I would say I'm extremely disappointed. I go to this seven brew often and have spend around 400$+ with them. Today I was faced with hostility and horrendous costumer service. Due to the noisy parking lot, I didn't register that two employees were yelling at me from across the parking lot while walking. When I finally got to the stand, I heard them screaming "no walk ups" towards me. Which is completely fine and I understand, but I was just going to ask about the stock of the needos. Even if I were going to walk up, there was no need to scream at a costumer. Regardless, they could have walked up to me in a respectful manner. Sadly, I love 7 Brew, but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Especially since I'm a loyal customer I felt humiliated and treated with low respect and regard.
