For starters I just want to say wonderful team work from the few individuals I've came across!! Michelle is the main one to go above and beyond even when in a stressful rushing situation.Ive came in multiple times during the day and at night and shes mostly working and she a bright leader and a shining start with a beautiful smile! Even when she's working and trying her best when it's hard to maintain service with a busy store. her Customer service is on point I didn't feel rushed she greeted me with a simple "thank you for choosing Dunkin what can I get started for you" she lets you speak and instead of a your welcome it's "my pleasure " she sets the tone for everyone else and they should look onto her for things because that girl there stands out. katie who I believe is the manager there has trained her very well and Katie comes in witha. Ready to go attitude. But there is one person on the other hand who works at night she wears glasses and is tall she is very rude!! I asked a simple question she bluntly told me the food was done being made at 7:50pm so I drove off. I came in another night and I was standing for my order for about 5-10 mins and her and another female worker walked right past constantly taking drive orders and not asking what's needed or missing!! Very rude and nasty. I stopped coming to Dunkin at night because of this. Why would I want to come to a place that I come to 2x a day just to get nasty attitudes at night!! They need better training and role models to set them straight!!! I've been to this Dunkin every time I come to Daytona Beach. It's clean and quick, real quick! One day when I was waiting for my coffee the woman making it was bobbing her head and seemed happy, she's the 1st person to offer me a long straw for my large drinks at any of the Dunkin's I went to this trip, and I really appreciated that. We stopped on our way home Tuesday night around 6:15-6:30ish. My husband loves a plain Cold Brew with the Sweet Cold Foam on top. Unfortunately, that's not what we received. The coffee was as light as tea, and tasted like a regular water down coffee on ice. The glass was so full of ice, that 3 gulps and the glass was empty. The drive thru at that location is a little hard to navigate, I'm use to it, except the car ahead of us had to back up several times and go forward to make it thru. Well instead of trying it again, the opted to park and go in. The front doors were locked, being from here I understand why, they were none too happy. read more

This is an extremely inconvenient Dunkin Donuts to get in and out of. International Speedway Boulevard can get rather busy and it was a pain to get both in and out. Add to that, that upon pulling out I had to drive down the street to get to a u-turn. But that is certainly not the fault of the fine people at this particular Dunkin Donuts. When I pulled in, there was a line literally out to the street. I simply drove around and parked and walked inside where I was the only customer. I can never understand why people will sacrifice efficiency and speed this so they can save themselves a few steps. But anyway, it made for me to be able to get my coffee and donuts a lot quicker. Service was relatively friendly and I was in and out in a short amount of time. The staff is good, but the location is a bit tough to get in and out of. read more

Unfortunately the service here and attitudes of the employees is horrible. I went in today and despite 3 employees behind the counter I was ignored for 5 minutes. Then after I ordered the food I ordered was apparently forgotten. I walked up to the counter and queried them and the employee looked at me, didn't answer and walked away. This spot has a track record of always getting my order correct and providing polite customer service. Plus, my orders are always the correct temperature. There's not too much more that I would ask of this location, given that I primarily use the drive through to pick up an occasional coffee beverage. Otherwise, let it be known that the drive through line snakes awkwardly through the parking lot and contains a sharp curve as you approach the window. Depending on where one parks, it may be quite some time before you can leave the parking lot due to the path of the drive through line. I've noticed that drivers who aren't paying attention could quite possibly scrape their vehicle along the wall by the drive through window when turning on the curve. read more

A few friends and I stopped in to this Dunkin to grab a cup of coffee and a snack before hightailing it home the last Saturday of Bike Week 2020. We spent the majority of the day at Bruce Rossmeyers and were looking for a place to stop and relax away from the crowds for a while. At first, we looked for a Dunkin closer to the Ormond area however, the closest one we could find was housed inside a gas station. I don't know how the smaller shared stores compete with Wawa's, Circle K's and Racetracks in the area because the available product is quite limited and there is minimal space for customers to mix condiments making the whole process a bit awkward. Once we arrived at the Daytona location, I settled on a Large French vanilla coffee with cream and sugar on the side ($2.34). When I received my coffee the cashier Antonio handed it to me with 5 sugar packets but no cream. When removing the lid, I realized they already added the cream which wasn't a big deal but wasn't what I requested. I didn't taste my coffee until after adding sugar of my own. After tasting the coffee, I realized not only did the staff add cream but they also added sugar. What didn't they understand about cream and sugar on the side? Fortunately, I was able to salvage the coffee without complaining to the staff and requesting a new coffee. For some reason this happens to be fairly consistent among other Dunkin Donut locations I have been to in the past. It seems like they can never get the "add/don't add cream and sugar request" correct so I always order it on the side. Even so, that too seems to be a problem area. Overall, this store was well kept, clean, organized and has great coffee. There was plenty of seating available where our group could take a break and enjoy our beverage/snacks and some conversation before the ride home. I would definitely return to this location in the future however I will double check my beverage before adding additional condiments to prevent reliving this scenario. read more

