Stale donuts. Too sweet drinks. Even asked if the donuts were fresh. Was told they were made this morning. It was 2 pm. Pretty sure these donuts were not made today. Pumpkin spiced latte......meh......9 dollar lesson! read more

Drive through so slow and people don't even order a lot at a time so if you want to stop there before work then just wake up like 2 hours early to be safe read more

Every time I order the sweet black pepper bacon sandwich they are out of croissants. For Gods sake if you are constantly running out then you have a manger asleep at the wheel not managing the order process or cooking process. .....update I didn't like to wait but I will say it was worth it. read more

I am a die hard Dunkin person. This is by far the worst! I'm not just being a Karen it's a FACT!! Rude all the way around.. always out of everything, when you pay good money for lattes and they try to say it's a latte when in all reality it's and iced coffee. Think twice before stopping at this one !! Go a few miles down 75 or get a McDonald's!! Sorry not sorry..... read more

I was in the drive thru for 26 minutes this morning, Oct 6, 2023. I ordered a medium hot butter pecan coffee. Git to the window and was asked if I had ordered a tea. No, I didn't! She fumbled around on the register for a bit, said hold on and closed the window. I had to drive off. This was horrible! I won't go there again. I have given several chances, but it's gotten worse. Something needs to be done. The person in front of me just drove on by the window and didn't stop. 26 minutes in a drive thru for coffee???? I would not click one star if I didn't have to in order to post this review. read more

Tae and Dakota service was top tier and collaborative. They worked as a team with a smile and the drink was amazing. Due to me being a highway drop in I wanted to send Kudos to these young ladies for the welcoming ambiance. read more

I got 2 donuts and both were old. They were hard as if they were more than two days old, so they must not be made every day.

Excellent service. Nicky, where as many hats and make sure that you get served quickly and very well. Can I say enough good about this local treasure. read more

Dunkin' - Donuts. - Donuts Near Me - Brooksville, Florida

If I could give zero stars I would. I am Dunkin' enthusiast, but this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have been to in my entire life. Rude workers, very slow, I will drive 20 mins to the other Dunkin just to avoid going here. read more

My go to Dunkin. I make a mobile order through the app every morning before work. Decent service but understaffed.

Dunkachino was awful today. It was watery and didn't taste like it had coffee in it at all. It tasted like a watered down hot chocolate. I couldn't drink it it was gross. What happened to the thick and creamy, the entire reason a Dunkachino exists? Then they dont' care it's a Doordash order and they can't make it right. They're telling me, 'next time you come in.' We're in a pandemic, dummy. I ordered IN for a reason, I don't have a car and it's a 2 mile walk to the location. Get it right the first time, check your mixtures in the morning. read more

Yipes. Store, coffee area absolutely a mess. My grilled cheese was totally uncooked, i sent picture to corporate. It only tastes good melted. Staff very disorganized. A bunch at outside table not sure for what ......it gets worse. I order hot coffee and milk in it. I return to where i was staying. Two hours later sick to my stomach. I rarely have food poisoning. Im in great physical condition. Chills , diarrhea that nite. In bed the next two or three days....had to be the milk..... Wow...no thanks. The place being a mess leads me to believe milk not checked or refrigerated. read more

ll I love Dunkin but I hate that every time you're in the drive-through it literally takes 20 minutes. The whole point of a drive-through is to Expedite time not make it longer. So disappointing read more

they were all out of most of the flavor donuts what's not to friendly and as well no oatmilk for coffee

The most incompetent people running this place. Clarified 4 times that I wanted a coffee with half and half CREAMER, they gave me a half and half black decaf and caffeinated coffee. So seeing as the stupidity backs the line up, I'll now be uncaffeinated in the workforce. I'll probably be fired at some point from my inability to deal with the standard idiots of my day. Thanks Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I used to be a regular at this Dunkin located in Brooksville, Florida. Broad Street location. I've since moved to a different town but frequent this location one or twice a week. I'm in town to see my horse. And every SINGLE time the coffee is wrong or staff is rude. I'm so over it! Today 1/27/23 my husband and I were at the drive thru. We asked for a brownie batter were told in a very snotty voice they were out. So we asked if we could have a maple donut. The girl legit said "no.". WTH DUNKIN!?!? my husband at that point said what did you mean NO? are you out? She replied "yup". Brooksville Dunkin? You just lost a loyal customer. I will NOT be back. read more

Went here this morning and ordered at the kiosk, waited in line and everyone else got their food and beverages. A girl behind the counter asked me if I had gotten my half dozen donuts even though I had nothing in my hands. They couldn't even keep track of what orders they had done and hadn't done and there was only 3 people who had ordered food. Then once they finally got my order they gave dirty looks the whole time and were very disrespectful and practically threw my food at me even though their manager was standing right next to them. Absolutely awful, should have listened to the other reviews before going. read more

Over 15-20 minutes wait for mobile orders. When the place is nearly empty. It's a joke. It's the Dunkin' in my neighborhood which sucks because it's the worse I've had in the entire state of Florida. Do better and get yourself together. "Store is busier than usual" when I counted 4 humans sitting down. read more

