Recent orders(one that was canceled was cuz there were no drivers in the area for 3 hours )

The food and drinks are always hit or miss. I've ordered here every day for the last two weeks cuz it's the only thing open when I get off work. large drinks are never filled all the way, sometimes the drink have way too much of one ingredient instead of being balanced(chai tea having excessive cinnamon taste) (matcha tea tastes like crap every time), the food had been inedible twice, one with the bacon maples it was burnt, completely stuck together and had like white stuff on it(not like bacon fat), and the other was the bagel bites they were soggy. There's always an issue with at least one item in the order. Gave it chance after chance but just not worth the money. Dunkin's gone so down hill

This Dunkin was great! Customer service was really great and it was super clean and set up nicely. I stopped in for 2 dozen donuts for my staff and a turkey sausage wrap. The wrap didn't look like it was going to be good but it was actually delicious. Very deceiving.

No idea what this green goo is. Not avocado!

What happened to the Impossible breakfast sandwich??? I was offered the "Avocado Toast" as a plant based substitution, but BLECH!!! This is GROSS. It's not avocado. It's not even guacamole. It's just nasty.

Very good coffee. I received a ice latte today by mistake and Diane at the drive-thru corrected it with a hot one on the spot. Good service under long lines. Fast processing.

A dozen donuts only four of them I asked for!!

I just left this place not even 20 minutes ago, this is why you always check your order before you leave the drive throw I ordered four glazed plain donuts, Four chocolate iced donuts and four double chocolate donuts. I also ordered the spider donuts in which I never got... As you can see only four are correct!!!! AND I WAS LITERALLY THE ONLY PERSON IN LINE!!!!! I'd understand if there was a line or more people waiting, but there was ONLY ME!!!! I'm so disappointed, I might as well throw all the other ones out because no one will eat them anyways. Thanks for making a bad day...ABSOLUTELY WORSE!!!!!! I really appreciate it

Every time we come we always have the nicest people who help us in the drive through!! Payton greeted us with a smile at the window and even slipped in a free Easter donut!! Our drinks are always delicious and I leave with a smile on my face!

Why ask if I even want whipped cream if all your going to do is scrape it off the top and still leave it in the cup.
    Gabrielle S.

Ordered a hot chia latte and strawberry smoothie. Then proceeded to be asked if I wanted whipped cream. I didn't know what they meant, since I never have heard of either drink coming with a topping as such. I asked which and it was informed to me that they were referring to the smoothie drink. Mind you I have ordered in surrounding Dunkin' Donuts and have never been asked about either drink getting whipped cream for the topping. I politely declined and as the photos show you can clearly see what took place. They already had whipped cream on top and just wiped it off the top! I just find this to be awful customer service how I ask for something to not be on there and they scrape it off the top still leaving residue of it. That is just totally uncalled for!!!! I am highly disappointed in my first experience at this location and will never be returning.

The majority of this was all ice :(

If it wasn't for convince I would avoid this location. I don't know a time where they ever got my order fully correct or didn't skimp out on a drink or over load it with ice. This was a "large" iced latte with light ice. They put it in a medium cup half filled because it looked to skimpy in the large cup. Are you kidding me? I seriously NEVER have a issue asking for light ice or no ice when I go to the one on base or on western. I still get a full sized drink. This is the only location who will legit give you a quarter or half a cup if you ask for light ice. The reason I get no ice is because usually I save them for in the morning because I don't have time to stop then and it's easier. In shouldn't be paying over $4 for a cup of ice and 4oz of drink.oh and you could be the only person there and the drive thru still takes forever!

From the moment we walked in, the shop appeared very dirty and poorly maintained. The smell of old grease was overwhelming, and the cleanliness of the store immediately raised concerns. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. As soon as we entered, the employee spoke to us in a rude, snarky, and confrontational tone. Instead of politely saying something like, "Please keep the door shut," or "We'd appreciate it if the door remained closed," she immediately asked, "Did someone tell you to prop that door open?" The wording and delivery came across as unnecessarily hostile and unwelcoming. It instantly made us feel uncomfortable, and the tension in the store seemed noticeable to others as well. We came in genuinely excited to support a local business, but between the condition of the shop and the way we were treated, we decided not to stay. First impressions matter, and unfortunately this was one of the most unpleasant customer service experiences we've had. I hope the owners take steps to improve both the cleanliness of the establishment and the way customers are greeted and treated. Based on the photos online, we expected a completely different experience.

