I'm sure the coffee is great BUT it's clear that the people working here have not been properly trained...which would make sense- This location JUST OPENED! My fiancé ordered a chai latte and he was served a regular COFFEE latte with a pump of chai syrup. I'd love to think this was an oversight, but unfortunately my iced lavender coffee latte also wasn't made correctly. Instead, a draft coffee with espresso and milk. I wouldn't have questioned it if the employee didn't ask me to try my coffee to make sure I like it first. A super nice and friendly employee- but it doesn't make up for the wasted money spent. We purchased a half dozen donuts and had all the hopes in the world for these cute sweet bites- average at best. Not sure we will be returning, *sigh*

While I usually go for a Black Iced Tea with Mango Dragonfruit, this drink was just as refreshing. The flavor, freshness, and consistency were spot on--exactly what I've come to expect from this location. I typically use the drive-thru, and the service is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy morning hours. On the rare occasion there's a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate. I've only been inside a handful of times, but from what I've seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks drive-thru locations in the area based on my experience. Reliable drinks, great service, and a well-run team keep me coming back. When I walked into the store, I stood at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I ordered only a Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato and a Cinnamon Pull-Apart. At the time, there were only two customers inside the store--myself and a woman who entered after me--and only two vehicles in the drive-thru. A female employee prepared and handed me my hot drink without a protective sleeve, but my food was never given to me. I waited another ten minutes before the male employee casually walked over, handed me my Cinnamon Pull-Apart, and simply said, "Oh, here," followed by a giggle and an indifferent "Have a nice day." The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though my order had been forgotten, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. This is not an isolated incident. The service at this location consistently feels slow, with long waits to place orders and receive items, even when the store is not busy. Customer service should include acknowledging customers promptly, communicating if there will be a delay, and treating customers with professionalism and respect. I hope management addresses these ongoing concerns by improving both the efficiency of service and the level of customer care provided at this location. As a regular customer, I expect a much better experience than what I continue to receive.

As a result, the space becomes increasingly crowded throughout the day. I think the experience would be much better if the 2-hour sessions were scheduled without so much overlap. I also feel the age guidelines should be enforced more consistently. There was a child who appeared to be around 10 years old running around unsupervised while toddlers as young as 2 years old were playing. For a space geared toward younger children, that can create safety concerns and make it harder for little ones to enjoy the play area comfortably. Overall, we enjoyed our visit, but a few changes to crowd management and age enforcement would greatly improve the experience.
