Today returned home from my daily visit to Dunkin and realized, again, coffee spills on my shirt and shorts due to ill fitting lids. Happens frequently and for years! This location was not good at all. You would think with it being in high demand with the location it would be better but it most definitely was not. I othered a $6 combo and scrambler, the coffee was like warm and the scrambler was throw together and barely warm. I could've saved my money and just went to Starbucks at the hotel instead. read more

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Understaffed. Only takes online orders and tells people who walk in to place an online order because they won't take orders for people in line. Had to wait 45 minutes to get my very simple order taken, then there were still 20+ orders in front of me to be filled before I could get coffee. Knowing the location of this establishment, the order should have more than 2 people working when it seems like a million orders come thru on mobile app. You will be fine here if you order online an hour before you need your stuff. read more

This morning as usual I order the same thing at this location which I order at 2 days in a row now. The older gentleman throws a package of Strawberry cream cheese in the bag, I ask, your not putting it on my bagel? His reply: No! It's nice, clean and conveniently located in front of the beach, bandshell, hotel, etc... We had an espresso, regular coffee, blueberry coolata, iced coffee coolata, chocolate glazed donut and a blueberry muffin. Everything was good but I was surprised the BBC muffin was really good, yum. What can you say bad about DD? My wife loves there coffee and so when at the beach this is a great stop. I am more of a starbuck strong coffee but can only take so much as well. The DD coffee is always smooth and mellow and they have almond milk as an alternative. I am not a donut fan but my wife likes them and so she usually gets 2 of the coffee and donut deals and takes my donut back for later. read more

Terrible attitudes yet again. I have been going to this one for five years and lately all they hire are people that glare at you, and are rude to you. I made two orders today. I took all my change and put it in their tip cup and added some like I ALWAYS do. My second order came to two cents over and I asked if I could grab two pennies back so as not to break a bill-after all, I just put aLmost dollar in it, and the tall ALWAYS rude younger woman with black hair barked at me "That is OURS." While I'm a huge fan of DD for coffee and bagels, I tried the new Pretzel bun roast beef sandwich that their menu board touts as a nicely piled yummy looking new treat... Yeah, not so much! It was small first off but just wasn't good at all. The "beef" was a flat portion of meat that resembled Steak-Um and after they toasted the bun, it became hard while eating it. There was supposed to be some dijon on it somewhere but mine was very dry and pretty tasteless. So I recommend passing on this one even though the menu board makes it look tempting! read more

I used to visit this Dunkin daily before work and the employees were always friendly! They put my order out quickly but always accurate. I stopped going so often simply because I began making my own coffee but I went back today and I could tell they recognized me and were as personable as always. (Even with a crazy long line.) Unlike the Starbucks across the street, this location has a parking lot. No drive thru. Higher prices (slightly) than mainland stores.
