If I could give zero I would. I'm not quite sure how this place is still in business. It has the absolute worst coffee and service. I ordered a sweet foam cold brew twice first time no sugar as asked, second time they gave me an iced coffee and tried to pass it off. The iced coffee wasn't even palatable to make up for the mistake. They never have any donuts. And the staff gets mad if you say hey I ordered a hot coffee and they give you an iced. read more

Good place to stop for a coffee and donut This is located on the east side of the I-95 interstate and on the north side of Florida State Road 520. It is a stand-alone building with the iconic Dunkin Donuts' look. It is located between an Ihop and a gas station. You can either arrive at this location by 1)turning as though you are going to Sam's club and turning through the gas-station parking lot or 2) travelling past the building on 520 and making a u-turn into their parking lot. Parking is limited as there are only about 11 parking spaces. You can either use their drive through or eat in at the restaurant. There were about 6-8 tables to seat between 2 and 4 people each The restaurant was small but the staff was wonderfully friendly. We ordered coffee, pumpkin and apple donuts. The prices were reasonable and the inside was clean. The outside trashcan was overflowing but overall the area was clean. The coffee and the pumpkin donut were good. The apple donut was not as good. We think it would have been better warmed up but that is for another day. Overall, it was a very nice visit made more so by the staff's friendly attitude. read more

I go here a good amount of days throughout the week and ever employee is awesome! I always order through the mobile app and my orders always ready when i get there-literally 5 mins after i've ordered. Yes at times they've been super busy and i've had to wait but hey everyone is human and it happens. it's OKAY! Please remember not everyone has control of how things operate some days. Thanks Bri (i hope i spelt that correct) She pretty much remembers who i am by now ahaha and is always the nicest when i get my order. Went here for the second time. First time they were out of everything. Cussing through the drive thru and just an overall bad experience. Went back again with my son thinking maybe the first time was just a fluke. He had received a gift card for Christmas and wanted to treat us to some coffee. When paying the cashier asked for the gift card instead of us swiping it at the kiosk. Once done she said "Do you want it back, there's nothing on it." My son said no, I said yes. He's young and had no idea how these scammers work. He literally just got the card, I knew it wasn't empty. He had a balance of $7.00 left. How many people do they scam out of money by doing this every day? We won't be returning after that. read more

I was the second vehicle in the Drive Through, I waited ten minutes, the driver in front of me waited ten minutes for three coffees, and then we get asked again what donuts we ordered. I said Boston cream and asked, "Did it really take that long for three drinks?" The cashier at the window rolled her eyes at me and gave me the standard middle school attitude. When we got our donuts, she nastily said, "It takes that long when I'm the only one getting drinks." A simple, "I'm sorry for your wait" would have been nice as I've heard that at the Dunkin Donuts I've used in Orlando. Terrible customer service, ordered a chai tea from drive through and it didn't taste right. I decided to go inside and make the manager aware instead I found myself with an extreme rude and very ghetto caucasian female, who instead of explaining to the manager properly why I was returning my drink, got defensive and cursed when I tried to explain myself. What ever product they use taste spoiled and that was, what I was trying to explain instead they made me the same product, which I ended discarding. We pulled up to the drive thru to order, the nice girl asked us to go to the window because she has trouble hearing. No problem at all! Go up there and she is trying to take my order one thing at a time and go to the other computer as fast as she can. Another girl finally shows up and decides to do nothing to help the first girl. She stood there with her hands in her pockets the entire time as the other girl struggled to make everything in my order. 2 drinks, 4 wraps, 2 donuts and a sandwich. Another lady was there too and she showed up once then disappeared. I know all of this because I was sitting at the window for over 10 minutes while my car was in park. NEVER should someone have to put their car in park at a drive thru!! Then the girl who was there hands in her pockets finally gave me the two drinks the last things we were waiting for because the other girl handed them to her, no thank you for waiting, no have a good day. I pass about 4 Dunkins on my route to work. This one is my favorite to stop at because Derek has shown to be a great employee/manager! When any business first opens, there are always quirks needing to be fixed. I had issues with orders being wrong or their new online ordering wasn't working... Derek always stepped in to make it right and I always left 100% satisfied! That is truly genuine care for customers and because of him there, that Dunkin will definitely succeed! read more

Great products but the service here at this particular franchise is beyond ill equipped. Management all the way down to the newbie cashier all are incompetent, this has nothing to do with them as people. This morning I first attempted the drive through, after 20 minutes and zero movement I parked and went inside. Inside I was met with a long line followed by arguments from up at the register, one after another they consistently got everyone's order wrong. I decided to go back to the drive through so I could avoid the intensifying arguing inside. Once they took my order I was told to pull up and park, no problem. They finally make it out to my car with what was suppose to be a Large Americano hot (simple), it was ice cold. They take it back and return me an ice americano, not what I ordered (1hour ago). Finally I had to go inside and walk them through how to make a hot beverage. When I left the cops were there (8:30am), one of the arguments escalated into a full on 2 person race war.
