Worked here for 4-5 months. Should have listened to the rumors and advice before doing so. Not only were my shift hours constantly changing without any notice, no text no updates. But there was times I was taken of a shift the same day without as much as an explanation. If your new your treated like an idiot, with barley any explanation on how to do anything. They just throw you in and banter you if you make a mistake. Not only were the majority of my coworkers nasty, but I and my partner which I met here were made fun of on multiple occasions just for not knowing how to do something because we were new. I went back to the counter to ask for my drink, and they were very nice and helpful. I ordered a Peppermint Mocha and when I received my order I got a TEA! The order is always incorrect, and when asking an employee to fix it, there is always attitude in return. I always order cold foam on top of my latte, and they never put it on. I pay the extra each time for something I don't receive. I'm tired of asking for them to fix it. I don't recommend coming here, spend the few cents extra and go to Starbucks. read more

This dunkin used to be perfect. Amazing crew, fast pace, and perfect orders. The last few time we went it was horrible. Completely rude staff incorrect orders to the point I had to argue with them about getting the proper food for my child because I was told "It wasn't their problem" that they gave the wrong food. Updated to 1 star. This morning I openly and clearly heard an assistant manager tell a customer that their boss (store manager) said, and I quote, "the walk in customers can wait". This statement was witnessed by everyone in the store. Apparently, all that matters in the coffee business is quick drive through times, not customer service. STAY AWAY!!! Update: I have tried 4 times using the iPhone app to get a coffee and 1 donut, and 4 out of 4 times the donut was not there. I was charged for it, but unless I want to wait in line for 20 minutes to ask for it ..... no dice. This place is just terrible. read more

Disinterested counterperson. No Greeting. No "May I Help You". No "Thank You, Come Again or "Go down there to pick it up" instruction. Ordered two black coffees and box of Munchkins; got two cups of barely warm coffee. Obviously there's a burner turned off that shouldn't be. I return both cups to the comment " 'Not Hot', That's a new one!" I don't think so. Get 2 replacements. These ARE piping hot. Fair enough. Stuff happens, even though they do have an army of help for not a lot of customers. Fast forward as our daughter joins us on her way home from work. Mr. Personality ignores her while fussing with the ice dispenser, muttering and grumbling while floor manager looks on clueless. We complain to Ms. Floor Manager and leave without ordering. Both laugh at us as we exit. Duffy's, Starbucks and Krispy Kreme here we come. read more

Worst dunking in the area! I clearly ordered 2 plain bagels and an iced latte, i got one plain bagel and an iced coffee. waited 10 minutes in line to fix this and they didn't even apologize, i got to the window and they said they'd have to charge me for another bagel and said they would remake the drink so they took the coffee back. then 2 minutes later they come back and say they will have to charge for the latte. they didn't give me my coffee back or apologize for messing up in the first place. never coming here again. read more

I got a latte and an iced coffee from here a few minutes ago, the girl over the speaker wasn't listening as we had to repeat our order twice for her to actually listen instead of talking to a coworker. Many Northerners love Dunkin Donuts. The drive thru at this location is usually very busy most mornings (especially Fridays). It's faster to go inside rather than wait in the drive thru. Back in Virginia,Dunkin Donuts isn't as popular. I usually get iced coffee and a donut for breakfast. This location does a great job preparing iced coffee (tasty). Donuts are average but that's expected in my opinion. Customers can get ice cream at this location as well. Service is usually fast and friendly. Dunkin Donuts is a good choice for coffee in Clarks Summit. read more

Orders a drink in the drive through, the woman repeats my order to confirm. Goes up to the window to pay and the coffee is in a large cup, when I ordered medium and then I go on my way when I find out it's a totally different order and not what I paid for. My receipt doesn't even have the right drink on it. I will not be coming back.... read more

Horrible store. Never get your order right, coffee is watered down and even when you complain and they claim they will fix it... its still made wrong! I absolutely hate this place and will never come back. Today was the last straw. I have spent over 50.00 a week here for way too long and its never right. I've complained to management and its always sorry for your experience.... yet nothing gets better. Rather go to Starbucks across the street. Stay away from this store. read more

Worst drive through ever!! I'm currently sitting in line, there were 8 cars infront of me, there are now 4 and I've been waiting 10 mins so far. This is ridiculous. The only time I ever use the drive through is when I have my child in the car, but I think it would be quicker to take my uncooperative 2.5 year old into the store. Not to mention every time I order food from this location, they do not make it right. Apparently "no cheese" means a huge thick unmelted piece of cheese. I have finally just ordered my coffee and it's been almost 15 mins sitting in the drive through. So many issues at this location. They need to get it together. read more

I stop most times twice a day but the drive thru is so ridiculous I can't take it anymore , it doesn't matter if you are trying to park trying to drive thru or get out .
