Dunkin changed their name so they wouldn't be tied to their horrible tiny, no filling donuts. Also your frozen donuts were stale.

I loved this Dunkin! I live in Johnstown, and the Dunkin we have is uphill, but at this Dunkin, I didn't need to walk as much! The best thing about this Dunkin is the Frozen Chocolate. I came through the drive-thru, and I was only waiting for about 30 seconds. I can tell the drinks are fresh, since nothing in the drink I got was melted, or disformed, or nothing was wrong with it at all! I came here before, in the main lobby, and there were dead flies. I ordered donuts last time, and they put sprinkles on the wrong donuts, but it was okay, they have a lot of people coming in. The workers were so nice, and it's good to know that there are good people in this world! Would come again! read more

Trash. workers are all amazing. owners and upper management are the worst. might as well just own slaves with how they run this place. workers are there for 15 hour shifts all the time trying to cover when people quit. owners are going to let the donuts sit out all night and let flies crap and make babies all over them and then sell them for you to eat, the owners never fix anything and pay super low. I even heard a rumor the owners threatened to fire everyone so they could hire new staff for even less money an hour. I guess this is what happens when you let cheap losers franchise a store. Place is dirty and falling apart, I've never met a person who works there that doesn't want to commit suicide. Go to get my coffee and they tell me half the machines are broken down cuz the owner is too cheap to replace stuff, food is always stale tasting especially the donuts, and they barley have any filling or it's leaking out of the donuts everywhere I would rather starve then ever spend a dime here again. Waited in the drive through line for 20 min...only 3 cars ahead of me and half of that time at the window. Girl working the window just stood there as the orders of the people behind me continued to pile up. Pulled out and realized they gave me the wrong sandwich so I had to go inside and wait another 10 min with a young child. No rush to fix the order. read more

Workers sit on phone and feeding faces instead of serving the customers their food in a timely fashion. Also the arrogance is unbelievable. Store looked a wreck with junk all over the floor and counters. This place has become so trashy. They have more 1 star reviews in the last year than any other business in town. i went in today for a quick snack. I was utterly disappointed by the customer service of the younger workers working the front. they were swearing joking and complaining they wanted to go home when it was clearly a slow day.. and then the worker goes "here's your fucking cold brew" when all i Did was order and say please and thank you. Just went through the drive thru and asked for donut holes. The server said they only had 8 chocolate ones left. I asked if she had glazed donuts and she said no. I thanked her and drove off. I did an online order for a breakfast sandwich and frozen coffee. I was 15 minutes late to pick it up, 5 of those minutes was waiting in the drive through line. The cashier who was very nice gave me my sandwich and told me she was going to remake my coffee because it was starting to separate. I didn't ask for her to do it she just offered. The manager who had an attitude came over and told me that they will never remake my coffee again. I didn't asked her to make it again or did I expect her to. No one in there anytime of the day gets the order right. And if they do you have ice inside your eggs. The place is filthy dirty. And the people there don't even know what the donuts are called. I asked for a half a dozen Boston cream. Through the drive-thru window and a decaf coffee. I was told they don't make decaf coffee just in the morning. How many different versions of chocolate icing donuts do you need or even glazed? They're the same donut! This place has about as much variety as the gene pool of an inbred family. Placing some swirl on the top doesn't change the fact that the donut is no different than the one without a swirl. I would totally blame Somerset and the people but this is becoming a Dunkin Donut thing. If you want variety and better-tasting donuts then go to the local supermarket such as Giant Eagle (in the area). I know this place has plenty of negative reviews, but I have only positive things to say! I placed a mobile order, and was slightly late to pick it up (5-10 min). Because of this, the sweet cold foam was dissolved, and even though it was my fault, they offered to add more for me! Then, they'd forgotten the donut I ordered, and had to go grab it super quick. It took less than 30 seconds, but the sweet lady working there still gave me an extra! In both cases, the service went above what I would've ever expected. (and I didn't notice any bitterness to my coffee, despite what I read in my review, so do with that what you will) read more

