Stopped in at this lovely 2-star DD to get coffee and a quick breakfast. Little Mister was already planning his donut order when he heard hubs and I discussing what real breakfast we could possibly get at DD. We determined that we could get breakfast sandwiches and if Little Mister ate one, then he could have a donut also, if he was still hungry. Really. What kid doesn't have room for a donut after a meal? So Hubs and Little Man ordered their bacon egg sandwiches on bagels and the employee bagging them seemed thoroughly happy about their sandwich and donut choices. When it was my turn to order, I asked about the veggie egg white thing. The employee sounded apologetic about it and said yea, they're just egg whites and veggies. Oh joy. I asked a follow-up question. Again, the employee seemed sad to inform me that there is no bread in this. Double joy. I'll take it. No donut for me, just 2 egg white veggie 'omelets' and a black coffee. Nearly just right for my almost carnivore diet thing. The employees did a nice job of packaging each donut separately and it was relatively quick even though it seemed busy. The veggie egg white omelets were tasty and I would definitely order these again from any DD. The coffee was smooth and exactly what I expect from DD. No issues at all with this DD at the time we were there which was a Sunday morning. I would have liked more egg options such as real scrambled eggs but the egg white omelets were completely satisfactory for a quick breakfast on the road. Incidentally, this DD is truly right off the expressway which makes it a quick pit stop and there is also fuel right next door. read more

Ordered drinks online and it wasn't even filled to the top and it's a $6 drink. Definitely disappointed a lot when I come here. Often my order is messed up and the customer service could improve here. read more

This was probably my worst visit to a Dunkin. The staff, in particular the woman that waited on us, was a disaster. It was a busy Sunday morning, and there was a line! Which wasn't a big deal to us, we waited a few minutes. There was an older gentleman ahead of us, and the cashier was SO rude to him. Rolling her eyes at other staff, not saying please or thank you, just in general being ugly to him. No one in line minded waiting on the older guy, this cashier was completely out of line. Then when it was my turn, I asked for a vanilla bean Coolatta, and it literally took this lady longer to find the right button to ring it in than the time it took the old man to order. I was freaking heated when I left. Maybe I should have rolled my eyes at her coworkers about how long she was taking like she did to that poor old man. Won't return EVER again. read more

While me and my friends decided to enjoy this beautiful morning in the warm ambiance of dunkin' we did not expect the expierence we endured. After spending sometime enjoying the buzz of the morning rush and enjoying some (slightly cold) breakfast sandwiches, we became increasingly nervous when all the doors were locked and we couldn't escape. After finding a way out the employees complained that we unlocked the doors to finally get out of the nightmare. I was at Dunkin' this morning ordering me some snackin bacon they take 15 to get me my food then when I get it it's all cold I go inside to tell them about it and they tell me it's served cold because they leave it sitting out to I've ordered the same thing from Dunkin for over a year never has it been cold also kinda gross you leave you're bacon just sitting out and the coffee sucks will never go to this location again read more

Stopped in for a coffee and a bathroom break. From the bathroom I heard a chorus of girls singing but thought it was the radio... until I walked out of the restroom and heard the same girls singing a different song. It was the crew at Dunkin laughing and singing. So nice to see/hear people having a good time while at work- and not compromising the service. Well done ladies!!! read more

I cant even believe the experience I just had at this Dunkin donuts. Not only did the coffee and food all come out incorrectly and disgusting, but not a single employee (on a team of atleast 5) was wearing their mask correctly! One lady had it pulled down around her chin, another's was so big it was falling off her face, and the remaining employees all had their noses exposed. Also, one was NOT wearing gloves while putting the lids on our iced coffees. Absolutely unsafe!!!! read more

Dunkin is usually such a great experience but this particular location was not great. We stood in line for 6 or so minutes being told that someone would be right there but they continuted to do whatever it was they were doing and when we looked behind the counter and we saw 4 women just standing behind the counter not doing a whole lot when we finally were waited on they made my drink wrong I would stay away from this dunkin. read more

