I really try to give this Dunkin' location a fair chance since it's the most convenient one for me, but it consistently disappoints. The lines are always long, and even when you finally get to the counter, it takes forever for them to prepare your order. They frequently run out of donuts--which is pretty ironic for a place with "donuts" in the name. The quality of the coffee is hit or miss. One time I honestly thought they gave me iced tea because it was so watered down. Just last week, my husband picked up a large iced coffee for me, and it was noticeably underfilled--about an inch and a half below the brim. I even asked if he drank it or spilled some, but no, that's just how they handed it to him. To be fair, the employees are always friendly and polite, even when the store seems short-staffed or overwhelmed. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the long waits, inconsistent quality, and frequent shortages. I avoid this location when I can, but it's the closest Dunkin' to me. I placed my mobile order 15 minutes before i got there. I was waiting for over 20 minutes. There's one guy saying i only make food in the back yet my food order was wrong. The person who is supposed to make drinks is also running the register so she's just skipping all the mobile orders and only making orders for the customer coming in. They all purposely weren't making eye contact. The shorter lady with black hair and glasses is just standing there not doing anything. It took some coming in and yelling at them from across the counter for everyone else to start trying to help. The lady with short hair in a black beanie is having an attitude with us asking why we are still standing there when it's because she made our drink orders wrong. This Dunkin Donuts / Baskin Robbins had 2 employees today. The guy serving the ice cream told the customer in front of us that prison was better than this job. He was unable to place 1 scoop on the cone. And pushed his thumb through my cone. He was clearly not ok and cognitively off. He was unable to have a conversation and my friend made him remake my cone as the first one the ice cream fell off and he picked it up and put it back on the cone (no gloves on). I've been through the Drive-thru but usually go inside. The store is clean and seems to have good covid procedures. The donuts and bagels are always fresh and service is with a smile! Finished doing a lil shopping with hubby Monday and we wanted some ice cream. Saw Dunkin-Baskin Robbins and pulled ingot he drive thru. I wanted chocolate ice cream, which they were out of but had chocolate peanut butter ice cream. I ordered that and hubby got strawberry. When the young lady passed us our ice cream cones I was utterly surprised at the small amount of ice cream she placed on the cone. On top of that the ice cream lacked in flavor! I have visited this location twice. The first time a lady and myself were plainly ignored. After a 10 minute wait she became angry and left. I continued to wait to see if the young lady working would ever acknowledge my presence. She eventually did, took my order but acted as if she hated me. I have visted this location three times in the past month. I should have learned after the FIRST time. Today was the worst. The donuts I ordered, my farm animals spit back in my face, the donuts were that bad. When I pulled up to the take out window, I noticed trash on the ground, and red solo cups laying along the shrubs. I brought up the trash on the ground out side to the woman at the take out window, that someone needed to come out there with a broom and clean the trash up out there, She got defensive immediately. For a year me and my daughter hit here every Friday morning for breakfast and everything was perfect ( this is when Mrs. Cheryl was here) now it appears to be a new staff ever week no real leadership observed, you will not receive your order in a timely manner, I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese the three people who ordered after me got their order before I did. DEPLORABLE!!! Went here this morning for a treat. My husband wanted to try the salted caramel cold brew that is being advertised and when we arrived we were told it had been discontinued, even though we saw an ad on Hulu just the night before. Fine. We order an alternate drink plus two breakfast sandwiches. Get home and open it up the sandwiches are completely smushed and when I flip over the croissant my husbands sandwich was completely burned and black on top. See picture below. There is no way that the employee making and bagging the sandwich did not know that that should not be served and that it was burnt. So, the employees knowing out that product in a bag and served it and allowed us to pay full price for an item that was inedible. Great service NOT! This review is based on 3 visits here in less than one week. 1. Drive-thru cashier in 1st visit was rude. Cut me of while I was ordering. 2. On my second visit, service was extremely slow in the drive-thru so I went inside and it wasn't any better. The cashier seemed annoyed & when I requested decaf....guess what she totally ignored my request. She also said they didn't have caramel (how do you not have caramel....this is a coffee shop, right?). So I had to ask the guy who was making it to make sure it was decaf.
