I usually have a mixed experience at this location, however today I had a very pleasant experience. This afternoon I was helped by a very kind employee. The location was sold out of several items that I was attempting to purchase, yet this employee still made my experience a very positive one. I am solely leaving this review due to this one employee. I do, however, want to include a regular employee at this location that also in increases my experiences positivity . I also do not have the name for this employee, but I can say that they have a luxurious beard ha ha. Gonna be honest, got no problem with the girl that works here, she's super sweet, but that old bald guy that works there is a buzzkill, not only does he always have an attitude, but he ALWAYS WITHOUT FAIL messes up the simplest order, I wanted a wake up wrap with egg and cheese no meat, and every time I get it it is burnt beyond belief. If I could give 10 stars I would just based off customer service here. I went to this dunkin to get breakfast and my dogs' weekly pup cups. They added bacon to the pup cups (which the two of them went nuts for), but not only that, in my tired state I drove off without one of my drinks. I noticed the moment I drove off so I turned to park so I could send my boyfriend in to get the drink but the drive thru employee met us at the parking spot to give us the drink I left behind. Went to the Duncan Doughnuts in Port Saint John, FL and wanted to order a toasted white chocolate mocha but they were out. The problem is this is the second time I have tried to order it and they were out. When I told the lady that this is the second Saturday in a row that they have been out she told me it is a very popular flavor. I told her that maybe someone should order more if it is popular and they run out quickly. This is when she started shouting at me all the available flavors that they did have in a very condescending tone and also said that she would make sure to set some aside just for me next time. This place should just shut down. The only reason it gets business is location and convenience. They gave me hash browns that someone had eaten off of. It had a bit taken out. When I swung back around through the drive through a girl working there admitted they were hers for herself and she was wondering where they had gone. They have a revolving door of staff. I was once waiting in the drive thru when it actually shut down due to someone quitting. What the actual hell. They never have croissants, sausage, bagel minis, or half the stuff you want. The staff seems to genuinely hate their life. Go to Port Java. It costs the same, tastes better and the only con is having to walk through the door and slightly more time. Get the Mi amor coffee. Saw all the poor reviews for this place, and thought I'd leave a good one. If you're looking for gourmet, upscale breakfast, this isn't it. But, the service was fast, very friendly, and correctly made. Our cashier was a really nice guy and made sure to wear a glove to touch our donuts and nothing else. Why does Dunkin get a 4 star review from me, when I'd give a different restaurant a lower rating for "better" food? Because it's Dunkin. i specifically ordered my drink with extra caramel and caramel drizzle and they asked if i wanted whip cream and i said no i want the caramel drizzle in the iced caramel macchiato, they said ok and i get whip cream on it. Also i asked for the cream cheese on the side of the bagel so i could toast it when i got home but they put cream cheese on it. The service was deplorable. All I ordered was a small coffee black. I was the only one in line and with three employees it took almost 5 minutes. When I was served my server took my cash and made change. The he poured my coffee without washing his hands or wearing gloves. I'm posting this review (which is really a zero star) because it's been several times in a row that my order was wrong or horrible. Today, my hot coffee was COLD...how's that even possible? I go to the PSJ Dunkin all the time and today the customer service/manager was terrible. Only 3 people in the drive-thru line & they still couldn't get my order right & overcharged me for the ladies order in front of me. The Dunkin lady handed me the wrong order & I said sorry this is not my order. She got all flustered & mad and said well what is your order. I had already told her so I repeated it again. Then the manger came over & said what is the problem. I said I guess the lady in front of me got my order & she was giving me her order. The manager said what was your order. Really!!!! I've now had to say it 4 times (a small order at that). The manager handed me my correct order & I said so my order is the same price as the wrong order, she says yes same price & walks off. WOW! This place has the worst coffee in the world. The employees are so lazy that they keep the coffee burning and burning until it is hurtful for the people to drink it down. It doesn't matter how much sugar you put in that stuff it is disgusting. Not to mention the other day I went by the drive through and they had apparently closed. They were still inside.