This DD is easily accessible, right off of 390. I'd give it more stars if the staff were more professional. I've stopped here many times, and service is always just "eh". I'm honestly not hard to please. Just be polite, and make the correct order. Tonight when I stopped in, unprovoked, the woman at the counter told me "It would be a lot more easier if he (she meant the other employee) wasn't on the phone trying to meet a girl." I don't care. What exactly is it that someone expects the customer to reply? "Gee, I'm sorry that my being here causes you to work." ?? Such a turnoff. And it was just after 5pm on a Saturday and you have no Dark Roast brewed? I also asked about a new Cold Brew there was a big poster of, because I hadn't seen it advertised yet, called sweet & salty cold brew. I was asking some questions and the reply was "I don't know, I won't touch that stuff." What is that reply??? Stopped in here on my way to NYC for a quick breakfast. This was anything but quick. The cashier was not friendly and seemed rather like she just woke up. I ordered a egg and cheese on a English muffin. The sandwich was good when I finally got it but it shouldn't take 15 of waiting to order. There was a long line forming after I ordered and I finally saw a manager come up and start taking orders. I suggest a refresher on customer service for all employees. read more

The worst DD ever. Coffee absolutely awful. Don't go into the store you will wait longer than the drive thru. They have zero skills in multi tasking. Worked for DD for seven years when younger. Our manager wouldn't allow the shambles this place is...some just standing there when the place is packed come on learn to move the people. If you need help let me know this crew needs a lesson on how to handle a crowd and keep everything moving. The manager needs to replaced. read more

This is a the second time stopping there in a months time. Breakfast egg bacon on croissant was terrible, bacon under cooked and tasted old. The worst coffee I have ever had and asked to switch to decaf because the dark roast was way to strong. Very acidic as well. We will not stop there anymore. So disappointed because we have always liked DD's. read more

When it opened it was real nice but years of poor management have not been kind. The employees have yet to get my order right and in the summer there's flies on the donuts (no joke). The floors have that black grime in the corners from not being clean well (if at all), and the cofee drinks are not consistent,,,sometimes I ordered a medium and get a small in a medium cup, sometimes it's too strong or burnt sometimes it's too weak. At least they *finally fixed the broken lock on the bathroom door. The only really consistent thing is the unfriendly help and dirtiness. Dunkin should really change management and clean this up because it's a major smear on the brand. read more

I always love to stop at Dunkin whenever I am near one. This was the worst Dunkin I have ever been at in my life. I got a frozen mocha coffee with whip cream. They literally just gave me ice chunks, no flavoring what so ever and with no whipped cream. I also got hash browns and they were not even warm. Why is this DD still open? We thought it was closed because it was quite dark in the place. The kids and I came in at 8pm and ALL the screens are turned off! Why?? We had to ask for them to be turned on so that we could see what was available. The staff could have cared less if we were there or not. Is this place for real? The only reason I frequent this place is bc its on the way home from my sisters house. It's consistently awful. Understaffed. Out of things all time. And they are rude. I just stood at the counter for ten minutes before even being greeted. Then when the gal finally came over she was less than excited to take care of us. Frustrating. The service at this Dunkin is always slow and weird, especially on big travel weekends. The staff have complained to me (as the customer) in ways that have made me really uncomfortable. Even though it's the easiest place off the highway to stop and get some caffeine between my house and my mom's, I gave up going in there because I couldn't take it anymore. read more

The service at this establishment was horrible. I waited in line with my friends. When my friend went up to order the cashier was rude and gave him attitude. My nose was also bleeding from the extreme heat so I was going to order a ice coffee when I got up to the register the lady forced me to take the napkin out of my nose to order. She would not allow me to get my ice coffee until I took it out. My nose was still bleeding at the time so I had to tilt my head back while ordering and getting food. I purchased a large hazelnut coffee coolatta at Dansville DD it was white? The WORST coffee coolatta ever couldn't even drink it tasted like flavored milk threw it out!! I will never go back to the Dansville DD!!!!!!! read more
