He exhibited exceptional customer service skills, apologized for the wait and really showed that he cared. Candidly, wasn't expecting such great service at a random Subway during our 13 hour drive but really pleased we visited this location. Whoever the owner is, this young man is a compliment to your franchise and I hope you take good care of him.
