Thanks for 5 mini hashbrowns for $5
Mickey B.

Gross! Went through the drive through to get a breakfast sandwich, hashbrowns, & a coffee and was served a clearly burnt breakfast sandwich, exactly 5 tiny hashbrowns, and a watered down coffee. I went right back into the store where 1 person was sweeping the lobby while everyone else stood around. The kitchen area was dirty and unclean from what I saw. I showed the manager my sandwich and requested one that was more edible. They made me a new one, but still an inconvenience and expensive for nasty food. I'll skip this location from now on.

Ordered a large energy drink. 3 sips later I have a large cup of ice. Absolutely terrible

They basically scam you every way they can. A large is technically a small due to how much ice is put in.

A horrible example of a strawberry sprinkle donut.

Terrible donuts. Terrible employees. What a terribly run business. Zero acknowledgment coming through the door. No one to take an order... just a computer kiosk. Waited 7 minutes... staring at the back of heads waiting for them to pluck TWO donuts out of the case. And the donuts were just lame. Half of the icing/sprinkles was missing from my kids donut. About the only thing they got right was having the door unlocked and the lights turned on. 0/10 would not recommend.

Does this look like a JELLY donut??? We ordered 2 and neither one had any filling....just a giant space where it should've been. Of course since it was drive through and we were already miles down the road there's nothing we can do about it.

I like this Dunkin'! I've been to this location several times since it's the second closest Dunkin to my house, and it's very close to my son's gym. I usually stop by during my son's practice. I rarely go inside, even before Covid, but the handful of times I have in the past year have all been pleasant experiences. The space is clean with social distancing markers. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they all wear masks and gloves. I can't speak for the early morning drive-thru lines since I never go early. However, in my experience, the lines move fairly quickly. I've never had to wait long. My order is always correct, usually just an iced almond milk latte and the occasional maple donut!

Located on Canton Hwy just before you get to the Kelly Mill Rd intersection, this new Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop is definitely one of a kind! The exterior of the building has a whole new look compared to every other Dunkin location in this area. There is now a drive thru line AS WELL AS a mobile order drive thru line for those that placed an order through the app and just need to pick up and go! You no longer have to wait in the long drive thru line if you've already placed your order ahead of time. What really sets this location apart from every other Dunkin location in this area, however, is that it has nitro brewed coffee on tap which you can see from the moment you walk in! To be honest, the parking lot is a bit cramped, but it's not a deal breaker at all. The flow of traffic is counter clockwise even if you are not going through the drive thru. This is to keep traffic running smoothly around the shop. I am excited to have this new location in our city, especially where it is located!

I was told this location wasn't good but went anyway because I was close. Arrived and was told the latte machine was down at 11am. I said ok thanks and proceeded to leave. By the time I got around to the window it was magically back up. Ordered two drinks and 4 donuts. Received donuts all together in bottom of bag no tissue paper. They tasted like they were from the day before.

Burned!

I am a fan of Dunkin! I am in their rewards program and have really enjoyed stopping at Dunkin on my way to work occasionally. I was excited to see a new location in Cumming! Nice modern store, good vibe ! Heres the problem - no quality control! I only use drive thru at this location. I have visited this location 3-4 times and continue to have problems with my orders. Previous problem - when ordering a toasted bagel with cream cheese, they barely put any cream cheese on the bagel. Like its hard to find!! The second time i ordered it, i mentioned to the staffer about my previous problem. She said no problem - so when i looked at that bagel this time, there was a little bit more cream cheese - but nothing like i receive at other Dunkin locations. Very stingy on the cream cheese here! Today was again bad. I thought - lets try something different. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese croissant. As you can see by the picture i attached - arrived completely burned!!! I opened my bag after leaving drive thru and went right back through to inform them of this unacceptable burned sandwich. I asked - how did this sandwich make it through quality check? The manager (??) apologized, i mentioned that i have had had several problems at this location. He said he would work on it. When i am paying $7.40 for a breakfast sandwich and a small sweet tea i want it to be good, not burned! Totally bummed about this store! Not up to the quality of other Dunkin locations. Staff needs training please.

All the espresso grounds

As others have said this place is a hit or miss. I got a latte that was supposed to be iced and I responded and said it was supposed to be iced. They looked annoyed and the one lady I assume just poured it over ice. There are espresso grounds in it unfortunately and last time they I didn't get the correct bagel. They really need to understand that without customers they have no business. Please make sure your order is correct before driving off and get a receipt just in case they say otherwise.

Burnt everything bagel.

Someone decided they were going to be too lazy to toast a new bagel. They decided they wanted to give their customer a completely burnt everything bagel top. Why they would think it was acceptable is beyond me.. but to that employee, do better!

Angie H.

These donuts were awful. The drive thru worker rushed us through our order and then gave us donuts that didn't even taste good and looked terrible. Do better Dunkin!

SEALED box so the door dash driver did not touch it.

Everything feels thoughtful and high quality, not rushed or mass-produced. On top of that, their customer service is phenomenal -- friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help you decide or make recommendations. Their seasonal drinks are always on point, especially the Valentine's raspberry truffle latte, which was chef's kiss. Cozy atmosphere, delicious food, and the kind of place you want to keep coming back to. Highly recommend!

