I stopped by the Starbucks in Egg Harbor Township this morning before work and ordered an Iced Green Tea Lemonade. While I usually go for a Black Iced Tea with Mango Dragonfruit, this drink was just as refreshing. The flavor, freshness, and consistency were spot on--exactly what I've come to expect from this location. I typically use the drive-thru, and the service is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy morning hours. On the rare occasion there's a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate. I've only been inside a handful of times, but from what I've seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks drive-thru locations in the area based on my experience. Reliable drinks, great service, and a well-run team keep me coming back. I continue to have disappointing experiences at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, tonight was no exception. When I walked into the store, I stood at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I ordered only a Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato and a Cinnamon Pull-Apart. At the time, there were only two customers inside the store--myself and a woman who entered after me--and only two vehicles in the drive-thru. A female employee prepared and handed me my hot drink without a protective sleeve, but my food was never given to me. I waited another ten minutes before the male employee casually walked over, handed me my Cinnamon Pull-Apart, and simply said, "Oh, here," followed by a giggle and an indifferent "Have a nice day." The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though my order had been forgotten, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. This is not an isolated incident. The service at this location consistently feels slow, with long waits to place orders and receive items, even when the store is not busy. Customer service should include acknowledging customers promptly, communicating if there will be a delay, and treating customers with professionalism and respect. I hope management addresses these ongoing concerns by improving both the efficiency of service and the level of customer care provided at this location. As a regular customer, I expect a much better experience than what I continue to receive. read more

Friendly staff. Quick service. Good seating and a great cup of Starbucks. Nice spot for meetings and just to drop in for a coffee and a treat. I have used it for both. read more

For years I would say that Starbucks coffee sucks... It's bitter and I would see anyone who likes it as someone who either doesn't care what they drink, or doesn't know what regular coffee can taste like. But in the last two occasions, I went to Starbucks, their coffee, which includes Pike was actually good with cream and didn't taste like acidic garbage. There was a Starbucks at my college, and I went there every day for the caffeine, not the taste. Now I can feel happy going to Starbucks for both. I've been going to Dunkin' Donuts for years, but I can say that their coffee tastes a little watered down. I will be going to Starbucks from now on, if I can manage. read more

I've never really had a bad Starbucks experience until visiting this location. I've literally given them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong and they unfortunately can't . They're ALWAYS out of staple breakfast items and it's pretty annoying because every other location always has them. Dunkin here I come! UPDATE: I came back out of sheer convenience and nothing has changed! The issues they have is an absolute management ordering / organization issue as they still don't have proper containers for food and my personal initial review was literally a month ago. read more

Walked in, never had my drink order taken. Waited another 15 mins and decide to sit while I wait. A large family came in and walks in front of me and has theirs taken right away. Even though multiple staff members saw me come in before they did. Must have been 4-5 people behind the counter. Won't be going back to that location again. read more

Nice newish looking Starbucks in a mini strip mall in front of the Walmart Store in Egg Harbor Township. The drive thru was busy but our order was correct & done in a reasonable time. The young woman at Drawer 1 Register 3 in the drive thru was friendly, added money and charged us correctly. Coffee at over $7 a cup is crazy but there is no shortage of us paying it, at least once in awhile. If you need some coffee in the area the flavors are tasty read more

Definitely the staff needs a couple shots of espresso to get motivated.... Don't expect in and out service if you're a walk in customer, this store obviously focuses more on drive through than walk ins.... Watching sap draw from a tree is faster than the service you get here....after waiting to order with NO ONE else in store for 10 minutes it took another 20 minutes to get beverages.... WHATEVER YOU DO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO WAIT read more

I can't express how excited I am that there is a Starbucks that doesn't take me 10-20 minutes to drive to! This is my new studying spot since it's right down the street from me. There's plenty of seating- inside and outside. It is a lot bigger than the Mays Landing one. If you're not staying, there's a drive-thru! It's so convenient when I'm running errands since I can get coffee without having to run inside or place a mobile order. The staff keeps it clean and new and they are very friendly and kind. read more

Craving coffee, Wawa just not working for me since the virus outbreak. I normally have 1/2 cappuccino & 1/2 decaf ‍ Wawa shut the cappuccino machine down!!! So this morning we opted to give Starbucks a try, not a fan but I have the app! Order online via the app, very smooth! I had $17 in my account!! Gave a $2.00 tip on a $4.58 bill!!! The app stated ... go to drive-thru window.. there is a line!! However it's moving pretty quick. I understand there's no process for the precautions we must now take!!! We arrive at the drive - thru young lady request $8.xx to which I replied . I ordered on the app name K! She turns around grabs the 2 cups of coffee brings to the window and says 'next time stop at the speaker & let us know, so the order will be ready for you' to which I replied 'it's not ready?' I know the order was ready because she turned around &!grabbed the order!! SMH Love the app because I changed the tip from $2 to $1 After all they are still working!! FYI I ordered 2 tall looks like one is a small! #Won'tGoBack #CoffeeNotGood #A read more

Drinks are always very strong and never sweet enough no matter what...prices are kinda high for the sizes but they're pretty good.

