As Dunkins go this one is below average. Have been here a couple of times for food and have been disappointed both times. They cannot seem to get the order correct. Sure they may toss a doughnut and get a black coffee. BUT if you ask for a toasted bagel with creme cheese on the side NOPE! Or if you ask for a bagel with butter NOPE! Pretty sad, they always seem to be busy. Must be simple coffee type people. read more

I don't frequent Dunkin very often and thought I would and wanted to see what type of donuts they have so I went to their website and looked under the menu for donuts and they literally don't have any listing of their donuts.....kind of thought that was the whole purpose of a menu to show customers what type of products they have. Blond worker closed 20 minutes early and ignored us in the drive thru. Tgey are normally open at this time and I go almost every week. Bad service and the blond young girl even acknowledged us and didn't take our order. read more

The young woman that was working the drive thru window on March 9th at 9:45 a.m., I should have gotten her name. She is absolutely rude, please take her off the drive-thru. I wish I would have gotten her name. I asked for salt with my breakfast sandwich, and when I told her I couldn't find it she practically threw four packs at me. I wasn't rude in asking, I said please. She was put out. So I drove away on my way to work. It turns out she did put salt in the bag. I found 3 packets inside my sandwich in between the egg and the bacon. Unreal. DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I don't like people to get fired. Drank half my coffee realized it had two stickers on it, they literally gave me someone else's order and slapped a new sticker over the top 20 mins later when I came thru and it just don't settle well with me. Is this a drink that was handed back for being wrong? It was just sitting on the counter for 20 mins, I dunno? The Mexican lady taking your order at the window is impatient and rude. I wasn't done with my order and in the middle of ordering she's shouting what!? & what!? Well if you'd let me finish..... I wasn't even at the ordering menu for 20 seconds. Then I pulled up and the person behind me couldn't make it close enough to the speaker and she's screaming through the speaker hello!? Hello!!!?! By far the rudest Dunkin employees I have ever encountered. I stopped to get a bagel and the woman on the speaker answered with, "what do you want", not hello or anything. I ordered my bagel and asked for the cream cheese on it because I was traveling and it is hard to spread cheese on a bagel while driving. She said , "wait , you want it on it?", And then proceeded to sigh very loudly. Pull up, a women by the window actually THREW my food to the woman at the window. I was appalled. The girl then held it out the window with no words and basically shut the window in my face. No have a nice day or anything. Sad. read more

OK. So we didn't have time for breakfast and I had to do something while I dropped wife at doctors. Did I mention our brand new rescue 12 week old puppy? Couldn't leave her home alone so packed her into her rear seat sling. Now, I should have known something was up when we pulled into this Dunkin parking lot and her puppy breakfast came up all over the rear sling. I'm sure it was just a coincidence. They of course didn't have any of the donut flavors I wanted since they are all cooked and shipped to the stores and you take whatever you get these days. I got my wife's hot chocolate, which she later said was great as always. I had a Diet Coke. Only bottled available, probably turned out for the the best. The closest thing I could get that I might like was jelly donuts. Too bad they were getting stale and had no flavor. But maybe not, since the double chocolate I got for my wife were tastefully sickening and inedible. They were thrown out. Now back to the puppy. Coincidence, or all knowing? This is my favorite dunkin to go to in the area. It has modern style decor and yet feels cozy at the same time. Customer service is good for the most part and their iced coffee is consistently delicious! Only downfall I would say is their wifi connection is very bad. Couldn't load up any videos with my laptop due to low connection. You are better off going to Starbucks if you want to do any computer work. Aside from that it's a great place to hangout and wind down with a cup of joe. read more

While I am a Dunkin' coffee drinker pretty consistently, I have never experienced what I experienced today. Not only was the lady difficult to understand in the drive thru, after asking her to make a peach iced tea and a hot pumpkin coffee and 10 chocolate munchkins and then when the order was repeat back for it to be incorrect. Then when we get to the window we were told they were out of munchkins. Okay I understand you ran out of munchkins however the person cashing people out just help out his hand to be paid, giving no total. While again I am an avid Dunkin' coffee drinker but the experience today was unacceptable. I will not be visiting this location again. The service continues to decline and not get any better. read more

I must admit, I love this crew. They see me 3 to 5 mornings a week and at least 5 of 7 afternoons. They are always pleasant and smiling. I know running orders at peak times must be grueling and they do an awesome job day in and out especially if you look at the volume of vehicles. My family drove here from Monon granddaughter asked if we could get coffee and donuts we stop and they rush to lock the inside door at 845 p.m. we check sign says closes 10 p.m. Wednesday. Go to drive thru and the server was very uninformed. Its so sad the kids today dont have any self respect. And employers dont seem to care either. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts has a nice location. The building is clean and service is fast. The, unfortunate part is, by 10am the donuts are stale and chewy but, they still charge full price for donuts that should have been thrown away. $10 for a dozen less than fresh donuts is not ok by any standard. The 2 stars is for the location and cleanliness of the building. Maybe do a 1/2 price, 1/2 the freshness sale late morning. At least people would get what they expect for 1/2 the price. read more

everytime i go to this dunkin and ask for a plain bagel with strawberry cream cheese i get plain cream cheese. i understand a mess up or two, but every single time i've been there and asked for that exact order they give me the wrong cream cheese. i think they can do better than that plus better communication. also the bagel they gave me must've been over a week old it was way too hard, clearly old. read more
