A GEM OF A BAKERY! I can't tell you how many times I have driven by this place, but never really thought of stopping here. But when friends mentioned meeting up at Pascal & Cathy Bakery, I was happy to try a new place. Sunday late in the morning, the tables outside were quite bustling on a beautiful weather day. Inside, this bakery is absolutely charming. There are some tables as well. The display cases are so inviting with various pastries, cookies, macaroons, gelato, and more. The people behind the counter could not be more friendly. My husband decided to order the Croque Madame, and I went with the brie and butter sandwich on a baguette. Our items came out quickly along with the lattes that we ordered. They took the time to put hearts in the milk foam. My coffee was delicious. I loved my sandwich and my husband was absolutely obsessed with his meal. You can also order the Croque to go, and they provide you with the heating instructions. On our way out, we got a turkey- shaped linzer cookie. The cookie was absolutely decadent with a beautiful berry filling and a nice dusting of confectionery sugar. Definitely the best linzer cookie I have ever had. Next time... and there will definitely be a next time...I have to try their macaroons. I am so happy that I finally checked out this bakery and feel so fortunate that it's in our neighborhood.

This is my go to be and brunch spot when in the Fort Lauderdale/ Pompano Beach area. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable his skill with pastries and chocolate is top notch! We purchased a birthday cake for my daughter 15th birthday and have been going back again and again over the last 3 years. They have vegetarian options and all the traditional breakfast meats and cheeses plus some special extras like grilled marinated chicken for the omelettes and other things. The croissants are my favorite and I always buy extra to bring back to the house or hotel. The place has a very quiet atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable.

We live nearby and were searching for a French Bakery with good Baguettes. We decided to try Pascal & Cathy's for breakfast and hoped to find the best bread here. We entered the front door and found a small area with tables and 3 large cases of pastries, sweets, savory bites and ice cream. There were also a few tables outdoors. We were greeted and served at the counter rather quickly. We ordered coffee, a latte and a baguette with butter. We also got a plain and almond croissant. The coffee and latte were very good. The bread was much heavier than we expected although the crust was wonderful and it had an overall good flavor. We also thought the croissants were flaky but heavy inside and the almond croissant was very sweet for us. The nice part was it just came out of the oven. Our counter service was very good and our order was brought out to the table. Unfortunately, we are still in search of our favorite Baguette.

A delicious Brie sandwich.

I got the Brie sandwich on a croissant. The croissant was flaky and warm, and the Brie was soft and smooth. The service was excellent and polite. I would recommend if you want an absolutely delectable meal!

Raspberry croissant and oat milk latte

I cannot say any more great things about this cute delicious authentic bakery. The chef is from friends and is extremely talented in putting together delicious bakery items. The waiters are extremely helpful in picking out some of the best pastries. Just make sure you get there early because they are often sold out by the afternoon. My absolute favorite pastry is the mini raspberry croissant. It is absolutely delicious with an oat milk latte. The pistachio roll is my grandmother's favorite. They also have a great selection of desserts and they have hearty breakfast items such as omelette croissants. This is one of my favorite places to go on a Saturday morning with my family. I can't wait to go back.

I went on Sunday with a group of (10) people. The organizers called the coffee shop a head of time, and was told that they do not reserve tables. At this point she should have chosen a different venue. The place is very small. There was a table that sat there chatting for 2 hours, and kids drew pictures. The staff said they can not ask them to leave, even though they are not eating. They Do not want bad write up on this forum. The food is fresh, but not memorable, and expensive. I ordered a plain omelette on a croissant, and coffee. The plate has no garnish, nothing but a croissant. They have limited sitting outside, table for (2). But if it's cold, not a good choice. You place your order at the counter & get it when it's ready. We had to ask to clean the available tables.

This place is very popular, I walked in and there was a fairly long line. Everything in their case looks amazing. They sell gelato, and chocolate croissants, Nutella croissants, raspberry croissants, pistachio croissants , doughnuts and quiche. They also sell baguettes and other homemade breads. We ordered lattes and I tasted both the raspberry croissant and the pistachio croissant which was filled with cream. Both were delicious. They have tables inside for sitting, as well as some tables outside. There is parking right in front of their store.

