The cashier took a long time to take my order - and there was nobody in line but me! Luckily i was not in a hurry to work. It seems they had the elderly employee working the front counter and the younger staff working drive thru. We ordered a mango smoothie, bacon wakeup wrap, and reeses pieces peanut butter square. The smoothie is tart and doesnt have me wanting to finish it - let alone order another 1 again. The wakeup wrap is SMALL! who are they planning to feed? Babies? The donut is a donut with reeses pieces filling. Its good if u like donuts and even better if you like reeses pieces. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Des Moines, Iowa

Did a mobile order and got there at 7:30am. They said they had no milk or syrup because the Dunkin semi was still unloading the products. So I said just substitute it for cold brew. They gave it to me and said thank you and I asked if I will be refunded the difference. They told me they don't do refunds and asked if I wanted a free donut or whatever. EXCUSE MEEEE. What a joke read more

I'm curious if any management overseas this location. I bought a few dozen donuts and this is what they gave me. I paid for them the day before and was the first person in the morning. So there is really no excuse for this. Except whoever works here does not want repeat business.. Clearly the most undesirable boxes of donuts on the planet. If you want to eat donuts and go on a diet buy a dozen from this place. I promise you will not be tempted. read more

Zero donuts available at 3:30 pm on Wednesday. When asked, staff was extremely rude and belligerent. Poor customer service and how can a donut shop be completely out of donuts when scheduled to be open till 7 pm? Zero stars read more

Donuts I am happy with, but this review is about their iced drinks. I've been here over 5 times and have never been happy with a drink they have made. Iced coffee - they don't use liquid sweeter they use granulated sugar every time I have ordered it. If you order a syrup be sure to note if it is sweetened or not. This is pretty consistent with all locations. I don't understand why anyone would like to drink granulated sugar since it doesn't dissolve. Coffee coolata - very disappointed. My coworker and I ordered one. I've had this drink before, but this time the drink was entirely white. Usually there is a slight tint of brown for the coffee. Not this time. Both of our drinks tasted like flavored ice. Please note if you get a syrup which is flavored don't add any cream or sugar it will taste overly sweet! They do offer to make you a different drink, but at this point I already know I'll be disappointed. read more

Dunkin' - This is supposed to be the coffee coolata. Tasted like a vanilla snow cone. They forgot to add coffee to it. - Donuts Near Me - Des Moines, Iowa

Donuts and a drive through. Typical Dunkin'. Ask for a splash of cream and get a quarter cup added to your coffee. But still, Dunkin's menu has expanded a lot and they do have some more rich coffee options than back in the day. The ladies working the drive through were sweet too. read more

I normally really like this place, but often times they don't make my order right:/ I always order the same thing which is the Carmel iced coffee, and today they didn't even make me it, they just made me a plain iced coffee:( I told them Carmel iced coffee, and on the ticket it only says ice coffee:/ they put in read more

If 0 was an option, they'd get it. First - time visiting Dunkin and it'll be my last The entire staff, including the regional manager, were rude and unprofessional the day I stopped in. Felt bad for the new hire who was treated like crap. No wonder they can't keep employees. read more

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I have NEVER been to a place that has this many mis management issues. I was in today and the entire place smelt like feces. There was a drainage leak and the associates were very nice and we're doing everything they could to help the situation. No fault on them at all. The management in my opinion should've taken the appropriate action to close the place down and get professionals in there to stop the leak. It's absolutely disgusting to me that my local coffee shop is ran by people that clearly don't care about the health and safety of their employees or the general public. If I could give a warning to anyone on the southside of Des Moines it's to stay away from this establishment. read more

**Military Discount offered I don't usually come here for the donuts. They are okay, but I prefer the other brand better. But their French Cruellers and Bavarian Cream donuts are good. My son loves their munchkin donuts. I usually come here for the 99 cents happy hour iced coffees. For the price and size, it's not bad at all. My mom's fave is Iced Caramel Coffee with cream and liquid sugar. (Make sure you specify liquid sugar) My hubby's go-to is Iced Mocha with cream. If you don't like the drink you receive, they are obligated to make you another one to your liking. read more

If you're wanting a hot latte, expect luke warm, almost cool, milk with a dash of coffee. Yeah I don't even taste espresso. Just awful. I was thinking man, these are great cups, my hand isn't burning. Nope just mildly warm milk basically. And to think I drove out of my way to get there. I'm so annoyed. read more

