My drive-thru visit to this Dunkin store was the absolute worst ever. They were not busy, just inattentive, untrained, it literally took 3 people to make 2 simple drinks. My wait was 20 + minutes. This Dunkin Donuts needs to call up the location on SR64 and ask how they make their coffee. I have given this Dunkin so many chances because I know they're new, but I'm honestly done with them. EVERY time I order an iced coffee with cream and sugar they load it up with so much cream and sugar that it's undrinkable. I've even asked for light cream or 1 cream and I still get the same thing. They hardly give you any coffee at all...all you taste is water, cream, and sugar...it's gross. I was excited when this Dunkin opened because it was closer to my house, but now I'd rather go back to driving to the one on 64 because at least I can get an actual coffee there and not sugar water. read more

There were over 5 people working at the store when I went this morning, none of them seemed like they even knew what they were doing. There was a line almost out the door when I left, also a long drive through line that was being attended to poorly. Orders were taken wrong, people were given the wrong orders in the drive thru, and the service was terrible. When I told the woman she made a mistake she instantly copped an attitude and instead of making my drink over she re-blended it until it was the consistency of water (not a blended drink). The service was laughable to be honest and I think a whole new staff is needed!! read more

I went to Dunkin' this morning and like always, I was impressed by the staffs kindness. Dana, the employee that took my order greeted me over the speaker and asked me how I was doing. I ordered a midnight dark coffee and a Boston creme doughnut. It did take a little longer than I expected but overall it was a great experience. All of the employees were wearing their masks properly and the store was very clean from what I could see from the window. I look forward to going back and ordering more coffee. read more

I used to work at a dunkin' donuts in high school- let me tell you that was the most easy job i've ever had. The coffee here is always really off tasting. i don't know what it is or if they're using to many filters to brew the coffee or if they're adding too much water but it's gross. the people are always so rude & interrupting you. read more

I wish u could give thia no stars. When we walked in there were several people behind the counter that was not paying attention to customers trying to look at the donuts. They had no French crullers so I asked for a Boston cream. When I got out to my truck to eat it all of the chocolate was off to the side of it and it looked old so I threw it away. read more

What is wrong with their mgmt.!!!! 4 different time we have been there for their Big and Toasted breakfast sandwich and they are out of the bread!!!! Then 3 times they were out of pumpkin coffee and their Baskin Robbins side has been out of waffle cones many different times and what is sad is the young kids running the place told us he knew they were out and it would take 15 minutes to make more. If he knew it was out why not do your JOB and make them!!! And 4 times they got our order wrong through the drive-up and we didn't know until we left and the line was so backed up we weren't going back again. Its all about Horrible Management!!!!! read more

Was excited this DD opened so close since it also serves ice cream. I went in to get a simple cone with a scoop of chocolate ice cream. The young man told me there wasn't enough left for a scoop (which was obvious from looking at the EMPTY container sitting in the case). I expected him to go in the back and get another container of chocolate - which I'm thinking should have been done earlier, chocolate being a popular flavor . Instead he just stood there wanting me to pick another flavor. I asked if he had more chocolate in the back. He said he did. I had to ask if he could go back and get it, which he did. After waiting 5 minutes, he said it would take another 10 minutes as the ice cream was frozen. I left without any purchase. Poor management. Poor customer service. I will not be back. read more

Just left store in Ellenton to get ice cream all the flavors we wanted were out. The blonde girl stated she was trying to change them I stated everytime we come in there they are out of basic flavors she stated it is not her problem she only get paid to do so much and that is the managers job. Had a Texas Toast Grilled cheese and a chocolate glazed donut. Sandwich was good, the donut had very little glaze. Traffic in and out of there was awful. Consistently, this Dunkin' offers the worst experience possible. Because it's the only coffee available before I jump on the interstate, I get desperate and often give them my business...and when I do, I always kick myself. Just now, I was in the drive through for a full 25 minutes. No joke...7 minutes of it, was me sitting at the window...with my ONE coffee in sight and various staff members in the far background laughing and having conversations. This included the gentleman that I've always assumed to be the owner/manager. He always looks confused and certainly can not manage people or create a culture where customers, quality and staff are valuable. If you NEED coffee, expect to sit in the drive through for at least 20 minutes (even if there is only 1 car ahead of you). And if you go in the inside, expect to be frustrated as you watch a another new group of people (turnaround here seems to be a theme) run in circles, lost. I'd recommend brewing your own at home, as I've begun or simply wait till the new Starbucks opens across the street. read more

Traffic is a nightmare getting into the parking lot. When you get your items nothing is right. Two sandwiches and two drinks. One sandwich was on a bagel instead of a croissant. The iced coffee was extremely watered down. Wife's first drink was so wrong we got another flavor. It was still extremely watered down and not right. Could only drink half of my iced coffee. Wish I would have taken a picture but I got a toasted bagel with butter and it was nearly inedible with the globs of butter they threw on it without spreading. The same with cream cheese bagels which I don't get anymore due to always having that issue. Let's not forget the stale, hard bagel at 9:00 AM. You would think you would receive fresh food since the drive thru line wrapped around the corner and it was the AM but apparently not. I was very happy when they opened a Dunkin Donuts right by my house. Sadly, this is the by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. It is consitantly bad service with even worse food. My wife just came home with what she thought was a double shot, hot coffee with milk. After spending almost $5 she receives a room temperature cup of milk with some coffee flavoring. This place has converted us to Starbucks drinkers. We'd rather go to the outlet mall, walk into Starbucks, and pay more money then ever go back to this Dunkin Donuts again.
