I just left this location so extremely confused. I'll be driving straight to starbucks after having to throw my drink out. I made a stop to pick up breakfast and coffee for a coworker and I. I ordered one large coffee cream and sugar and then a seasonal Peppermint mocha they had advertisements for in the window. I received two coffees, the only difference is one had peppermint syrup. When I brought up the mistake kindly, no effort was made to correct it so instead of bothering to argue with the cashier I threw it out and left. I didn't have the time to deal with it. As someone who travels a lot for work and other personal reasons, for whatever reason the only consistent cup of coffee I can ever count on.. even if there are mistakes, is starbucks. At least they immediately make the effort to make the change if there was something that was miscommunicated. read more

Overall pretty good. This place started out strong--put the more and more I go I notice the service slacking. Clean place but plain inside. I've visit through the drive-thru over 25 times and they have messed up my one drink order about 4 times (that I noticed). I tell them decaf, decaf, decaf--then at the window I get original blend on the sticker, and if there is no sticker I have no idea if it's right. And my hubby likes the nitro drink. LOL those working there don't even know how to make the drink and know that it only comes in one size and no ice. SMH. Why does the customer have to tell staff it only it comes in one size and how the drink is made? Not to mention the nitro machine is always down. They need make sure that their staff are trained correctly and that there equipment works. read more

I'm giving this place 3 stars because in the beginning I loved coming here the girls were always nice. Drive thru was always quick. However, I went in inside yesterday and saw a guy manager I've never seen before. I waited at the register for a good 3 minutes when no one else was even in front of me while all 4 girls plus the guy manager LOOKED at me standing there and didn't even say "we will be right with you" one girl was just walking around aimlessly and kept hiding in the back. I finally asked if anyone was working the front because I had to get to work & the manager came over and started ARGUING with me & had the worst attitude! Never again will I be back. read more

This has got to be the slowest Dunkin I have ever been to. Line I always wrapped around the store. I just don't get it.

If there was an option to give this place lower rating than 1 star I would. When they first put in this Dunkin, I thought it would be great because it is right down the road from my house but i was wrong. There are many things that make this Dunkin dysfunctional. The employees are very rude and roll their eyes when asking them to remake a drink that they made incorrectly. My boyfriend and I went last week and somehow the Dunkin had no milk for our lattes. As a business that specializes in coffees and lattes you would think that they would not be out of supplies to make them as often as they do. Every time I go there they seem to be out of stock of something. The customer service is horrible and they do not have any type of organization at this location. read more

A great atmosphere with helpful and friendly employees. Coffee is always made well and they have a lot of options on tap. Yes- on tap.

Always fast a well made. Unlike Starbucks the coffee tastes great every time. Friendly service.

This Dunkin' is pretty fast, even when the line is long. I always order the same thing, an iced caramel latte, and normally it's good. On occasion I'll get it and it tastes bad and very unlike the others. Overall I'm happy with this Dunkin' and would visit it over others nearby. read more

Mariutu is the name of the cashier I dealt with on 2/16/2022 at around 12:30 pm (lunch-time) no hello, no nothing really except "is that it!" It was St. Patricks Day weekend, so lots of green donuts! This is a newly opened Dunkin, so it was modern and clean. Friendly service and a convenient drive through is available. This is a great spot for donuts and coffee to-go". There is one small 4-person table available for those who want to enjoy their caffeine and donut immediately. I visit this place pretty often so I was very surprised when I tried to place a drive thru order of my usual medium frozen vanilla chai and was told, " we don't serve frozen only hot vanilla chai." Even after being told I order them there all the time. I was then told, " well I don't know how." I ended up having to go inside to place my order and that person had no problem understanding my order. I told him he might want to inform his coworker. Clearly some of your employees need training on what products your store actually offer!!! read more

