No drive through - located inside a gas station, no comfortable sitting area here either. A few high top table and chairs.

Her daughter starts baking fresh pastries every day at 2:00 a.m., and the freshness is definitely noticeable. The chocolate half-moons are the best I've ever had, and there are so many delicious options to choose from. If you're in the area, be sure to stop in you won't be disappointed!

Oh my goodness.. this is THE best donut shop I have ever been to in my entire life, and I've had…read morethe opportunity to try quite a few in my thirty years. The donuts are quite a good size, melt in your mouth, and are full of flavor. There are so many delicious options to choose from and I've been lucky enough to try quite a few. The prices are very reasonable for the quality, size, and service. My parents just found this place recently, just in time for my visit. This place will be a MUST everytime I visit now. I'm so jealous they aren't located closer to me, if so I'd be going all the time. The owners and staff are very friendly, kind, and welcoming. We had a wonderful interaction with them during our stop there and they told us their donuts are made with a long time family recipe. They sure know what they're doing! Along with the great vibes and delicious treats, the shop itself is small, clean, well-organized, and offers outdoor seating. If your considering trying Country Glazed, just do it. You won't be disappointed. So far, we've gotten the following donuts: Coconut Jelly Ball, Glazed Raised Ring, Powdered, Cinnamon Sugar, Maple Frosted, Boston Cream, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Fudge w/ Sprinkles, Cannoli, Peanut, Strawberry Frosted w/ Sprinkles, Cinnamon Twist, and Classic Glaze. We also got a Cinnamon Roll! I've tried atleast a bite of just about all of them, and quite a few whole ones. Each and every one were delicious.Honestly, I feel like I can't find the words to give this place the justice it deserves.

So I'm on my way home and I'm driving near Norwich and I Google search chocolate shops in the area,…read moreand nothing really comes up but this particular donut shop/ bakery did so I figured close enough let's give it a shot. I walk in, the place looks nice and clean and they had a couple little racks of pastries and slices of pie and this other rack full of donuts. Not just plain donuts, but some cool specialty donuts. So I figure who doesn't like a decent donut? I grabbed a six pack. While there I was talking to the girl behind the counter and I asked if they could make a key lime pie. (Doesn't look like the kind of place that would be able to pull it off but the sign out front does say bakery.) . She took down my name and number and said the owners would give me a call tomorrow to discuss it. So far my wife and I have only had a couple of the donuts that I bought however they were very good. I would place them definitely in front of Dunkin donuts because in my opinion those taste more like cake, but not quite as good as Krispy Kreme. Not that that's a bad thing because who wants to drive to Pennsylvania for a donut? (Well okay I kind of do but I'm in that area anyways from time to time) I am planning on stopping back here at least one more time this month as one of the donuts in the selection was a peanut butter and jelly. Doesn't sound very good to say it out loud however the girl behind the counter said they're actually pretty good and my wife kind of seems interested in trying it because well it is rather different.

Another great stop! I love to find the best doughnuts in places that I visit. Harrison Bakery was…read moreone of those stops and I was happy I was able to find it. It was about 1.5 miles from my hotel stay in Syracuse. Upon entry (see the pics), you can tell it is a business that distributes the doughnuts out. The back of the store is busy with guys packing and wheeling loads in and out of business vehicles. I ordered six doughnuts. I chose glazed and cinnamon and then told the clerk to finish it off. There was no drinks or coffee, other than skim milk, which I got. It was good because it was freezing cold. Doughnut places in Mass like to charge 2 or 3 dollars per doughnut. This was not the case at Harrison Bakery. After I entered, it seemed like the place got really busy. When I returned to my car, there were alot of vehicles in the lot than when I arrived. Price: Cheap Vibe: Friendly Service: Great...3 employees ready to take orders Parking: Plenty Would I return: Yes, I hope to when I come back for Notre Dame Football weekend vs. Syracuse weekend in November '26.

The cannolis were great too, just not as sweet after tasting the others and the outside could maybe be crunchier? The chocolate chip cookie was very sweet and crunchy. Prices were great, only $13 for all these items. The service was lovely and the ambience was vintage. Thank you Harrison Bakery!
