I just moved to the area and I'm an avid coffee drinker. I've been to this location 3 times hoping for improvement, no such luck. The lobby is always messy/dirty. The service is consistently slow despite mobile ordering. I can overlook most things but customer service is of high importance!!! The employees don't greet you at all, they don't apologize for the wait, barely make eye contact with you, and have a general "I don't want to be here" attitude. I'm giving 2 stars because the coffee is generally good and I see gloves in use. Otherwise if you're in a hurry (before work) choose wisely. read more

after stopping here on my way to work for a while now, I can confidently say that the difference between decent drive thru times and food vs. the most burnt thing you've ever been handed depends on when you show up. Before 10AM, the staff is ON TOP OF IT, they nail their service and food/drink and I can expect to get through the drive through in five minutes tops. After 10AM, you'll be lucky to get through the drive thru in 20 minutes. Staff is rude, food is burnt, and it's a 50/50 chance if they will even hand you the correct thing. I'm typing this as I sit in my car, having already waited 25 minutes. This is at 3pm on a Monday. I know being a baskin/dunkin combo place probably makes things harder, but my god does the afternoon shift make it everyone else's problem. read more

The best time for Dunkin' is anytime during the fall! I'm such a pumpkin fanatic. I love all the pumpkin flavored goodies. I came here for a drink and ended up staying for my nieces. I got them ice cream and just enjoyed the inside ambiance. The service was great too. The cashier was so nice and helpful. read more

Went back on Sunday Morning 7/13/25..this manager was on it..she had about 8 workers directing them and had them pushing out of drive thru orders ..as I stood a register ..a very short time...she saw me and directed one of her workers to stop what they were doing and address the front counter..I received excellent service ..something I value..I did see the young lady that ignored me at the counter in my last visit..she was the only one not moving at a working pace..she was just looking confused hunched over the register near the drive thru window.. read more

omg where do i start. first off, i stood in line for five minutes before anyone took my order. no one greeted me or acknowledged my existence. the person who took my order couldn't get it right not 1, not 2, but 3 times. i had to continuously correct her because for some reason she couldn't figure out my simple order of coffee and a donut. the coffee came out and i asked the barista why there was no cold foam or crumbles on top and she said because i didn't order the signature drink... even tho i ordered and corrected the order three different times. it's not my fault your own employee can't push a damn button on a screen. i told her i ordered the signature drink and she rolled her eyes and grabbed the coffee out of my hands so she could add the toppings, then shoved it back at me. The staff are nice but continuous inconsistencies in every order I have at this specific location. Short drive through lines are slow. Needs new management to train their employees better. A simple cup of coffee can't be 95% water.... Also my usual oatmilk latte once again not consistent. This is a good location. I would like to see all of the Covington exteriors upgraded like the one close to the Covington square. It would be great to get some of the employees from that locations to work the other locations in town. The manager needs to make sure that the people who prepare the food are making sure its prepared right. I don't know if its because of the oven they use or what the reason is. I don't like saying its the employees (the owners?) because everyone is short staffed these days. I am doing my best not to beat up on the people who come to work. The problem is most of the locations in the Covington/Conyers areas seem disappointing and I dont know who or what to blame. You go to Gwinett county and the Dunkin' aren't like this. The whole Newton/Rockdale area where these stores are located are neglected and need sprucing up. read more

It really sucks when you're craving something and it's not made correctly, but what is worse is when I asked if they could remake my order the employee said :"we don't have espresso ". So that really makes me question how they made my iced cappuccino without espresso and why would they be okay with serving me a drink that doesn't have the full ingredients. Then, another employee said: "no we do have espresso, the machine was just cleaning itself"... so now I'm imagining did they just serve me a drink while the machine was cleaning itself? It's honestly just so disappointing that no one cared enough to serve a drink correctly and they still showed no concern to remake it either. They did remake my drink, but it was not good. Unfortunately, I've given this location so many tries and they end up disappointing me at some point. Every time I come here the speaker is always "not working" so I'd have to pull up to the window to see if anyone is even working. Any who, last night I really wanted some doughnuts and realized they close at 10 so I jumped outta bed and got there around 945p. Pulled up to the menu and once again I'm sitting there saying hello and get no answer. So I pull up to the window, it's clearly people working but they don't notice me so I honk my horn. She says "we're closed" I say "oh guys close earlier than 10?" She said "well no but we're short staff so we have to go head and close to clean." I said ok then drove off. Even though it was packed; I still had a great experience. I went before work, so it didn't surprise me that there was a line. It wasn't quite to the door, but it was getting there and there was a line in the drive thru also. There was only one person working the register, but he was moving us through the line fairly quickly. I believe my entire time spent in the restaurant from walking in the door to getting back into my car was about ten minutes. There were a couple of big orders ahead of me, so I completely understood the wait; plus it was that crucial time before work when everyone needs their coffee. I only ordered munchkins and wake up wraps, so my order did not take long to complete. There were a lot of employees working, and no one seemed to be waiting an unnecessarily long time for anything. I liked how open the space was. This is the only Dunkin Donuts in the area, so to be able to walk in and not be met with tables was awesome. There were tables there, just not as soon as you walked in the door, so the people standing in line didn't end up standing right next to someone trying to sit and eat. This restaurant was fully stocked on all items displayed in the lobby. I appreciated that too; nothing worse than going to an establishment to get a retail item that is out of stock. The employees were all really nice and helpful too. One had been there all night, but he was still smiling and helping customers politely and quickly. They are located about 5 minutes from the highway and in a shopping center, so there is ample parking. Be careful navigating the parking lot though. If someone enters drive thru incorrectly you may be stuck for a minute until it dies down. This location is close to where I work, so I will be here fairly often. We had to tell them our order atleast 5 times as they were making it. Not to be a Karen BUTTTT I think it's absolutely ridiculous how hot it is in this particular store. The air conditioning unit has been completely out for a while and the manager refuses to fix it "until renovations". How do they expect their staff to work at tip top shape when they are nearly passing out and or throwing up because of the heat??? This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts & Baskin Robbins location I have ever been to. I've given them multiple opportunities as a customer because they are just so close to my Mom's house. That's my first mistake, to support this location continuously because it does feel like they really just don't care here. The lines are super long everytime which does not bother me really. But they customer service and the quality of the food and drinks is just terrible. The owner and manager treats customers so poorly and does not lead by example. I have received incorrect drinks and food. I have received half served drinks. And the only consistency about them is that they 99.9% of the time make the drinks and food wrong. There is only one employee here that is really great and because of them I kept giving them a chance. The owner gave me an attitude a recent time visiting the location and even made by drink incorrectly and was rude when I politely asked for her to remake it. Don't waste your money here ! read more