Despite a couple scathing reviews I've written over the years, I really try hard to only do good…read moreYelp reviews simply because posting a bad review unfairly is playing with a person's livelihood. That being said, I feel like this review should be viewed more as a public service announcement. Call it what you want, it ain't good, but neither are these donuts, so there's that... Just this morning, my wife asked me what kind of donuts I wanted, and my exact response was, "I don't care. A bad donut is better than a good bagel any day, so get me whatever." About 30 minutes later, I was proven wrong AND introduced to the only bad donut I've ever eaten. First of all, understand going into this place that chaos theory is their business model. By that I mean this: whatever your vision of a "donut" is, flip it upside down and inside out, and then make it all way more complex and intricate than it needs to be, and that's what you're going to get here. If the idiomatic phrase "too clever by half" were a donut place, it would be this donut place because they take a simple donut and turn it into a Rube Goldberg device that just isn't as good as it is complex. As far as texture goes, think of a donut in your head. Whatever your favorite is, think of that. You may think of sweet, dense, cakey donuts capable of holding tons of toppings (think Dunkin), or you may think of the uber-sweet, light-and-fluffy donuts glazed and hot off the conveyor belt (think Krispy). Now that you've pictured that, mash them both up together. Take a cake donut and treat it like a "hot off the belt" donut while frying it in oil that's too cold so it absorbs too much grease. Cakey donuts and Krispy donuts, they aren't the same, friends, and they shouldn't be treated the same because what you're going to get if you do is nothing like the donut in your head. Next, flavor-wise, understand that these donuts are basically made from slightly more dense pancake batter. That's it, and not much sweeter I might add, and definitely nothing special. Here's where the whole thing goes off the rails though. They take all of these steaming round rings of run-of-the-mill and douse them with thin coats of whatever you want on them, and none of whatever they're putting on these convoluted collars of cake ends up as a solid covering; it all turns to a puddle of liquid disaster surrounding this so-called donut. You want a Boston cream? Well, they douse the whole thing in a watery chocolate glaze and slap a dollop of vanilla pudding into the hole of said disappointment. There! Done! You want a maple bacon donut? Well, kiss the maple goodbye, glaze it with something watery and too sweet, sprinkle it with sugar, and throw some bacon on top. There! Done! All in all, these were just really bad donuts that tasted like pancakes (I love pancakes, but these wouldn't even qualify as decent pancakes!). I'm sure it's a local novelty, and I'm sure they have cultivated a cult following of good ole southern Karens, Kens, and their kids, but I'm also sure their product doesn't live up to the definition of what a donut is in its most basic form. I have to assume they have survived because they are the only donut shop in the area, and they have the market cornered. I won't be a repeat customer, but good luck to you if you choose to try these, and I hope they're better than the two boxes I have that are going down for the dog to eat the second my wife turns her back.

Ordered 2 donuts that were on their menu - lemonade & fruity pebbles. Both were good. Also ordered cappuccino crunch and some chocolate peanut butter mix ice creams. Got both in a cup. They were tasty. Originally wanted other flavors, but they were out. We tried 3 other options - all gone. Understandable since they are super busy, but their menu is on a screen so would think it would be easy to take off the flavors not available so that while waiting in line people can be better prepared. There's a form for donuts that you can grab while in line to write your order. Once you close to the cashier they take it from you so that your donuts are made fresh to order. The service was great and they did get the long line down quickly. Super friendly and patient staff. There are tables and some seating outside for once you order. However, they need to double it as there isn't enough to support the amount of customers that are there. You may be standing or sitting on your car eating your treats. There also wasn't one trash can to be found outside. Which many that everyone had to come on to the already filled small space to throw away their trash. The inside is kinda hectic. You wait for your ice cream and then pay to the right. Then, you have to cut across the line to leave which means balancing your treats while trying to maneuver around the people in line. Again, they do a great job getting you through the line as fast as possible (really up to the customers making decisions and how quick they are - which being out of flavors caused some rethinking). They do sell merchandise with their super cute logo. Great small local ice cream and donut stop. Can grab some ice cream for dessert and grab fresh donuts for breakfast the next day.
