I've been very patient but they still keep making mistakes with orders. It's much worse when it's about 30 mins to closing time, a simple three item meal takes almost 30 minutes when ordering in store for carry out, it seems they're in a rush to close and maybe that's why they make those mistakes of incomplete oreders. Unfortunately I can only go around that time to get a simple carry out meal and whenever this happens I end up with very little food to eat and have to wait til the next day to complain about it.