BEWARE This is the slowest & worse Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. They never have sweet tea. They take forever. I came in and one customer complained about waiting and I turn around and did the same. They mess up on drink orders too. I went in to get drinks I was told they didn't have tea and the cashier went to do something else in the middle of my order. So 5 minutes later the mgr came and place my order remind you it was slow and 3 other ppl working. She places my order after I've been waiting to place it. When I ask for tea again the mgr tells me they have tea so I told her ok and no ice so she puts ice in it and I told her I wanted no ice and she says it's not enough tea to not have any ice in the cup. I'm like heffa you think I about to pay for a cup full of ice & 4oz of drink. So I said never mind. She had a attitude and I left before I gave any money. I wasted 15 mins and walked out with nothing. Never again. This isn't the first time I have had a issue but it will be the last they will not get any of my money. read more

After seeing all of these terrible reviews I'm not surprised at the service I got at this Dunkin. My husband is a type one diabetic. But we love Dunkins sugar free coffees. I ordered 2 sugar free toasted almond ice coffees with cream and sweet n low. The lady hands me a cup with about an inch tall pile of granulated sugar on the bottom. Any type of artificial sweeteners ALWAYS dissolves in any temp liquid. Sugar doesn't dissolve in cold liquid. I sent it back and the MANAGER comes to the window and says she watched the employee make it. I was appalled. We couldn't drink these drinks that I ordered and the MANAGER refused to make it right. I've had this happen at other stores and they always take it back and apologize and remake it the right way. I miss the Dunkin in Griffin. They have wonderful service 100% of the time. If the other comments haven't deterred you enough, you don't want to go here. read more

Last Saturday afternoon I took my wife, oldest son, and two grandchildren to the DD/B-R store on GA. Hwy. 20 in Conyers, GA. We ordered ice cream products for all family members and one dozen donuts "to go". Two on the items were a medium and a large milk shake. As the only counter person on duty was scooping the ice cream to make these drinks, I noticed and commented that the scoops of ice cream were only half or less full. When he poured the LARGE shake into the glass, there was less than 3/4's of a full glass. He then proceeded to add two more small scoops of ice cream to the mixer and lots of mile. The final "product" was less than a full serving and very, very runny. The medium drink was made EXACTLY the same way: less than full scoops of ice cream and too much milk. When it was time to check-out, this same clerk attempted to double-charge for the donuts and was VERY rude when this was brought to his attention. We photographed the "large" milk shake next to the displayed drink glasses and the serving is very visably short. The service is horrible and the employees always get your order wrong and want to blame the customer/ not this location but Conyers, Ga. My wife was verbally attacked by one of their employees because she complained that her order was wrong , she called her a b---- and called her a host of other names and tried to come over the counter at her. then her and the other employees lied about the whole situation later, including the older black lady who can never get anything right. That person never got fired. We had been going here for years, we will never go back. We spent plenty of money and this maniac female employee called my wife broke because she complained she was over charged. These people are unprofessional, dangerous and liars at the hwy 138 location in which the same people own. The doughnuts are always stale. We need some competition in conyers for . This was a horrible experience for us. The one female manager acted like she did not really even know me and took her crazy employees sides. One day this girl will cost them alot of money. She has a temper and has no respect for customers. It was very scarey and no one wanted to listen to my wifes side of the story. We all know the truth.