The system in…read morethe cafe is weird everyone is scrunched up I didn't feel comfortable talking because we were so close to the other table. Ambiance is way too crapped if you're claustrophobic you're probably not going to be able to stay here. System is whack because the drinks aren't on the menu you have to GET UP and go up and figure out what drink you want. Then they can only make it one way you can't asked for something cold/hot. Not to mention the floors were nasty, tables not wiped, and in general I hated the experience. The food looked like something you heat up in the microwave. Specially the croissant because it looks like jimmy deans croissants from Walmarts freezer section. Then to top it all off there was a 12-14 INCH HAIR PIECE In our food. I was disgusted. The chai latte tasted like straight up cold milk with some cinnamon on top. I've had tons of chai in my life but by far that one was the worst. I wouldn't come back and I pray that they get everything back in order. I see the business owner replied to my review. I will like to say as a customer if I share a review then I truly believe that things should be fixed, not excuses or "seen footage". If I had Gotten all the way up and went to the counter and said "I just found a 12-14 hair piece in my food" things still would not have changed due to us already being done with our experience and wanting to leave . Now with the cleaning situation there was tons of food under the tables and the tables weren't wiped. No one came to clean at all so the comments on the cleaning was way off for me, everyone was working BEHIND The counter. I also believe with the drinks I am not talking just about the Tiramisu Latte. I originally was not planning on getting the Tiramisu but when I asked for something else hot they said only iced. And no it is not a personal preference of a Chai latte a Chai latte should not taste like cold milk with cinnamon dust. Thank you for taking time to reply to my review. We also did NOT finish our food and the "seen footage" accusations is a bit harsh. As a Yelp Elite member it is important to be 100% REAL with my reviews. I take passion and respect for every business out there but I genuinely am concerned, especially with how defensive the owner is to my review. The rude server at the front also made us not feel comfortable coming up and doing something. Now seeing how the owner is acting I am even more worried.. A chai is suppose to be BROWN not PURE WHITE. If you truly looked at the footage you would've seen me pull that long hair piece out.

I attended a Woofstock event at the Cumming city center this weekend and stumbled upon this charming bakery, cafe, and tea room. After ordering some freshly baked pastries from the bakery side we decided to have lunch. My sister ordered the chicken and waffles and loved the kick of the hot honey sauce. The chicken was well cooked breast meat and had a delicious crispy coating. The peach iced tea was light and refreshing, but not syrupy or cloyingly sweet. My egg salad sandwich was flavorful and the bread was fresh. My side salad was also really good and not just some iceberg lettuce and a mealy tomato. I swapped out the standard dressing for a little bleu cheese and it was worth the extra calories. I recommend this place if you are in the area.

Redevelopment is necessary on the customer service end. It's a bit chaotic and if the restaurant wasn't fully up and running I'd be more forgiving. However, it's over a month since opening and they're no longer in the soft opening stage so the constant changes are a bit exhausting. They've changed everything from the checkout process, bakery basket (it was complimentary), and hours of operation. My last visit was quite pleasant. I enjoyed my brunch, and everyone seemed to receive the food well. Plus, my server was very welcoming and present. However, my visit today was the opposite experience. The server arrived 15 minutes after I was seated, it took another 15 minutes for my order to be placed, and roughly 20-25 minutes before my food arrived and it was bussed by multiple staff members. They were short staffed but considering the restaurant wasn't extremely busy it was a bit annoying to wait so long. Also, everything was out of stock... the grenadine syrup for the Shirley Temples and cocktails, the hot honey for the chicken... my OJ even came out late because they were waiting for more clean glasses out of the dishwasher. It was simply unorganized and I probably won't return until the reviews suggest things have improved.

We lucked out by going on a Wednesday which is 20% off for seniors 65+ so we all received the discount! The coffee was great. The place is not huge but it is very clean and cozy feeling. Just slightly smaller than the First Watch we usually go to but the food was better and that's an accomplishment! It's in Sugar Hill, GA about 45 minutes from my house but definitely worth the drive. I already know what I'm having next time...creme brulè French toast with vanilla pudding... then the next time a banana Nutella crepe . Toward the end of our meal, another family came in with a young child who was clearly upset and crying. They were seated behind us, and honestly, it did not bother me at all. As a mother myself I completely understand that kids have tantrums and can become overtired. What was upsetting was seeing the waitress approach the family and tell them that their child was a problem and that they needed to take him outside so they would not disturb other customers. This happened around 2:15pm so it was almost closing time and the restaurant was no longer very busy. The interaction came across as unnecessarily rude and lacking compassion. The family ended up leaving before even ordering because of the way they were spoken to. I later spoke with the other mother because I could hear how upset and embarrassed she felt after the interaction. It was heartbreaking to watch a mother, on Mother's Day, simply trying to enjoy a meal with her family, be treated that way. I understand restaurants want guests to have a pleasant experience, but kindness and understanding should always come first, especially when it comes to families with young children.
