I was in the drive thru for 26 minutes this morning, Oct 6, 2023. I ordered a medium hot butter pecan coffee. Git to the window and was asked if I had ordered a tea. No, I didn't! She fumbled around on the register for a bit, said hold on and closed the window. I had to drive off. This was horrible! I won't go there again. I have given several chances, but it's gotten worse. Something needs to be done. The person in front of me just drove on by the window and didn't stop. 26 minutes in a drive thru for coffee???? Dunkachino was awful today. It was watery and didn't taste like it had coffee in it at all. It tasted like a watered down hot chocolate. I couldn't drink it it was gross. What happened to the thick and creamy, the entire reason a Dunkachino exists? Then they dont' care it's a Doordash order and they can't make it right. They're telling me, 'next time you come in.' I used to be a regular at this Dunkin located in Brooksville, Florida. Broad Street location. I've since moved to a different town but frequent this location one or twice a week. I'm in town to see my horse. And every SINGLE time the coffee is wrong or staff is rude. I'm so over it! Today 1/27/23 my husband and I were at the drive thru. We asked for a brownie batter were told in a very snotty voice they were out. So we asked if we could have a maple donut. The girl legit said "no.". WTH DUNKIN!?!? my husband at that point said what did you mean NO? are you out? She replied "yup". Brooksville Dunkin? You just lost a loyal customer. I will NOT be back. read more

Yipes. Store, coffee area absolutely a mess. My grilled cheese was totally uncooked, i sent picture to corporate. It only tastes good melted. Staff very disorganized. A bunch at outside table not sure for what ......it gets worse. I order hot coffee and milk in it. I return to where i was staying. Two hours later sick to my stomach. I rarely have food poisoning. Im in great physical condition. Chills , diarrhea that nite. In bed the next two or three days....had to be the milk..... Wow...no thanks. Over 15-20 minutes wait for mobile orders. When the place is nearly empty. It's a joke. It's the Dunkin' in my neighborhood which sucks because it's the worse I've had in the entire state of Florida. Went here this morning and ordered at the kiosk, waited in line and everyone else got their food and beverages. A girl behind the counter asked me if I had gotten my half dozen donuts even though I had nothing in my hands. They couldn't even keep track of what orders they had done and hadn't done and there was only 3 people who had ordered food. Then once they finally got my order they gave dirty looks the whole time and were very disrespectful and practically threw my food at me even though their manager was standing right next to them. If I can give this place zero stars I would. For starters every time I've been to this place you wait over 20 minutes in the drive-through line. Half the time they can't even get your order correct but today I waited 27 minutes never even made it to the drive-through window because about halfway through the wait my infant started hysterically crying to the point where he was hyper ventilating and once you're in the line you're stuck and cannot get out. I finally had to cut through the grass into an empty parking lot in order to get out of the line. This DD uses the big tanks instead of the glass pots. As such, the coffee usually tastes burnt. Donuts are prefab. Also, the people working here are much less helpful and friendly than Spring Hill, if you can believe it. Go to the one on Spring Hill Drive at Mariner Blvd, or better yet visit the place with fresh donuts down 41 at Ayers. read more

As loyal Dunkin lovers, it's hard for me to even put into words the absolute ridiculousness of our stop at the location at 30435 Cortez Blvd in brooksville, Florida. It began with a worker starring at my husband and children as they tried to enter the store to use the restroom. A Sign was posted on the store explaining you must ask to use the restroom thru the drive thru, seemingly not a big deal. However, a delivery was being made in the back and a worker (not the delivery man) was blocking the vehicle in front of me from proceeding thru the drive thru. I backed out to leave and loaded my family back into the car. At that point the drive thru reopened so we decided we'd go ahead and place an order. I asked if they could go back to the door and be let in, and was told yes. So they unloaded and again headed to the door where they stood for another 10 mins before finally being let in. Meanwhile, I attempted to order a caramel latte and was told they were out of caramel. I picked vanilla then was told they were out of espresso. Disregard the coffee order at that point. Switch gears to donuts and most donuts were unavailable. I would have driven away at that point if it weren't for toddler who LOVES donuts not understanding the absolute ridiculousness of this establishment and simply wanting a donut. I ordered 2 old fashioned donuts and proceeded to the pick up window. When i was finally acknowledged I asked if my family could please be let in since they were still waiting outside. By the time I pulled around to the door they were finally let in to use the restroom. When i went inside I requested my receipt and was told they could not give me one as they throw them away instead of giving them to drive thru customers. I then asked for a business card with store info, again no. This experience is the polar opposite of any Dunkin' we've visited and I hope all other stores are able to run a more classy business, because as you know, America Runs on Dunkin, sadly just not while taking a pit stop on their way through Brooksville, FL. read more

Fast, friendly and they have NEVER screwed up my iced coffee that I love so much. They are always packed on a weekend in the morning but I haven't had to wait a long amount of time. They get em in and get em out! Favorite dunkin around these parts. Also, love the Veggie Eggwhite Flatbread. read more

Getting better still hit or miss. They tend to loose focus quick. biggest complaint is that they are not clean with the orders. I always have to ask for napkins before they hand me my drink so I can wipe them down. They also are bad about not follow directions when I request the sugar free syrup in a coffee with cream and sugar. I do this because the flavor of the sweetened one is overly sweet even if I hold the sugar. read more

Previously, they messed up my order and put regular milk in my coffee (I cannot digest milk properly), causing me to be in the bathroom for 3 days. The manager, Josh, was very apologetic and offered me a free cup on the house when I come in next time. Well that was very kind, and I do appreciate it, the lack of focus on the job/task is clearly the cause of errors. Upon returning, I decided to go inside. While the staff members are very sweet, kind and friendly, they lack professionalism and do not focus well on their jobs. They were more focused on socializing and joking with one another. It took 10 minutes for me to just place an order. There was no line when o came in, and all 5 girls behind the counter greeted me, and continued to finish their conversations before taking my order. This is just unprofessional, it's rude and disrespectful. Clearly it's this behavior that leads to errors in orders. Hopefully none of their errors puts anyone into anaphylactic shock. read more
