I've tried to give them understanding and compassion but the last comment was the end of it for me. I do have 5 children in total and myself and my husband. We try to always use the app because we personally feel like it gives them a break to make our order 1st my teenagers standing in line and not to over whelm them. But that is not the case they rolls there eyes, flat out just look at us annoyed even sigh when I walk in alone or with my family. Many comments have been made they hate to see us coming. The final straw was I pulled in to order and I said hope you're having a great day and the comment was I was until we saw you pulling in! I only had myself and the toddler and one of my teenagers with me that day. The drinks are never made the same either I can order the same thing x2 and they aren't any close to each other at all. I don't understand laziness but here we go, I went to dd in Cornelia and got a latte, they didn't put enough dunkalatte pumps to it wasn't so sweet at all, I drank half of it and shopped for a bit, by the afternoon the ice melted. So on the way home towards clarkesville I drove thru and asked if I can get more ice and one pump to make it sweeter. She had to get her manager. What? Why? But ok she comes back and says that I have to go back to the other dd. Laziest manager I've ever heard! I was willing to pay for it but I don't see the problem! I went though the drive thru earlier today in Clarksville. I ordered 1 sm., black coffee and a half-dozen raised donuts. My bill was $12.50 and that may be correct. However, that isn't what the receipt shows if you add the totals given for both items. My receipt shows $3.99 for the donuts and $2.69 for the coffee which totals $6.68 without tax. There is $5.82 more that isn't shown on the receipt! I've tried to complain, but the website kept rejecting the store # and survey code#! It could be that they have increased prices, but this is NOT indicated on my receipt. NOTE: I gave the visit 3 stars because the food and service was ok. read more

Sent my daughter to grab a couple of large"LARGE" coffees. What we got were two small coffees in large cups. This has happened three times prior. I'll take my business elsewhere. So sick of this type of work attitude. Was going to call and complain. Nope. Write this review and go elsewhere. I am very glad Dunkin Donuts is finally in Clarkesville. Unfortunately, the good news stops there. After being there five or six times, the products are mediocre, and the service is poor. I blame not the employees but the manager. She has a terrible attitude picking and choosing who her customers should be. Also, they do not serve French crullers, my favorite. The worst part is the manager suggested to me I should only use the drive thru. I did nothing to deserve that response. I am trying to contact the owners hoping they have a different attitude. We are so happy to have a Dunkin in Habersham Co. Every time we have gone the drinks/food was delicious and the staff has been awesome!

I concur with the other reviews. If I could give them the zero they deserve, I would. Very disappointing customer service. Employees standing around doing nothing, except of course typing away on their phones. The customers literally do not exist. What a waste of the employer's funds. Is the district manager aware?? There was a drive through order issue and the "manager" (?) with blue hair was more focused on "saying something" to the night manager about some other mundane issue rather than solving the issue at hand. My milkshake tasted of soured milk. At over $7.50 for a medium, I expect Baskin quality. The maturity level of the employees isn't even in the high school realm. Here are some tips: acknowledge your customers, a simple hello would suffice. What about a thank you? Common courtesy is lacking. Are you too arrogant to make eye contact? It certainly seems so. Remember your paycheck might say Dunkin or Baskin but the customers "really" pay you. Never again. I should have listened to my neighbor! Sadly the poor customer service is now the talk of the town. We "were" excited to have a Dunkin/Baskin in Clarkesville. No longer. Get new management and employees now, or you're doomed to fail. read more
