Thoroughly disappointed by this Dunkin. Generally I'm a big fan of Dunkin Donuts, but at this location the interior was sad, the employees were mean, and then when our food came out they put the wrong names on the food and never told us that it was our food. We sat there for 10 minutes waiting for our food, and then when I asked where it was they rudely told us "it's already out there." Mind you, we were the only people in the shop, and they never even bothered to tell us the food was ready. read more

I haven't had the best of luck at this location but today went very well. We placed a mobile order and got a free carrot cake muffin. We also ordered their Irish creme coffees and an apple spice donut. My frozen coffee was great. The large is REALLY large. My husband's coffee was a bit sweet but he still likes it. They didn't have the donut he wanted but the one they supplemented with he said was even better. Overall this experience was great. Very sweet employees and the app is easy to use. read more

There was a time when Dunkin Donuts were about the best you could buy, but that was 50 years ago. As other donut companies came along and offered better quality, DD got less and less interested in quality and more interested in hopping on whatever bandwagon they thought would bring in new customers. We just got donuts from this location, and we won't be going back. First of all, they were completely out of any popular kind. No lemon, no Boston cream, just some tired old chocolate frosted and some silly multicolored sprinkles. I was having a bad day and craved a treat, so we got the sprinkles and the chocolate. First of all, they were very stale--not made that day. Secondly, the "chocolate" was dreadful. I don't know what they put in the "chocolate" frosting, but it's definitely not chocolate. I have given this location several opportunities but each time something is wrong with order. Most recently it was stale, cool, decaf and I strive to keep things uncomplicated. Previously it was incorrect fixings as if the order was heard incorrectly and they just guessed at what I said. Perhaps the inner-com is the culprit for that one. Meanwhile the store near the St Simons Causeway does a good job so I go there. read more

Everytime I go to this one they mess something up. Several times the cold brew was so bitter I couldn't drink it Today I tried to use the code to get a free med hot coffee with a purchase. They rang up iced coffee and then lied to my face trying to say that I told them iced. They refunded me then wouldn't give me the coffee!! I was trying to get to work. This is the closest coffee shop to the hospital besides Starbucks which is expensive so I go here a couple days a month, but it seems that every time I go here the espresso machine is always conveniently broken or the staff is unhappy to work (I mean we all hate working but you have to be polite at least). Not 10 minutes ago I went to get coffee before work and at the drive-through this African American woman refused to serve me or give me her name after I asked very politely. They said they were closed but the store hours said they didn't close for another two hours and she was very rude when I asked why they closed early. Then as I was leaving I see her laughing and waving to me with a smirk on her face, like wtf this the kind of mean girl stuff that happens in movies. Only seems to be decent when certain people are working. Slow or busy, in the drive thru you seem to always have to pull up to the curb and wait and then the drinks are still wrong. They're usually missing the flavor shots and luke warm. Sometimes the lattes taste like they pour regular coffee instead of espresso. I recommend Wake Up Coffee right down the road. read more

12-8-23 I walked into a Dunkin Donuts to get serviced for a cup of coffee. No on greeted me or told me they were busy. I am an African American woman. A white man came in behind me and was serviced immediately. I stood at the register for 10 minutes no one stopped to service or even acknowledge my presence. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally I ask one of the employees would it be easier for them if I made a mobile order because I had been standing there a long time. She said they were short staffed (I counted 5 people) and no one could work the register. That yes I need to make a mobile order to be serviced. I sit in the restaurant and try to download the app to my phone when 2 other white women enter and go the the register. They are immediately helped. Soon a line forms and no one says to me we can take your order now. No one greets me still. All those people got helped and i had to download an app . I had to leave without being serviced. I tried to give this place another chance, and low and behold, they are STILL awful. The staff was nice enough, but they messed up my order and were out of things again! Don't waste your time on going here when Starbucks is right down the road. Never again will I go here and if I could give them 0 stars, I would. ********************* I am #teamdunkin ALL the way, but this location SUCKS. Every single time I go there, they are always out of something. Their latte machine was broken for like a year, they advertise for items but then don't have them, and then when they do have what you want, they mess up your order! I go through this drive through every single morning and get the exact same coffee order. Without fail, it is made different EVERY SINGLE TIME. I can even repeat what was put on the sticker ticket on the cup from the day before and it will STILL be made different. It's almost comical at this point. I mobile ordered to this Dunkin' as I was traveling through the town. I showed up 10 minutes later, and it took them 3 minutes to even come to the speaker. I pulled up to the window and they hadn't even started my drinks. There was no one in line, so there was no reason for my drinks not to be done. My one sister got a frozen strawberry Coolatta and the guy working didn't even wash the blender before making my other sister's frozen coffee. Went there tonight and ordered a Reese's Sunday and an Oreo blast. It took a few minutes to make, and the Reese's Sunday was fine, but the Oreo blast looked like frozen chocolate water, with dark specks. There was nothing Oreo about it. I have been a loyal customer for years now. I have been going to this location for a year due to my move and it is closer. Today will be my last time. The service has been getting worse every time I go in. It has honestly just sucked!!! The orders are wrong or just disgusting and when you try to correct them so you can get what you actually ordered they give you a huge attitude. Today I went in because the drive thru was backed up to the road. I was at the register and I literally stood there for 10 min or more without exaggeration and never was acknowledged. The line eventually grew so long behind me until it was going out the door. The staff was walking around in slow motion, spilling stuff everywhere, and acting as if they had never done this before. I am to the point I would rather drive down the road to Starbucks and pay the extra 2 dollars and get fast and excellent service. read more

This location was very poorly managed. I had an awful experience here. The coffee was watery and when I told the employee she said she said she couldn't do anything about it and couldn't brew another pot of coffee. My friends waited over 20 minutes for a smoothie.