If I can give this place zero stars I would. For starters every time I've been to this place you wait over 20 minutes in the drive-through line. Half the time they can't even get your order correct but today I waited 27 minutes never even made it to the drive-through window because about halfway through the wait my infant started hysterically crying to the point where he was hyper ventilating and once you're in the line you're stuck and cannot get out. I finally had to cut through the grass into an empty parking lot in order to get out of the line. So over 30 minutes of my time wasted to never even receive my coffee or food I had ordered. read more

This DD uses the big tanks instead of the glass pots. As such, the coffee usually tastes burnt. Donuts are prefab. Also, the people working here are much less helpful and friendly than Spring Hill, if you can believe it. Go to the one on Spring Hill Drive at Mariner Blvd, or better yet visit the place with fresh donuts down 41 at Ayers. read more

I only come to this Dunkin' cause it's the closet one to my house. They are always so rude! Girl on speaker... ask for hot fudge sundae.. "we ain't got that today"... as for large milkshake... I'm only making a small... umm ok. Trust me, if this wasn't the only Dunkin' around my house, I would not come to this one! read more

As loyal Dunkin lovers, it's hard for me to even put into words the absolute ridiculousness of our stop at the location at 30435 Cortez Blvd in brooksville, Florida. It began with a worker starring at my husband and children as they tried to enter the store to use the restroom. A Sign was posted on the store explaining you must ask to use the restroom thru the drive thru, seemingly not a big deal. However, a delivery was being made in the back and a worker (not the delivery man) was blocking the vehicle in front of me from proceeding thru the drive thru. I backed out to leave and loaded my family back into the car. At that point the drive thru reopened so we decided we'd go ahead and place an order. I asked if they could go back to the door and be let in, and was told yes. So they unloaded and again headed to the door where they stood for another 10 mins before finally being let in. Meanwhile, I attempted to order a caramel latte and was told they were out of caramel. I picked vanilla then was told they were out of espresso. Disregard the coffee order at that point. Switch gears to donuts and most donuts were unavailable. I would have driven away at that point if it weren't for toddler who LOVES donuts not understanding the absolute ridiculousness of this establishment and simply wanting a donut. I ordered 2 old fashioned donuts and proceeded to the pick up window. When i was finally acknowledged I asked if my family could please be let in since they were still waiting outside. By the time I pulled around to the door they were finally let in to use the restroom. When i went inside I requested my receipt and was told they could not give me one as they throw them away instead of giving them to drive thru customers. I then asked for a business card with store info, again no. This experience is the polar opposite of any Dunkin' we've visited and I hope all other stores are able to run a more classy business, because as you know, America Runs on Dunkin, sadly just not while taking a pit stop on their way through Brooksville, FL. read more

While the donuts were fine, the garbage can at the entrance was overflowing and the men's restroom was disgusting.

Fast, friendly and they have NEVER screwed up my iced coffee that I love so much. They are always packed on a weekend in the morning but I haven't had to wait a long amount of time. They get em in and get em out! Favorite dunkin around these parts. Also, love the Veggie Eggwhite Flatbread. read more

Still no waffle cones. It seems they are always out of waffle cones, even early in the day. The sugar cones are good though and I appreciate the Baskin Robbins app for discounts. read more

Not bad. I work down the road a little but from this dunking and I am I frequent flyer. They are always pretty friendly and although my order is usually pretty ruff, they are accurate. All in all I'm happy with them. read more

Getting better still hit or miss. They tend to loose focus quick. biggest complaint is that they are not clean with the orders. I always have to ask for napkins before they hand me my drink so I can wipe them down. They also are bad about not follow directions when I request the sugar free syrup in a coffee with cream and sugar. I do this because the flavor of the sweetened one is overly sweet even if I hold the sugar. read more

They need another cashier up here during rush hour. I have to take a final at saint leo at 8am.. I was waiting in line for 15min and that doesn't include wait time for my ordered items. Also. The cashier goes away and starts to make other drinks. That's not acceptable. read more

This DD charges more than the DD on Spring Hill Drive! 40cents extra for a wrap. 20cents extra for a small iced coffee. I understand all different owners, but that's quite the up charge! read more

Large selection of delicious icecream. Also has burgers and sandwiches in addition to donuts.

Excellent coffee, fast drive thru and the munchin donuts were delicious. Definitely going to return!

Previously, they messed up my order and put regular milk in my coffee (I cannot digest milk properly), causing me to be in the bathroom for 3 days. The manager, Josh, was very apologetic and offered me a free cup on the house when I come in next time. Well that was very kind, and I do appreciate it, the lack of focus on the job/task is clearly the cause of errors. Upon returning, I decided to go inside. While the staff members are very sweet, kind and friendly, they lack professionalism and do not focus well on their jobs. They were more focused on socializing and joking with one another. It took 10 minutes for me to just place an order. There was no line when o came in, and all 5 girls behind the counter greeted me, and continued to finish their conversations before taking my order. This is just unprofessional, it's rude and disrespectful. Clearly it's this behavior that leads to errors in orders. Hopefully none of their errors puts anyone into anaphylactic shock. read more

They need to get the poor girl who is behind the counter help. She takes order, makes the coffee. Takes forever!!! Hire more people!