I used the drive through. I know I've said in the past that all Starbucks are the same, but this one was cool! I liked Devan in the drive through. She has a great personality and a wonderful smile. She certainly brightened my somewhat busy day and made everything okay! read more

Unreal... just left here and could not believe what I saw, more than a dozen gnats swarming the lite bites. And the employees just acting like no one saw it. It's after 12 noon, I'm sure customers have purchased food from there by now. I took a video of gnats chillin on a cookie, while employees saw me do it. I was not able to upload the video of them crawling on the food, so here's a pic. This is awful. All I have to say is BEWARE. read more

It's dirty. The drinks are never consistent. The baristas talk to customers better than the manager. She's just so rude. The baristas are great though they are always understaffed and stressed out though. It's sad. I feel for them and some customers give them a hard time. It's definitely not run properly. I hope it gets better because this is my home starbucks read more

This morning I mobile ordered my food about 15 mins ahead of time and drove to the eht starbucks. I normally don't wait in line bc i'm always in a rush and go quick before work since I work 40 mins away so i just run in and grab it. This morning their inside cafe was closed so i wasnt able to do that. I called to see if I could possibly get a refund as their line was very long and I couldn't wait in it and the girl told me no. I understand it's not their fault necessarily but I wasted 10 dollars so kind of annoyed about that bc the least they could've done is give me a refund... read more

I usually don't do reviews but I was compelled to leave this review. I was on my way home from AC and stopped at this particular SB. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling face, eager to help and a radiant, "Hello." I made it my duty to remember this barista's name. This young lady, CeCe, really brightened my day. I made a joke about coffee, she laughed and genuinely seemed interested. I have never been a fan of overpriced coffee but next time I pass through to AC, I will stop and indulge in a cup of joe as long as the staff is as friendly and welcoming as CeCe. read more

I love this location. They are always fast and friendly. Even when you watch them deal with difficult customers. You know the ones I'm talking about. Barb is always amazing and remembers my drink. I should say I don't live in jersey I come up for work for 2 wks at a time. That's amazing! Today I was curious about some of their new drinks they just came out with and she took time explaining them to me. So shoutout to you Starbucks for having great employees at this location. read more

I come here every morning before i get to work and this is the worst starbuck experience ever. Lauren took my order ( it was 2 of 3 shot espresso w 3 pump white mocha ) i had been waiting 20 minutes and late from work but still not get my coffee. I confirm her again then i know she didn't put my order down for the whole time and i have a hard time with her to order again but she still messed up the order. And i get my drink after couple minutes but they all messed up. Just wonder how hard to made a coffee cause nobody would spend 30-40 mins to order a coffee. read more

I could manage a Starbucks better staffed with Pre-schoolers. Not sure wtf takes so long to make a damn coffee. Awful. Sad really.

Don't usually go to this Starbucks but was passing by and needed some coffee. I went inside, the service was very fast. Ordered a Java Chip w/o whipped cream and it was very good. Thanks! read more

The service and products are great considering how busy this location is at all hours of the day. The demand is not this Starbucks fault whatsoever. The population of the greater Atlantic City area have grown immensely over the past two years and the county and state have not ramped up construction of new restaurants and franchises. read more

Lauren is incredible and a great asset to the company! This place is lovely and the staff is courteous! 5 Stars well earned

Most calming service I'd ever had. Came in the other day after walking through the city for hours and I was absolutely exhausted. Sweaty and smelly I must not have been fun to stand next too or even talk too, but I needed a drink desperately. After waiting a bit on line I was a mess and stammered and mumbled my order but the woman waiting on me was possibly the most endearing person who's ever had to deal with my shit. She was patient, she helped me navigate the menu (I barely ever use Starbucks but it was right there) and she got me a vanilla bean which was like cold heaven. I think her name was Cece but I just wanted to say thank you holy shit I had about a half hour more to travel goin home and that drink saved my life XD. read more

One of my favorite starbucks to go to. Always attentive. Great customer service. Cece is one of my favorite baristas. She already knows what I want and how I want it granted I always go there but shes so attentive. Great place to go read more

I come to this Starbucks frequently, I usually go by the drive thru and everyone has been extremely nice. Today I decided to go inside with my fiancé and have a coffee date. The person working in the front was extremely rude I believe her name is Cece, that's what her name tag said. I was very nice and asked her how she was, something she should have done but didn't. I told her the drink I wanted she didn't ask what size or if I wanted whipped cream or not she just assumed the size and whipped cream which I didn't want. When my fiancé ordered his drink he said it twice she was like " I can't hear you, don't you see that" as she pointed to the blender behind her. With a bad attitude, at this point I was upset, she didn't seem to care. Once my drink was prepared by someone else she never got my fiancé's drink which was a black coffee something simple. I had to go out of my way to find someone who could get us the coffee. Overall someone with that type of attitude should not be working in the front of a business. read more
