Where do I start. The staff and management is absolute TRASH (except a nice lady named Theresa, she's awesome and deserve so much better than this place and crew). Employees sitting around fully capable but choose not to take orders when there are clearly people waiting in the drive thru. Employees have terrible attitudes and treat new staff like absolute garbage. Waited in the drive thru for a 15 minutes (1 car ahead of me, no one in the lobby), only to be treated with disrespect. My sister started working here two days ago and told me that they left her (and one other new hire) to basically run the whole front of the store on THEIR FIRST DAY, mind you, 4-5 other employees, including a manager all laughed and played on their phones in the back, just completely ignoring people in the drive thru. And then, a seasoned employee got mad when she made a drink incorrectly, and refused to teach her how to make it right, instead said "if I was a customer I'd be pissed at this drink," and proceeded to throw it in the sink in front of her in a very rude fashion. Today, a service member in uniform walked in concerned with his food (the lobby is currently closed due to an AC issue), the employees would not assist him, yelled at him to leave the store, and threatened to call the police.... What a joke. Also, sanitary conditions? Where ? Lol they have fruit flies all over their donuts. My sister went to package a donut and claimed "10 fruit flies flew off of it and into her face" (this happened today as well). This place also seems to not have an issue leaving food out all night (items that are required to stay frozen overnight), and then serve it the next day, also witnessed by my sister who's only been employed there for 3 days... Today was her last day by the way, as she walked out halfway through the day due to how toxic this place is. Additionally, and yes there's more, if YOU ARE A DOORDASHER DO NOT ACCEPT ORDERS FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT FULFILL THEM AND YOU WILL BE IGNORED, it's a complete waste of time. I'm not kidding, I seriously wish I was. This place needs an overhaul in management, staff, attitude, and overall cleanliness. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. read more

This is by far the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I have never gone through and had my order right. I order a turkey sausage flatbread, it comes on a tortilla. Order a breakfast croissant & you'll get it on an English muffin. Order a big and toasted and two burnt pieces of toast with no meat, just egg. We ordered at the drive thru. The guy seemed to be having a bad day. He said everything with an attitude. Then, in the middle of us ordering, a female took over. She only had one of our items that we ordered. We have no idea what happened to the rest of the order. She finally got the rest of the order. When we got to the window, we were there for 5-6 minutes without being greeted at all. Also, they were out of their promotional Candy Cane donut. I guess I will have to stick with Kristy Kreme for my rare occasion of donut cravings. read more

I'm glad there's a new business in town but sad its Dunkin Donuts. First of all the donuts are brought in frozen and then thawed so already you lose the freshness. Second, they have free wifi but only have about 4 seats!!! Why? Third, the only reason most will go there will be for the drinks not the food. I have been thoroughly impressed with this store over the last several years, and especially during the year long pandemic lockdowns. The drive-through was extremely busy, but they kept it moving especially if you used the app; wait times ~3 mins. Fast forward 6 months and this store has lost its groove big time. The drive through lines are extremely long (typically 6+ cars), the wait time at the ordering speaker starts with "please wait" followed by several minute of waiting, and if you use the app for the Drive Through they advise you to come in. The employees who were once happy can't hide the lack of happiness or enthusiasm, and it looks like the staff has almost a complete rotation of new personnel. I would suggest the store manager take a hard look at the current processes, many customers will accept slower service for a quality product, but will never accept poor service and a poor product... but then again maybe they will cause the lines are still deep and wait times are through the roof. If your store is short staffed to the point where you cannot efficiently cover a drive-through and a lobby, do the right thing for your employees, and temporarily close one until you can. We've travelled around to several fast food restaurants between FL, AL, GA, MS, and it appears many of the lobbies are closing because of similar issues... at least this store doesn't have a Baskin Robbins to deal with as well. read more

First off I used to work at dunks so I know how easy it is to accurately complete an order from system input to cooking the product. This is by far THE WORST Dunkin' I have ever been to. As you can see in the picture the drink is a medium Carmel swirl latte it was SUPPOSED to be with skim milk. As you can see just by the eye this is NOT skim its whole milk. Now the bagel first the bagel is supposed to be toasted it's not hard, if you're trying to save time by turning the toaster speed up STOP because this nasty stale bagel is now not even toasted. The egg on the bagel had to be removed to eat it because it had a disgusting spoiled taste to it. My daughters cinnamon raisin bagel was so hard we had to throw it away. I love dunks but this place deserves zero stars if I had the option. I kept giving it a chance but I'm done. It's horrible every time and each time they never have any different bagels. Laziness? Uncleanliness? Not sure what it is but I'm sure if people stop going maybe we can get a better place in this town. read more

This is sad! I had been craving some Boston Creme donuts from Dunkin DONUTS and two days in a row I went by there to get one and they didn't have anything but like one type of unpopular kind. Twice they had basically nothing. I finally curved my craving by going to a freaking gas station and getting a Krispy Kreme one. A lot of times a new opening can be a rough ordeal but this location managed to open with grace. I've been more times than I'd like to admit and every time has been the same great experience. Extremely good service, the food is great and I'm not talking about just the donuts. The bagels, sandwiches, and drinks have all been top notch. First of all, I'm a Fan , I've eat DD Donuts and drink DD Coffee since the 1970;s. what I did not like,, was the Male Employee, Was not Friendly, Did not speak,, My Friend and I dined in, the same male employee, came out to clean, I was stunned, He wiped table and floor (under table) with same wash cloth, I was hoping he would throw away the wash cloth, or use a different one for each cleaning, he should have just swept under table for trash, Instead he uses same wipe,,, So Nasty, and spreading germs, Bacterial ,,,, The Female night manager super great, offered Refills for us at our table, the male employee did not,,, and He was not super young. I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and was disappointed to know there is only 1 around here. But I must say this is an excellent location. I've been to many bad locations such as in Chicago or Boston where the donuts are stale and the workers are rude. However, here everyone is very friendly and the donuts are always enticing and fresh! I've come to Dunkin' Donuts plenty of times in the morning and I do understand how busy the drive thru is, but that does not give anyone the excuse to be rude to a customer coming through. My order came out o $3.81 and I gave $4.00. I could not find a penny at first. I then found it before the transaction and drawer was closed. I was still not given the right change. The cashier was not rude, it was the worker that was making and handing over the coffee this morning. She made it a point to say, "She's holding up the line for a penny," where I can hear it. Again, I understand it's busy, but I expect correct change. There was no need for the comment. I work customer service and I would not speak out the way she did. It did not bring a good start to my Monday and I was pretty angry when I left and I'm still angry. I wanted to come in to complain and I am normally non confrontational, but did not have the time. Worst Dunkin Donuts ever. The first time I visited this store was about six months, I ordered a medium iced coffee, how could you possible mess that up? At the drive-thru it took entity too long to place my order because of the employees lack of knowledge of their menu. Then my coffee, the only thing I ordered, tasted terrible and i ends up throwing it out. Now this was six months ago, since then I have returned about 5 times hoping for them to redeem theirselves, but have been let down every time. So I will not be returning anytime soon. read more
