I can't possibly give this Starbucks location even 1 star. I live within 10 minutes from the store. I have visited this location thousands of times. The service is so incredibly terrible pretty much anytime I go there. There is never enough help with the exception of weekday peak times. I visited this location today. Ordered my coffee online. It said my coffee would be ready within 10 minutes. I was picking it up in the store. Arrived at the location and waited 25 minutes. Still no coffee. Not to mention, when I walk in the store, I am not greeted by one person. This is the absolute worst store I have ever encountered with my history of Starbucks. There are other locations in my area. From now on, I will go to those other locations where I do receive excellent service. So today I ordered my coffee through the app. Paid for my coffee through the app. To walk in and wait another 20 to 25 minutes and then no coffee. This store sucks. The employees are rude. They don't even speak to you. If you need more help, hire more help. Get a manager, who actually gets behind the counter and works at the store. read more

Visiting Brunswick on road trip and needed to get an early start on Sunday 8/10. Arrive at location 520A, all signage off, drive thru board off, I park and go to front door -it's locked -it's pouring rain. Observe 2 employees at front counter who see me but ignore me. Double check app supposed to open at 5A. Employee comes one and says "sorry did not know it was locked" I ask about drive thru and she denies it's off. At this point 3 more employees come out of the back. No one apologizes. Not sure what's up at this location- how this fits into new green apron service model but this location needs a visit from corporate. read more

Wow, really bad experience. We've been to this location dozens of times over the years and this visit was really bad. The young lady at the register was clearly new. My husband'sdrink had 8 shots of sweetener instead of the 2 he ordered. When the unsmiling clearly unhappy manager snatched his cup back, she made the drink so quickly it also was not correct. This location has gone so far downhill. I used to frequent this location but now I am glad I was not there to see its demise. I tried to order a peppermint mocha. One of the seasonal specialty drinks. Nope. Out of peppermint. I chose a white chocolate mocha. When I got to the window, I saw a few employees inside and one started walking towards the window. No greeting and it felt really awkward while she tended to other business. Finally, I got my coffee and I knew from the first sip. I had made a mistake. Like many patrons of this location, we were heading north on I-95 and wanted some caffeine. At 2 pm, we saw a sign for this sbux and decided to give it a go on a whim. We're glad we did! The order was made quickly and correctly, staff were friendly, inside of the store was clean, and they had a couple of tables inside and out. Chairs were still up on many of them so they may not want people milling around. Heading northbound, take exit 36A (not B), head right and you can't miss this place. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews, we had a perfectly decent visit. 1 star deducted as the restrooms weren't the cleanest and the cafe's serviette dispensers were empty. There are not too many options between Jax and Savannah, so don't hesitate to stop here for a pick me up and potty. read more

The opening staff were not very pleasant, except for one older blonde lady. The outside of the store is always dirty from the homeless people who spent the night before there, and the staff don't clean it up. The drinks tasted like they weren't measured right and just done by winging it. Perfectly situated off I-95, this location is ideal for a pit stop for a potty break and a coffee recharge to help you get down the road. The location is one the cutest stand alone locations I have seen!!! I stopped here kinda late and stepped in to grab some coffee and thankfully there was no line and no waiting so I was able to walk right up to the counter and order. I'm thinking because it was late, the greeting mojo had worn off and the barista looked like he had a long day, bless his heart, so he gets a pass. My drink was good. I asked for extra caramel drizzle and it was no where to found, but all in all it was decent. Next road trip, hopefully it will be earlier so I can get the real feel of this location. read more

What a quaint little Starbucks just off of I-95! It was easy to get to! If you're going south bound, you have to make a right at the light after you exit I-95. The outside of the store was a different design which was very cool and chic in my opinion. The baristas were very nice and they had a smile on their face. This isn't a Starbucks, it's a pit stop. Alright, alright. That isn't entirely true. But, really -- this isn't a local hangout spot. It is a rest reprieve for all the hoards of Interstate 95 travelers. It is one of the few and easiest Starbucks to access in the region between Savannah and the Florida-Georgia border. So, yeah, it gets pretty slammed. Now, big round of applause for the staff! They mostly keep it together. Sure, there's bound to be a few stiff hellos, some miscommunication, messy areas and the like. But you can tell that these folks are OVERworked to the extreme. A few things to keep in mind: 1. Will you be waiting in line? Yes, very likely. And not just in line to get your drinks and eats, but in line for the bathrooms, too. That goes for the fellas as well. Why they only have single stalls, I don't know. 2. There is a drive-thru here. It moves along pretty well. 3. This particular location seems either under stocked, or simply doesn't have as many offerings as other locations. Still, you can get sandwiches and sweet treats. They also have fruit roll-like snacks. 4. Not many interior seating spots. There is a lounge area with sofas, a community table and a few small round tables. But they do have this lovely, expansive wrap around patio out front, along with huge umbrellas. Gorgeous when it's nice out. Granted, you will be able to hear so much traffic! 5. This is actually a hot spot for a pit stop. There are a ton of locally owned and chain restaurants along the strip, and also gas stations and hotels. read more

One of the prettiest Starbucks location. So cute with all the Xmas decorations. This location is less than 1/2mile from the i95 exit makes it an extremely convenient location to get to. They got drive-thru but it can be a long wait in the AM so I suggest you order ahead and run in to pick up. Screwed up my drink once hence the 4stars. read more

Sometime you arrive at the perfect time and everything clicks, this was my experience and it may be due to the fact that I arrived shortly after they opened. The drive-thru had no waiting and the employee that took our order was very friendly and repeated the order to ensure it was perfect and yes it was perfect. Understand this was a drive by or a pit stop off I-95 as others have referred to regarding this location so this snap shot may not be the typical experience other have spoken of - my advice is call them on the issue when it occurs and make them make it right. read more

Coffee was great - not special, this is Starbucks, but definitely up to expectations. Everything was ready fast and we were in and out really quickly. What can I say - a Starbucks is a Starbucks. The coffee is consistent and the menu is the same pretty much everywhere. I will say that this is a beautiful and brand new location. It's nice to see I-95 is getting some better coffee stops. The Starbucks is right off the highway (Exit 36A) and has a drive thru - great for those lazy days when you're traveling in PJs or if it's raining cats and dogs!! On the highway between Savannah and St. Augustine, this is the only Starbucks, and maybe that is why this place is so cool. When I stopped here, the first thing I noticed was how out of place the architecture was for the area. Instead of a building fitting of the Deep South, this place looks like it should be placed out in Wyoming, perhaps in Jackson Hole. This is why I can't get this building out of my head. Sure inside was great, and perhaps the cleanest bathrooms along that stretch of highway, and with hipster workers, the staff was fitting for a Starbucks in NOHO, up in NYC. I always enjoy stopping by this Starbucks when in Brunswick. Just off the I-95 at exit 36A with fueling stations and quick bites near make it a busy location. The baristas are quite friendly and does a fine job 95 percent of the time fulfilling your order. The location has outdoor seating as well as indoor which allows for a break from the monotony of the road. Not usually perfectly clean and some times neglected, I believe they try.