Fast friendly service with what you would expect from Dunkin. Great donuts and coffee. No bad surprises and good hours of operation. The location has always been very clean during my multiple visits. Convenient parking off a busy road. Give it a try! read more

This place is a hit or miss...really nice employees but even if you come early they're out of bagels and certain donuts half the time. But when they're not it's great! I always get the frozen hot chocolate, half the time they put whip on and the other times they dont so maybe be more consistent! But when theyre consistent its great! read more

Dunkin' - Donuts Near Me - Des Moines, Iowa

Drive to KrispyKreme, you'll be glad you did. Maybe I'm just unfamiliar with Dunkin' Donuts style, but it was not what I expected from a donut. The glazed had very little sweetness to them, to the point where I thought I had been given a plain donut. The strawberry and the vanilla were almost as bad. Compared to what I'm used to (as I mentioned, KrispyKreme, but even those found in grocery stores and gas stations), these weren't even worth the gas it took to get through the drive-thru. The cake was dry, the frosting/glaze was practically non-existent, and even though they were claimed to be freshly made, they tasted stale. This place is less than a mile from my home, and I drive by it every day on my way to work, but I'll never buy donuts from here again. Perhaps the breakfast sandwiches are a saving grace, but I don't go to a place called Dunkin' Donuts for an egg on a roll. read more

The customer service at the drive through is honestly awful here. I don't think I have ever gone through the drive through and not been upset with how I was spoken to. They are always very rude and impatient. Not to mention they also mess up my order on a regular basis. I understand these are stressful times, but if you are gonna work in costumer service you need to be able to have good customer service. read more

By far the worst service by who am sure was the manager. I understand when a place runs out of something but no need to be rude about it. Told me I could wait 30-45mins while the truck unloaded. I left due to the rude tone of voice via drive. Come to find out later by a friend that was there shortly I was it only took 10mins to order the item I had inquired about. Another thing it's slow. they usually have maybe 3-4 ppl working and maybe see 1 person actually making drinks while the others stand around chatting read more

I go to the Dunkin every day before work and they are often out of more than just one menu item. One time they were out of every type of bread. The staff also doesn't seem to have very good knowledge of the menu. read more

Donuts were good, internet was extremely slow. Coffee was not so great... Service was excellent !

By far the worst Donuts I've ever had in my life and and I am a total Homer Simpson when it comes to Donuts. When I had them in California they were pretty bad there but hear the donuts taste like coffee. Who wants to have a donut that tastes like coffee with your coffee that's stupid. I prefer to have my Donuts actually taste like donuts. I will definitely travel to Donut Hut to get their Donuts instead next time. read more

Okay so since this location has been open I absolutely love my iced latte turbo shot and hazelnut swirl. I get this every morning. But!!!! If it's not the girls that I see there in the morning I make a point to taste it before I leave because they have a nasty habit of either giving me ICED COFFEE of completely forget my extra shot. Or like yesterday, I have NO idea what the person did but it tasted like my turbo shot was not there and that they added heavy cream to my latte. Not bad but not what I ordered lol. Well this morning something happened that wanted me to review the store. This isn't the first time this has happened but I always get a French cruller with my drink. Welp this morning AGAIN as in driving I take a big bite of my cruller and am presented with nothing but fried dough. No icing or whatever it is but I felt like I took a big greasy bite of something disgusting and I couldn't eat it. Never eat a cruller without the icing lol it's horrid. There are four girls there and they have NEVER MESSED UP MY ORDER and it seems lately they haven't been on the morning crew and I think they are the best!!! read more

I wish dunkin donuts opened at 4am instead of 5!!!!! I get off my job at 4 and sometimes i would like to eat some donuts for breakfast.

This location is horrible. I went through the drive-thru this morning and the person taking my ordered couldn't get my order right and didn't understand what a single piece of bagel order meant. I then drove to the front window to pay and they handed me my drink and bagel that i ordered. Once i got to work, i opened up the bag with the bagel inside and come to find the cream cheese just stuffed inside the circle of the bagel with nothing to spread it with and my drink had no sugar or creamer whatsoever and tasted really bitter. This location has been known for being slow and horrible customer service. read more
