They're almost always out of certain food items and instead of marking that food item is out on the website, or calling you and asking if you want to change your order, they just put a note in the bag saying: "Sorry, we're out." I don't want a note for breakfast or lunch. They need to be better stocked and they need to mark online which items they're out of or call and ask you if you want something else so you're not left hungry with just a note for your meal. I've worked food service, these are basic things you should be doing. No idea how this place has a high rating.

Order inside, and it's delivered with a smile when ready. The outside patio is embraced by a low white picket fence adding charm and demarcation to the space.
