I'm so so so disappointed. I've never tried this coffee spot and now I wish I had stuck with anything else. The shop was a bit hard to find and I almost went into Coastal Kitchen to ask. I found the entrance around the corner and wasn't thrilled when I entered. Cluttered tables and work spaces that I assume was from morning business. One couple in front of me so I didn't have to wait. The desserts looked decent but I wasn't sold on them, by looks or by the lady at the counter. There was no easy to read menu other than being at the register and the menu had no drink concepts. Basically we have coffee and a counter full of flavors. I hate that I'm a person who doesn't do decisions so this was challenging. I went for pumpkin spice latte. (Don't judge me, I was lost.) I saw her put in the pumpkin flavor and do all the stuff that happens with a latte. She asked if I wanted a double shot and why not. $10.99 later I was expecting a little magic in a cup but I got coffee. It tasted like Burger King coffee in the same size cup. Zero pumpkin flavor. She was very nice but the coffee was not. I'm not one to go for a one-and-out review but at $10.99 for a single, small-sized coffee, I absolutely won't make the same mistake twice. Overall the only positive is the location. Ample seating on the dock and in the atrium but that has nothing to do with the shop so it's a definite 1 star.

This is the friendliest spot on the island. They go above and beyond on every visit, which is a remarkable thing! My normal breakfast is their omelette (it's HUGE) with ham, extra cheese and some griddled onions before they go into the omelette. I grab something for lunch like the hot dog (wrapped in pastry - delicious hot dog), and either chicken salad or their crazy good Club. Of course a pastry is always in order as well. You can't go wrong!

Beautiful coffee shop with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nestled into the marina area of SSI with beautiful views surrounding. My iced coffee was delicious and the food menu looked amazing. I don't know how but I resisted the delicious treats available on this day, but fully intend to return to have a meal and pastry. Staff was extremely friendly and Wi-Fi was free with lots of space to work. This may be my new favorite coffee shop in the area!

Wow this place is fantastic!!…read more Donuts are one of my favorite foods in all the world. When traveling, I love looking for the top rated donuts thru Yelp! At Dulce Dough Bakery, every donut I tried was incredible. The cinnamon brioche donut and the maple brioche donuts were our favorites. My husband had the jalapeño, bacon, cheddar cathead biscuit with the addition of eggs, bacon & cheese. He wants to go back tomorrow for another one!! Coffee is served in jadeite mugs. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice. When my friend was commenting on the homemade juice, the guy making it brought us a small glass of juice to sample! We had some fancy, high end meals while visiting Sea Island. This small donut shop has been the highlight of our visit!

I had to get my order to go this time but the seating area was lovely. The young lady at the register where you order was patient and helpful. It was very difficult to choose, but I had a king cake , glazed and sugar donut. These are not your typical donuts...very hard to describe, but I love it. So much better than the other common stores. I also got a brioche bun and loved it. It's made from the same dough as the doughnuts and I could eat them every day with no problem. Awesome! I tried to go last week on Monday morning, but they were closed. I'm so glad they still had choices left, as when they sell out of an item you have to wait until next time. These are hand made, not mass produced and it really makes a huge difference! I will return for sure!!!!!! I understand now why everyone raves about them and I will be joining the group too.

I got the lavender vanilla raspberry latte which was super good. I think they may make their own syrups which is an A+ in my book. Really long line, but went kind of fast. But wait time for coffee was 20-30 minutes. And people just kept coming. If you are a coffee snob, and you want a top notch coffee... this place is not it. Was scared to try an espresso, so tried cortado, but it was so bitter the milk didn't even help the flavor. The coffee beans smelled really good, and seemed like they had the right beans to make a good coffee, they just don't care enough about how they brew it. But if you like your coffee with some sugar this place is for you!!! I got the vanilla honey cinnamon, at first it seemed too sugary, but second sip tasted good. I would get it again. They have a lot of flavors and fun seasonal options. Didn't realize until later that it's a chain.

Tasteful supplied food for our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception, both of which were great. We had tomato chicken and pulled pork for our rehearsal, and crab cakes, beef tenderloin, and breaded chicken for our reception. The event staff both nights were great, really went above and beyond for us. They even grabbed a photobooth photo at the start of the night, which I love!! Highly highly highly recommend!!! The rehearsal dinner we had steak and parmesan crusted chicken and WOW was it good! This is hands down the best caterer on the Island. Big thanks to Veronica and Brian for helping us, we were difficult at times :) The entire staff was helpful and on their A game.

I highly recommend their buffalo crab dip, a concoction that is a buffalo cheese dip served with fresh lump crab. You can really taste the crab in this dish. They don't skimp on it at all. The most clever thing that they did here, though, is to serve it with wonton chips. It's something that's truly unique, as most restaurants would serve a dish like this with regular chips. The wonton chips are a treat unto themselves, having great wonton flavor. However, when you combine it with the dip, it really takes it over the top. Highly recommend. For my entree, I had their Cajun Alfredo pasta. It is linguine served in a "Cajun-spiced Alfredo sauce". It is "served with tasso and smoked sausage", and you can choose to have it with either chicken or wild GA shrimp. In either case, once again, they do not skimp . You get a heaping portion of either chicken or shrimp, and the sauce is very tasty. It is just as described, an Alfredo sauce with a little Cajun flavor, though it is not spicy. It is served with no sides, but no sides are necessary as it is a hearty portion all by itself. Very delicious. The most impressive thing that I saw is that the owner is very hands-on. They have these new-fangled mobile electronic lamps, and the owner came by and noticed that ours wasn't quite working. He replaced it immediately himself. He was very friendly and chatted us up. He also went around and was serving and clearing tables himself. It seems that if you eat here, there's a strong possibility that you could end up meeting the owner! Meeting him was a very nice touch. The only thing that I had a hard time with here was choosing a dish because everything looked so good on the menu! Delicious food and great service. I strongly recommend this place!