Bad selection and service. Have you ever had to explain to someone what a powdered jelly donut is? Well imagine explaining it to a DD employee. After they finally realized that I wanted a powdered donut and not a sugar donut they said ok, but you have to ask someone else when you pick up your order. I was flabbergasted, "what do you mean, I'm telling you, can't you make a note on the order", was my response. I was initially disappointed when I blew my tire in the extremely narrow drive through lane, but the young lady working the drive through, Maelin, was very quick to run outside and change my tire for me in the parking lot!! The worst iced coffee I have ever had. We were traveling and decided to stop for an iced coffee. Was the most bitter iced coffee I have ever had at a Dunkin'. If course I didn't take a taste until we were on the turnpike, so I could not take it back. I emailed Dunkin's headquarters. They sent the response to the store. The manager did call me, but I was not able to answer. I returned the call, but of course she wasn't available. The person that answered asked why I called and what I wanted. (And not in a nice way) she said she would have the manager call me back. That was over a week ago. Still waiting. So save your money and time and look for another Dunkin. read more

Stayed at a nearby hotel and was looking forward to visiting for donuts and delicious coffee. Decided to park and go in since I figured it would be better to see what kind of donuts they have. First challenge was squeezing into a parking space since a dark green Kia Soul, that belonged to one of the workers - as evidenced by a Dunkin' sunvisor cap on the dashboard - was parked on the line at the second space from the front door. I enter: there's one guy camped out at the first table with his laptop and the table covered in his belongings. One person is behind the counter - I see and hear her as she's preparing a drink - and another staff person is on the customer-side of the counter talking with her -- presumably on break. I stood there for several minutes with no acknowledgement from either employee then left. To be fair, the drive through had maybe five (or even seven) cars in it but it doesn't seem unreasonable to expect to be acknowledged and waited on when someone enters a business. read more

I will never be going back to this Dunkin. I'd rather walk to Johnstown to get a pumpkin latte instead of go in there. I walked in and as I was walking in I noticed a sign in the window about Dunkin rewards. I already have the Dunkin app and thought it was the perfect time to use my rewards. I walked In and asked for my usual pumpkin spice latte. They claimed to be out of pumpkin even though the people in front of me got pumpkin. So then I asked for a signature latte and she said "WELL WHAT FLAVOR DO YOU WANT" as if I was wasting her time. Then when I was checking out I said I have rewards to redeem and she said let me scan it so I did but she claimed the scan didn't work and said it's not her fault my phone is broken. My phone is not broken at all, and the barcode was very clearly on there. I don't know this women's name or I'd tell you, but you can smell her from a Mile away because all she does is smoke. She claimed that they have nothing to do with the app, but they obviously do because there was a sign in the window. She is very rude and does not deserve a job there. She is very unprofessional, unsanitary (she wasn't wearing gloves and smoked a joint right before serving me) and rude. Whoever hired this women should take glory in firing her. After today I'm beyond ashamed of the Dunkin' in Somerset Pa and the staff working except this older women at the front of the counter. Both lines were wrapped but the drive tru line calmed down well before the inside did. This older lady who was struggling to get orders with the amount of people coming in and keep the upmost positive attitude is my only good shot out and I praise her! For those younger workers and manager standing in the back and leaning against stuff, shame on you for not helping her. You sat there and watched that poor lady struggle to the point where she felt defeated. Also to the kid who rudely told me I need to move my suv so their truck can get in. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating a paying, patient customer that way especially when you could've helped the front staff member and cars wouldn't be a problem. This seems to an ongoing issue when this older lady works.. other staff members leave her to sink. read more

Today my 16-year-old daughter drove myself, my 4-year-old nephew, my 15-year-old son, and mother through the drive through. My daughter was trying to get everyone's order right. When we drove away from the window she ordered three of the wrong donuts. So I went in and told the girl what happened and what we wanted. The counter girl was so sweet and didn't charge for the three she gave us because they were going to get thrown away anyhow. I just found this to be so very sweet and kind of this young lady.