I'm giving one star because I can't give less. It's an easy stop because it's on my way to work but after today I'm just going to go somewhere else even if it's out of the way. 3 of my last 5 visits I either didn't get any part of my order or didn't get all of it. Everything from ordering ahead and getting there and it's not open because the workers don't know how to open to having to leave because after 20 minutes my breakfast wrap wasn't done (today). It all depends on who is working. My wife and I were excited when this opened up because it's ultra-convenient for us on our way to work. At first, it was great. Very nice young men and women working, fast, etc. What one would expect from a DD. Then, things changed. I've gone through this drive thru for the last time. There are two to three young folks who work there who are downright rude. One is a young man with black curly/oily hair. He has messed up my order three different times, and when I've had to go in to correct it, no apology or anything. He very much gives off an impression that he hates his job the entire time, every time. It's very off-putting. There are two young ladies who are very similar. One never speaks at the drive thru window, just gives you your stuff and doesn't say anything. It's socially weird and not usual. A simple "have a nice day" or something would go a long way. Particularly when I say "thank you" and she either blank stares back or doesn't say anything at all. About two weeks ago, I was in line at the drive thru speaker and a young woman came on after a good 2 mins sitting there and asked "Can I help you". I spoke my order, and heard nothing back for another 2 mins. Yes, I timed it. Then a guy got on (the one I already spoke of) asking for my order, which I gave it again. As I pulled up, I saw the one young lady saying "I ain't talkin' to no mf'ers no mo today!!!" That's real professional... others just seem like they don't care and are rude. It's again incredibly disappointing and off putting. It also can take forever at this location to get simple orders. There are others who work there who give the opposite and correct experience at the drive thru. One is a taller white young lady who's name starts with an "A". I can't remember the name. I tried to look at her name tag because she is the ideal person for the drive thru. Very pleasant, smiles, engages, and make you feel welcome to be giving them your business. I unfortunately will not be returning to this location because of this. I hope a manager reads this and actually attempts to rectify the situation. I don't want a free anything and I don't want special treatment. Perhaps these young men and women should actually learn how to do the job well and be as pleasant as they can be in the process. I'm not sure why the lobby of this Dunkin' has not opened yet. This is the only one in this area that has not opened yet. It's impossible to use the app and defeats the point of the app to have people waiting for ever in the drive through. There always seems to be enough people working- it just makes no sense. Terrible location. Went in today 1056, no one acknowledged me or my daughter and we stood there watching a cashier count her drawer for almost 5m. For a new location you should be at least saying "hi, I'll be with you in one second". I think it's rude and won't be returning. read more

This location have being the greatest everyday I stop by they always being friendly and have everything ready, they make sure I get the best item and if I struggle with something they help me out, that location have bieng one of the best so far, i invite other to come at this location is the best. read more

Ordered two ice coffees and they were undrinkable, for some reason the drinks were SOUR. Not sure if they used expired cream. I had already left and at that point I couldn't go back to ask for a refund, but never going here again. My sister used to go here for coffee every morning, and every single time they gave her the wrong order. One of the worst DDs I've been to. Slow drive thru. I ordered an everything bagel and requested it be toasted twice since they are notorious for their chewy bagels. Got to the window and the cashier didn't even speak to me, not even to repeat the cost. No goodmorning, here you go, nothing. The bagel was on par with the service, barely toasted. Went in for a dozen donuts and 4 bagels with cream cheese on the side. Restaurant was very clean and festive. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. They were very fast at getting my order. When the cashiers were ringing me up they were obviously new since it's a new establishment. Jessica heard how they were charging me separately for the bagels and cream cheese. She came front the production line up to the register to make sure I was not being charged more than I should have been. She showed them how to give me the combo bagel and cream cheese. The supervisor jumped in to make sure they understood for next time. Great customer service! read more

For starters I have always always been a Dunkin girl. Dunkin over Starbucks any day man, but today made me really question these workers. I came and ordered 3 shots of espresso with 3 pumps of mocha. I'm just looking for a quick hit rather than a full drink. Well anyways, the girl ringing me out looks back at 3 other employees that were just standing behind her. She whispers to them, "do I charge her for a cup?". I'm over here like what? . All 3 employees say yes. She then turns and looks at me and says I'll be charging you for a cup. I then said, "well if my drink wasn't coming in a cup then where else would it go?". Her response, "well espresso isn't even a drink so we'll be charging you for a cup or putting your drink in a styrofoam sample cup." Like what? Is this a joke?!? lol. I go to this Dunkin legit everyday and this is the first time I've heard this nonsense. Apparently you have to bring your own cup to Dunkin or else they'll charge you. Ridiculous. read more
