From the very attentive and customer service friendly staff, to all the amazing events they offer there. This is a perfect pairing of books, art, food and drinks! I had the Butterfly Pea Latte and a house salad with chicken. My friends got the flatbreads Earl Grey tea and a Pinot Grigio. We also had the Lavender Earl Grey Teacup dessert. I can definitely say it was extremely fresh and well seasoned. I was impressed at how well-thought out their menu is. The flatbreads were crisp and savory. The salad was refreshing with a vinaigrette dressing. The dessert was the best creation with the perfect balance of cupcake and rich frosting. My Butterfly Pea Latte was not overly sweet which was perfect for me. You can tell there's a lot of love put into this business and I wish it was in Orlando! I'm sure that everything on the menu is not going to disappoint, so I'm going to be sure to take a trip back to try new items. If you love reading, good atmosphere, and amazing eats, you need to visit Novel Tea Book Shop! There's a small parking lot since this looks to be a converted house.

A day before our reservation, she got a call to ask if we can change our reservation to the next day because they were overbooked. My sister told her we made the reservations a while ago July 9, and we had people coming in from out of town including myself. On the day of our "Tea" three of us showed up early thinking we would check in and wait on the porch. Our host seated us right away, at this time there was only one other 3 person group there. Just as we were being seated the host asked what tea we would like and if we wanted to start with our scones. We said we were waiting on the rest of our guests. As we were enjoying our first cup of tea she once again asked if we wanted our scones. Just then our other guests arrived. As soon as they were seated we started our "Tea service" This was not at all what any of us expected. We were rushed through each step and were not even able to finish one cup of tea before being asked what tea we would like next. It got to the point we were asking for half a cup so we could try the next offered tea. We didn't get to enjoy any casual conversation let alone our Tea Luncheon. We were ran thru in just under a hour. As we were paying our host expressed the fact that the next party upgraded at the last minute from 18 guests to 40+ guests. Upon reflection afterwards we all felt we were rushed thru as to accommodate the next group. This is not what is advertised as a leisurely "Tea Lunch" of. 1 1/2-2 hours so as to enjoy the experience. My sister reached out two times but has had no response, very disappointing. We were all looking forward to spending a beautiful day together celebrating my and my sister's birthday with family and friends at a beautiful Tea house and Tea service /lunch.

We had them do the name and registration numbers for our boat "Selah H20" and do a custom wrap for the dashboard using a photo of wood from our house. We had an idea for a font for the name but told them to use that as a starting point to see what they could come up with. Not only did they come up with awesome designs but they walked us through font variations within those designs to show us what else could be done. (We went with their recommendation and everybody who sees the boat loves the design). And the dashboard is beyond fantastic. Very importantly, they are great communicators, their pricing was exactly where we expected it to be and they're just cool people to be around. Definitely give them a call.
