This used to be the best local Dunkin Donuts, however, they have gone extremely down hill and it's unfortunate. First, when a person is ordering...please for the love of God let them finish what they are saying before you say, "is that it?" Next...stop saying, "is that it" after every single thing the customer says!! You're in such a rush to dismiss the customer that you are truly messing up their order! Out of the 5 items that I ordered only ONE was correct and it's because the person taking the order is not even listening. This place is a hit or miss. The coffees are generally pretty good, but in terms of the atmosphere, it is not so great. Many teenage boy employees there have loud, inappropriate discussions, and it makes being there uncomfortable. Seems like afternoons needs more management, but mornings tend to be very smooth. Consistently gets order wrong. Today was the last straw, my black coffee had cream in it and it clearly was the bottom of the carafe, filled with coffee grounds. Not simply a few. I'm not sure about the drive though but ordering through the Dunks app for in store pick up is horrible, unless the manager is there. I order ahead so I don't have to wait but when I order from this location and pick up in store, I almost always have to wait. I ordered my coffee when I was leaving Bedford yesterday. My GPS said it was a 20 minute drive. I arrived at this Dunks location and I still had to wait 9 minutes in store. After getting my coffee that took 29 minutes to make for some reason, it was completely wrong. This happens far too often. On a few occasions I'll order an iced coffee with cream and sugar but when I go to pick it up, there's a black iced coffee waiting for me. It's a shame because this Dunks location is about a minute drive from my house. Now I have to drive across town to get my coffee so I'm not late to work. read more

If I could give a zero star rating I would. We went through the drive-thru and it was not busy at all. We were literally the only car in the lot. When we asked if they had any munchkins they said they unfortunately didn't. Fine by us, we decided to get some donuts and donut sticks instead. We asked for the types that they had and the lady was super snappy. She was super dismissive and so rude it made me not want to get donuts anymore. We asked for the selection again and she was like "I already told you we don't have that type" even though we just wanted to make sure what they had. When we asked for four donut sticks she rudely remarked that they only had three. How were we supposed to know? They also threw all of the donuts in a single bag when we ordered ten. Not even considerate enough to give us a box. Other stores have given boxes with just six donuts. This made all the donuts get smushed. Keep in mind we had jelly donuts. So messy... Usually we like going here for the drive-thru because it is quick and easy. But we will not be coming back ever again. read more

We passed this way (twice!), so it was convenient to pull into their good sized parking lot. If you don't wish to get out of your car, however, they do offer a drive-through option. I don't recollect if there was any seating area inside, but it was well staffed inside, my friend was able to make use of their washroom, and I can see why my friends are addicted to their Coffee Coolatta - and I don't even like coffee! This one is close to the highway (Route 128) off of the Winn St. exit which is less of congested than the Cambridge St./Wayside Commons exit less than a mile away. This Dunkin Donuts has the most polite, friendly, genuinely nice employees I've ever encountered at a Dunkin Donuts. The cashier, the people that make the drinks, and the people that make the sandwiches - all were friendly, smiling, and actually looked me in the eye when talking to me. The food and drinks I ordered were perfect, but the service is what really made this place special. So much so that I sent a feedback form to Dunkin Donuts to let them know how awesome this store is. I've had problems with this Dunkin' Donuts before and the manager said she was doing something incorrect which made the coffee taste all watered down. Great,for one week it tasted better. I went a few more times, terrible coffee. I now switched to a cappuccino because who can really screw that up? Well they can. It isn't necessarily the taste, it's the fact that I get only 3 sips out of the medium drink that costs $3.07 and it's done. I get it, cappuccinos have froth. But the amount of that you get is ridiculous. Other dunkins are great, give me plenty of cappuccino to be happy with. Ive been going to this dunkins donuts everyday before and after work, I know most of the employees by name and I believe they're extremely polite other than this one female with dark hair. I believe her name is nusrat, after a long day at work I came by to grab a second coffee to get me through the rest of my day. But I was met with an attitude on the intercom, coming from this young lady, when I got to the window It appeared that she had hickeys or red/purple spots all over her neck. I believe this is foul considering she is serving food and drinks to her customers. She also had an attitude to her coworkers, even though I was the only one in the drive through at the time so there should have been no stress. I don't usually write reviews but her attitude is something that stuck with me. Please address this or I will no longer be bring my business to Dunkins donuts. read more

When I ordered my coffee I was made to wait 10 minutes for a simple coffee only to find out that they had completely forgotten about my order. This is bullshit. BEST DD EVER!!!! I have been working next to This DD for 3 years now and go pretty much every day and they have never let me down! I am literally the pickiest coffee person .. When I am back in my hometown of Burlington, Ma. I love going to any of the Burlington Dunkin Donuts locations, but the Dunkin's close to my parents house on Winn Street is the best and always so busy. I love Dunkin's coffee it's the best and always bring about eight lbs of coffee in my suitcase back to California. My only wish is that a Dunkin Donuts opens here in Palm Springs, CA very soon!!
