    Today I'm going to you a story about the worst dunkin's experience I have ever had. Arrived here on a way to friend's house, came in with a friend and we were 3rd in line. There is also a drive-thru window that is separate from this. The line is moving really slow because there is only 1 employee working (NiNi?), she is working hard but the two people in front of us ordered multiple coffees and food so she is busy doing all of that. Meanwhile, there is a loud laughing that initially we thought it was coming from the drive thru window and it keeps happening along with a sort of singing/chanting to a song or something. We finally get our order taken, 3 coffees, and we move to the waiting area, we wait, and wait, and wait, it has been 12 minutes at this point. The woman in front of us is still waiting and we are behind her at the pick-up area. She turns to me and tells me this is the worst dunkins she has ever been to, I tell her I have never had an experience this slow. The front door now has 8 people waiting in line (see photos), and there is still only the same person working. The lady in front of me gets her food and coffees and leaves, it has been around 20 minutes at this point, we were going to ask for a refund but the 1 worker is so busy it might take longer to do that. Keep in mind she is doing drive-thru also. As I wait for our coffee I look up and notice I can see the break room, and there are 3 employees sitting there on their phones, they are also the ones who have been singing and joking the entire time. I tell my friend to look, so then I take my phone out and take a photo of the break room with all three employees sitting on their phones and then I take the photo of the 8 people waiting in line at the front, not to mention the drive-thru. I start talking to my friend again, I look up and the girl from the photo in the breakroom who was facing out is staring at me, so I thought maybe she was going to help the only other employee, but she keep standing there and she is aggressively and directly staring at me, so I asked her "Can I Help you?" She responds, "Did you take a photo?" and I said "Yes", she goes, you can't take our photo, and I told her "well I did" she respond, "You can't" and I said "Well I took several" She then proceeds to walk back to the break room and very loudly goes "Some fool out there is taking our photo" and then continues to complain about me. All I could think was "Are you kidding me?!" She not only acted aggressively towards me by staring me down like she was going to fight me, she then called me names and complained about me loudly to all the other employees in the back. The girl is who working, finally brings the coffees and I asked her why the other employees were not helping out and she rolled her eyes in a "I don't' know why they are not helping me" I felt bad for her doing all the work. She asked if I wanted the manager and I said no and told her to have a great day.

    Hostile employee

    I visit this Dunkin Donuts daily, it's on my way to work. This morning I ordered breakfast via the DD app and realized that they gave me something completely different and of lesser value than what I had order. I kept the food with me, I did not eat it and I did not throw away. I stopped by after work and explained to the cashier what happened and asked if I could get a refund. The cashier was super friendly and apologetic but explained to me that he could not give me a refund because there was no manager on duty but he could correct my order for me, ok cool no problem! He went to explain to the person who was preparing the food what the issue was and she IMMEDIATELY became upset. She said out loud to him that she doesn't understand why I'm coming in now when I had ordered earlier and that they close in 3 hours. She said this repeatedly to him and got louder and louder. I butted in because the cashier simply wanted my food to be made and she was giving him a hard time. I asked if she was the supervisor and she said with an attitude "it doesn't matter..." I explained to her that she didn't have to make my food and that she could just refund me. There was another male employee watching and laughing. He came over to me and told me that she'll make my food. I explained to him that I didn't want her to make my food because of how she was behaving. He then said with an attitude "so then you can leave and come back some other time". I asked what her name was and he said he's not telling me, I asked for his name and he said it doesn't matter... (they seemed to be buddies) The female employee who was preparing the food became extremely hostile and irate. She called me a "b***h" in front of other customers. She was on FaceTime while preparing the food and began to point the camera at me and was swearing. Like I said, I go to the DD daily but after today, I'll no longer go. The cashier was extremely nice, but the female employee was extremely hostile and unprofessional and the other male employee who came over to talk to me escalated the situation when the cashier was already handling it.

    It's not the more glamorous Wegs in the state. It doesn't have a parking garage like Burlington. It…read moredoesn't have the extensive prepared foods selection that other locations like Medford. It doesn't have the square footage that Northborough has. But it has everything you need to get the proper Wegs experience. This location is still rather large, especially for a supermarket. You can find an extensive cheese department, along with wines and beers. Like most Wegs, you'll find that the essentials are quite affordable. Even organics are decently priced. You'll run into a little trouble with prepared foods if you're on a budget, though. At one point, their hot food bar was more pricey that Whole Foods. The dining section is clean and well-lighted. It's a decent place to meet up. Service is generally friendly here though I don't really need to seek out help, other than at the check-out counter or customer service. Usually though experiences have been positive. The major advantage is that Wegs is open until midnight, which is great for those that want a less crowded shopping experience (clutch during the pandemic).

I called to confirm specifics on the cake design, and submitted two weeks in advance. 24 hours before pickup time, I received a confirmation email/reminder to pick up the cake. 12 hours before pickup, at 9PM, I received a call saying they could not make the cake design, and cited a copy right issue. Wegmans had no response to me asking why I was informed so late, and no response to me that I previously called to confirm they could do this cake. Honestly, leaving me to try to fix my 6 year olds birthday cake for his party with less than 10 hours before the party should be zero stars...
