.

Not much to say. It's a gas station with a convinience store…read more But as the stations go it is probably one of the best ones around. It's been there for quite some time but I've rarely seen a station after a lot of years not to be run down and decrepit. And it's a big prop for the owners. The fuels here are competitively priced for one of the major oil company branded gas stations but the added bonus of available discounts on fuel that can be had by shopping at Price Chopper across the street is an added bonus. This gas station unlike many in the area is open 24 hours and I've availed myself of this particular fact many times.

Deceptive billing practices hidden behind a "family safety" sales pitch…read more I recently brought my 2018 Infinity Q50 here for an agreed-upon $89.00 A/C check. Once they had my car in the shop they pushed an extra $115.00 manual labor charge, claiming they "could not" use a diagnostic scanner port in my car because every electrical component had to be checked individually. I questioned that and was told that the port in my car would not read "broken wires, bad ground or power supply." The upcharge was paid for and I drove home. When I got home i did some research and as I suspected their claim was completely false. A 2018 Infinity HVAC computer instantly generates diagnostic codes like open circuit or short to ground and the power supply. The standard, legal procedure in New Jersey is to plug the scanner in under the initial agreed-upon fee of $89.00 first, pull codes, and then present the findings to the customer to request authorization for further manual labor. Instead they skipped the standard legal procedure to manufacture additional labor hours, completely bypassing required procedure. After contacting the service manager by email and giving them the opportunity to refund the upcharged amount they maintained their position even though their own documentation proves my claim to be true. I am filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey division of Consumer Affairs and initiating a credit card dispute for deceptive upcharging. Watch your paperwork very careully here. They claimed their scanner was of no use onmy car and could not read the required codes to diagnose my A/C correctly. My vehicle uses an entirely computer-controlled electronic variable compressor, meaning their advanced scanners are precisely the tools designed to read these electrical faults. They used their advertised "High-Tech" Certifications to justify a "Bait and switch" price upcharge tactic. They refused my written request for a partial refund in writing. As a senior citizen, I do not like getting taken advantage of and neither should you. Be cautious and be wary of the upselling or upcharging

The technician showed up and removed the tank without even informing me, and the dispatcher called me after the fact to let me know that they no longer serviced cooking propane tanks and that I would need to find another vendor. In the meantime my stove is not usable. Extremely disappointing. I will curse Fairclough Propane with every bite of my cold sandwiches for the next 2 weeks.
