Some things never change. POOR customer service and RUDE manager. I have posted a receipt from the lady in front of me so maybe someone can do some customer service training. I had just put another $25 on my Dunkin' app and was ready to buy. I had started going thru drive thru and just 1 week prior at this exact location I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a glazed donut. They hesitated but they made it and it was great. I walk in due to the line and order the same thing. I was told by the girl at the register "we don't do that" I told her they did and did it for me last week. She asked the manager who, in a really pissy manner said "I told you (to the girl behind the counter) WE DONT DO THAT!" So the girl at the register sheepishly replied "I guess we can't do it" Now how difficult is it to say "sure". "we have eggs, we have sausage, we have cheese, and we have glazed donuts". "that will be $5.00 sir" I will not be coming to this place for a while. It's a shame because I came here all the time to buy 2 dozen donuts for my guys every Friday. I'm so happy there is a Krispy Kreme down the street but it's a little difficult to navigate in and out of there. So I next have to figure out how to get my money off the Dunkin' app

It was just ok. It is an old style DD that is attached to a Subway. We waited a few extra minutes so we could get the $2 special at 2 pm. I had an iced cappuccino ! We chatted for awhile-I came with friends so we were able to relax. They had Halloween decorations around which was nice. And nice to see that they do charitable work too!

This is the Dunkin I go to much. There is actually one right outside my neighborhood but instead I drive 10 minutes to go to this one because it's better. 9/10 times everything is perfect. There's always that off day where the coffee isn't the best or the food is mediocre but overall I've had good experiences here. MOST of the staff is nice, although there are a couple employees that are rude. Most of the time when I come, there is a line. It's in an odd spot in a shopping plaza so the line gets backed up and there's a way for other cars to cut in front of you in the drive thru if you aren't paying attention.

Maple frosted donut and a dark roast coffee. So good.

This Dunkin store has been remodeled and is a modern store. The store is bright and cheery. The owner and new staff are welcoming and friendly. There is a subway store which shares this location. The doughnuts and bagels are fresh and displayed in a glass counter right in front of the customer. The coffee is always good and fresh. Highly recommend this location.

They were training a new employee & there were seniors inside. I didn't want to take pictures & disturb customers. However, inside is nice.

I visited September 28. They recently renovated & it looks nicer on the inside. WiFi is offered & it is set up like a bistro. It can be a good place to get work done. They were training a new employee so the service was a slow, but it was fine. I do not get the low score. Expectations are to high. It is a Dunkin Donuts, not a steakhouse. As long as they serve quality coffee, donuts, and muffins they are fine. Ashame a decent DD is located in a sub-par strip mall. Nevertheless, it is a fine establishment.

This is the receipt with manager M listed.

I'm sure that location is still great but I was able to live without having to buy donuts for some years. Then came an impromptu trip to Margate since we saw there is a Dandee Donut Factory there. And Costco. Because why not. The time to eat donuts is now. We only bought donuts to go so I can't speak to the dine-in experience or food. The diner counter and tables looked fun to sit at. Their breakfast sandwiches sound amazing and I drooled a little accidentally looking at their diner menu. Did they always make bagels? I'm not that much of a Dandee connoisseur but I feel inspired to go back and try the bagels and their food food. The counter wasn't very busy when we walked in, thanks to two staff workers who were taking orders. Imagine my delight when we asked for a half dozen donuts and the gentleman staffer said we can choose 7. I will now miscount dozens from now on. I asked for the sour cream donuts because the shelf for them was empty (gasp) and he reassured me that they have more in the back to refill. We asked what the crunch part of the blueberry crunch donut was and he said the blueberries themselves have been prepared to be crunchy. We got 2 of those and they were the best bites in the whole box. The donuts were chock full of flavor of the blueberries and the crunch from them was the unexpected texture you want in a donut to cut through the dense dough. No wonder these donuts are one of their best selling ones. We got an apple fritter because it was massive, like a bear claw ate a stack of biscuits. The cinnamon and apple tastes were present but the dough was a little empty to me, so it left a lot of oil taste. Like it reminded you that all these buggers have been deep fried when you don't want to be reminded. The chocolate, double chocolate and cookies and cream donuts all used the same chocolate donut base which was a little dry to me but had nice cocoa flavor. It's strange but I ended up preferring some frosting to the chocolate donuts to have some moisture to the bite. With carb loading season coming up, I'll plan for another excursion to Margate to get a half dozen box of sour cream and blueberry crunch donuts! I mayyyy share.

The moment I walked in, I was amazed by how cute and beautifully decorated the place was. I ordered a croissant to go along with a couple of macarons. When I got home, I made myself some Turkish coffee and had the croissant it was absolutely delicious. The service was very good, and the bakery had so many beautiful options to choose from. I definitely want to come back and dine in when I'm not in such a rush. I'll definitely be back.

Very disappointing experience I had just had…read more I was really looking forward to go there as my friend mentioned that there is authentic French bakery she saw passing by . I ordered a feta cheese tomato Quiche And had to send it back It was very disappointing And it was overwhelmed by feta cheese and salty ! Very little egg soufflé like it should be done And it was soggy and thin ! The deserts look beautiful and gross tasting .. I had ordered mini deserts to check them out and was very pleased w taste and appearance! I also bought a bread from the place a French baguette which was ok By the way I mentioned that to a server and see if they will exchange the quiche for a regular Loraine quiche .. the server said they will need to charge it again ! Which I said ok But in my opinion they should have refunded me the 14$ that I paid for a small 4.5 " round piece ! In generally I paid over 55$ dollars For a non satisfying experience I m not recommending This place And most importantly the owner is not standing behind his product. That's what it comes down to Is that I love good food and good products And this place is not that ! So I will not be back ! It's sugar sugar and you crash So unhealthy For humanity anyways I

They had so much variety in drink options. Some of their food items were out which is unfortunate BUT it comes to show how good their food is! Thats one part that made me take a start out though. I would hope they take note of what runs out to adjust to demand. The other reason is because some items are pre-made with bacon, which could be part of a dietary restriction, but they had turkey-bacon and turkey sausage which is considerate. The service was amazing though! They were so knowledgeable (they actually caught an ingredient i wouldnt want in one item based on other items i took it off of so they made sure to make me aware so i could take it off! So grateful!). They were also very quick to fulfill my order. I definitely recommend this place for tasty, aesthetically pleasing food.