Hiring more people is for higher efficiency. This store is just the opposite. There are so many people standing there laughing and laughing. No one cares about making a cup of coffee for 3 minutes. My friend and I have been coming to this location everyday for two frozen ice coffee's. Everyday they gave us a senior discounts. Now today they tell us that they are not allowed to give a senior discount on frozen drinks. Keep in mind, frozen drinks have lots of ice. Makes a difference when you are on a fixed income. We don't use the App so we don't look for free coffee. Add two ice coffee's twice a day adds up to a lot. Guess we will have to order one only and bring a cup or find a new drink. read more

It's a Dunkin like most any other Dunkin, not much more you can ask for really. Walking distance from the college making it easy to get to if you're a student. Recommend ordering via the app especially if you're in a rush. read more

When I ordered my coffee the man working the coffee machine asked me if I was ordering coffee and what I wanted. After saying I wanted a French vanilla cold brew, he rolled his eyes and glared almost as if he was disgusted. Not to mention he did not ask if I wanted cream or sugar, at that point I didn't want to say another word to the man to tell him I wanted cream. When I went to check out (tempted to just walk out & go somewhere else) he continued to be rude when the cashier asked what it I ordered & I said "a medium cold brew". He felt the need to raise his voice and say "I thought you wanted a French vanilla cold brew?!". Will never be returning to this location. read more

Terrible location for a drive thru coffee joint, they manage the drive through like a child with undiagnosed ADHD (unrestrained and very flighty), and they randomly close the lobby while not telling anyone that mobile orders. I brushed off a few bad times of service at the drive thru window, but they just can't help themselves. There is another location around the corner on Nova. Came into this Dunkin in between classes to do some homework. Everything was fine until there was some commotion about the state of the men's bathroom. according to one of the employees, "someone literally shit in the bathroom." this caused some unease between the customers in the store including myself. I overheard the employees talking about who was going to clean it up and then started arguing over it. One employee was cussing and saying, "I always have to fucking do it i'm not doing it this time someone else can." The bathroom was left untouched until i left, no one went to clean it up and no sign was put on the door warning customers that there was a health hazard inside. This is a serious problem and the employees here should understand the serious matter at hand and have it cleaned up immediately. however that wasn't done and i am unaware if it was ever even cleaned after i left. read more

not a single nice person working. everyone is rude!!! i ordered their SIGNATURE DRINK and waited 15 minutes standing inside. people after me we're getting all their food and drinks. when i asked where my drink was they rudely told me it was already sitting there. they made my drink wrong which is why i didn't see it. i'm not sure how they make their signature drinks wrong. this location has ruined dunkin' donuts for me. read more

Went in this location yesterday to get an order for me and a gift card. I asked if I could sit and enjoy my coffee she said yes the seating was open in some areas. Soon after this guy walks in with two teenagers. There is a sign on the door that says you must wear a mask. None of these three people had one on. The guy evidently was the husband/boyfriend of one of the workers he leaned over a open display of cups while talking to his girlfriend/wife as she was preparing another customers order. Spewing his germs as he was talking all over the cups that were going to be used for customers orders. The two kids sat at table that had a large prominent sign on it that said "Table Closed", because of social distancing. The kids looked at the sign actually showed it to one another put it back down shrugged and kept sitting there. The guy moved from where the cups are located to the counter, where there is a plexiglass shield in place, instead of standing in front of the shield, he stuck his head around it spewing his germs all over the counter. The manager was watching all this without paying any attention or making any kind of comment to her employee or her boyfriend/husband. Disgusting. No rules or over site at Dunkin' district management. read more
