Absolute terrible place with even worse employees. They failed to give my debit card back, and I failed to ask for it back being in a rush. No big deal right? This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and possibly the worst run food establishment I have ever stepped foot in. Place is run by rude teenagers who care more about hanging out with friends and making fun of customers in front of other customers. Donuts are ok I guess nothing superb or anything but a staff member was very rude the last time I was there. I brought a dollar and a few smaller coins with me since that's how much donuts have cost ever since i was a kid. Upon ordering one donut the worker informed me that they are now a $1.69. I told them oh I'm sorry I can't pay for that I had no idea that they cost more money now. Instead of being nice and saying oh no problem or oh yeah it's a new policy not many people are aware of it yet. The worker laughed at me and said everyone knows about it you're stupid. After a rude outburst such as that I asked to please speak to the manager about this absolute jerk's behavior. They said I am the manager and said nothing I can do. Which was a lie by the way, I know someone who used to work for Dunkin and the manager uniforms are different then the standard worker ones. This is no way for employees to treat customers especially about a brand new policy that could have maybe been placed on the door or maybe even been in an advertisement of some sort so that customers specifically ones who do comes there often such as myself would know about this policy. Apparently I was just supposed to have ESP or something so I could read their mind and know. Do not recommend coming here ever. Stay far away from Dunkin Donuts. read more

After reading all the other reviews about this location being out of something, I had went there the following day just to find out they were out of something. I ordered an iced coffee and a sausage breakfast sandwich on croissant. It was 10 AM and they told me they were all out of croissants. Not that it's a big deal to me, I just got it on bagel instead but it sure seems to me this location needs to do a better job on inventory. Also it was national doughnut day and they offered me a free doughnut. Of course I can't turn down a free doughnut. I was confused with the selection of free ones you get so I told them I'd tell them at the window. I paid and they gave me everything. I was waiting to speak to someone about the free doughnut, but they had already decided for me as there was a chocolate doughnut in the bag. I asked them about it and I seemed to have confused them while they confused me, so I ended up just driving off. I'm certainly not making this review about a complaint of a free doughnut, I appreciate the business doing that. It's more about some employee making a speedy decision to get me out of there. I'm writing a long overdue review on this not so fine establishment . I do not have anything bad to say about the staff here technically. Every time I had gone inside the building or through the drive through they were always bright and cheery ( maybe a little too much sometimes for that early in the morning). Either way I have no qualms with the demeanor of the staff, it's the coffee and food that has made by them below average even for a large food chain. I used to go to another DD down the road religiously for years until I switched jobs. The other Dunkin Donuts was busy and they NEVER got my order wrong, in fact they would see me coming in and already have my order started, so I was overjoyed when I realized that there was a DD right down the street from new job! From the first time I went there I noticed little things that were not up to what I thought were company standard. Now first off, I'm not a stickler by any means but there is something that says "I really don't care" when my favorite breakfast item in sloppily put together cheese burned, egg sliding out, literally smashed into the bottom of the bag together with a balled up bunch of napkins. Secondly, I am an avid fan of caffeine products, I drink them daily. I usually enjoy a warm cup of java with no problem no matter how strong. The coffee from this establishment constantly tastes bitter and burned and no amount of splenda and skim milk can mask it. The last and final time I went here was a few months back, I got my usual egg and cheese wake up wrap and it sure was a wake up call! Not only was it burned yet again but this time I had a special treasure embedded in my wrap. I was appalled when I had to pull a long blonde strand of hair OUT OF MY MOUTH! I'm brunette so there is no possible way it could have been mine! Gives me shivers just to think of it. When they are open they are not too bad but they actually left a sign on the drive up window advising they were closed but choose to not leave a notice at the speaker. So the long line we were in was not because they were busy. It was because they were closed and you didn't find that out until you gave up at the speaker and pulled around. This place is a sad reason for a donut shop. They never have enough on hand and as recent as last week on a Friday morning before 9 am, they ran completely out of donuts!!! How do you do that? They also have had signs on the drive up, "CLOSED, trouble with the cash registers" or just been closed with no sign at the drive-up. You now cannot order specific kinds of donuts when going through the drive-thru, they will only give you a dozen miscellaneous donuts unless you go inside to pick out your donuts... Order was wrong again this morning. It has become a joke as to what is broken, not working or what will be wrong with a drive through order. Lattes on the menu, rarely works. Hot fudge sundaes are out of the question because the hot fudge machine is broken. I normally have to drive to Crystal Lake or Barrington to get what I want or get my order correct. Went to get a couple donuts for my kids and our order was screwed up. I didn't check the bag until I got home (it was down-pouring outside so I wasn't thinking about checking). To my surprise, when I called the store in order to let them know of the mix-up and see if I could come and pick up the correct order, they offered to bring it to me! I came here with 6 people and it took about 30 minutes to leave the drive thru. They gave me the wrong receipt, I paid the wrong amount and they gave me all the wrong drinks. This is by far the worst Dunkin location. I come to this location at least 2-3 times a week because it's the closest to my house. A majority of the time I come in mornings or afternoons and never have any issues and the staff is always super friendly. But I've learned once the night shift comes in to not bother trying to order anything that involves being blended because I always get told "the blenders are broken". I'm now forced to drive to other locations at night time just because I know if I go to this location I'm going to get told the same thing I always hear. read more

I looked up this location to see if I should give it another try, maybe it was an off day. After reading the other reviews, I probably won't be back. This morning I went through the drive though and ordered a large coffee extra cream, extra sugar and an order of hash browns. The hash browns had obviously been fried previously and just dropped back in the fryer a second time to heat them up for my order, soggy, but burnt. Over the last year every time I go to your store, your staff always is out of different things. They are always out of certain flavors of ice cream? How can you operate a 31 flavors ice cream store and many times they don't have the most basic flavors, chocolate and/or strawberry, no bananas and my last time there, I ordered a sundae and the young kid was about to put my ice cream in a cup he took off the floor??!!!!! If I didn't say anything, I would of received my order in a dirty cup from the floor that the kid was ready to use!!!