A hidden gem in Pompano Beach! This little bakery is authentic, so cute and you're instantly welcomed by smiles and the delicious smell of fresh baked goods when you enter. I have tried a variety of their pastries and they have all been delicious! Today we got the Vanilla Eclair and the Almond Chocolate Croissant. Both were fantastic! Everything is so fresh and while it is not the cheapest bakery in the area everything is extremely high quality and it is so worth it. They also offer coffee and teas and have a variety of fresh breakfast or lunch options. They really have it all! The interior is small but there is some seating. It has never been crazy busy and we have never had to wait to order. Usually they are waiting on us to choose from their amazing selection!

Another fabulous latte

Obsessed. They literally have the most delicious pastries and wonderful lattes. My favorite is the chocolate almond croissant. This is definitely a hidden gem and is worth checking out their quick service and authentic French dining.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The environment is fun, and there are plenty of clever artifacts and photos to engage the eye. On to the food... we ordered the Southwest bowl and the lox bagel. As you can see from the pictures, the portions are sizable and the value for this area was decent. I think the total bill was around $30 for two entrées, a tea, and tip. The bowl has beans, tomatoes, avocado, potatoes, eggs, and cheese. It comes with a Mexican sauce and sour cream. We used a little of the sauce, as we found the dish a bit bland. Both eggs and black beans needed a little salt to enhance their flavors. While it was good, it was very soupy. The beans were not drained well, which I'm guessing--combined with the tomatoes--caused it. The lox bagel was beautiful but very hard to eat. The owners might want to consider dicing the tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers, as there's no way to eat this without deconstructing it. The salmon was good quality. Next time, I'd get a seasoned bagel instead of plain--it would probably be epic on an everything bagel. There are many other options for breakfast or lunch, and we would probably come back to try something different.

Before even talking about the food, I have to give credit to the incredible staff--they are truly what make the experience special. And with Miss Tasha in the kitchen, you're guaranteed that your food will be delicious every time. The staff here at Pollo Campero are very nice especially Marisela. She was so very friendly and when my food order was ready she walked it over to us. This restaurant was neat and clean and they have a good amount of tables if you want to eat in. I placed my order for takeout only. A customer who had eaten here 19 times told me to order their Fried Chicken.Everything is made fresh. Based on his recommendation I did. I placed my order for 3- 3 Piece Meals that consisted of a Breast, Thigh, and Wing. It came with a choice of a side. I chose 2 of their Campero Rice side, and 1 of their Baked Beans side. I also ordered an order of Chicken Nuggets, a side of Coleslaw, Yuca, and Sweet Plantains. I thought the sides could've been bigger, I'm used to bigger sides, and you definitely need to get multiple sauces for dipping the chicken, and Yuca. The Yuca was very a bit plain and needed a dipping sauce. I'm used to a garlic dipping sauce. They also sell Roasted Chicken, Chicken Nuggets, Chicken Sandwiches, Chicken Empanadas, and at some locations a Campero Bowl. If you order a 4 piece meal you can order 1/2 Fried Chicken, and 1/2 Roasted Chicken, or you can order just Fried or Roasted Chicken. The Fried Chicken was really good. I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had a crispy exterior, and the inside was very juicy and good. Even the Chicken Nuggets I tasted were delicious. They were all White Meat and some of the best i've tried. ( I highly recommend along with the Fried Chicken.) FYI make sure you ask for dipping sauces, It wasn't offered and I didn't know to ask. One isn't enough. My bf got their Campero Sauce, and their Ranch Sauce, both were good. If you have kids order their Chicken Nuggets and Fries. For Drinks they sell Horchata, Mango, and Jamaican along with Soda and Bottled Water. Pollo Campero has plenty of free parking. There are a few Handicapped Parking spaces and this place is wheelchair accessible. I want to try their Roasted Chicken and their Chicken Empanadas, and of course their Fried Chicken Sandwich. What I especially love is that they partner with Saint Jude's Children's Hospital. They are very community oriented. Pollo Campero also does Catering. I will definitely be returning

The coffee drinks I've had here have been served perfectly. I ordered the shakshuka, and it was incredibly delicious. It came out piping hot in a cast-iron pan. The tomato sauce was rich and paired perfectly with the fried eggs and cheese. I was so happy that they provided crusty bread so you could scoop up all the remaining sauce. This is not a dish that you find at most breakfast places, and so I am pleased that they have this unique offering. This dish alone is worth a return trip soon. I also got an arepa to go. When I've had them from other places, I've found them to be too salty for my taste. This one had a delicate balance, and the cheese was rich. This place is always busy when I've driven by. It really is a nice place to lounge.-- have a drink, chat with friends, read a book. I only wish they were open just a little longer to capture the late afternoon crowd (because I like it so much!)
