I stopped by the Starbucks in Egg Harbor Township this morning before work and ordered an Iced Green Tea Lemonade. While I usually go for a Black Iced Tea with Mango Dragonfruit, this drink was just as refreshing. The flavor, freshness, and consistency were spot on--exactly what I've come to expect from this location. I typically use the drive-thru, and the service is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy morning hours. On the rare occasion there's a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate. I've only been inside a handful of times, but from what I've seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks drive-thru locations in the area based on my experience. Reliable drinks, great service, and a well-run team keep me coming back. For years I would say that Starbucks coffee sucks... It's bitter and I would see anyone who likes it as someone who either doesn't care what they drink, or doesn't know what regular coffee can taste like. But in the last two occasions, I went to Starbucks, their coffee, which includes Pike was actually good with cream and didn't taste like acidic garbage. There was a Starbucks at my college, and I went there every day for the caffeine, not the taste. Now I can feel happy going to Starbucks for both. I've never really had a bad Starbucks experience until visiting this location. I've literally given them multiple opportunities to prove me wrong and they unfortunately can't . They're ALWAYS out of staple breakfast items and it's pretty annoying because every other location always has them. Dunkin here I come! Walked in, never had my drink order taken. Waited another 15 mins and decide to sit while I wait. A large family came in and walks in front of me and has theirs taken right away. Nice newish looking Starbucks in a mini strip mall in front of the Walmart Store in Egg Harbor Township. The drive thru was busy but our order was correct & done in a reasonable time. The young woman at Drawer 1 Register 3 in the drive thru was friendly, added money and charged us correctly. Don't expect in and out service if you're a walk in customer, this store obviously focuses more on drive through than walk ins.... Watching sap draw from a tree is faster than the service you get here....after waiting to order with NO ONE else in store for 10 minutes it took another 20 minutes to get beverages.... Craving coffee, Wawa just not working for me since the virus outbreak. I normally have 1/2 cappuccino & 1/2 decaf ‍ Wawa shut the cappuccino machine down!!! So this morning we opted to give Starbucks a try, not a fan but I have the app! Order online via the app, very smooth! I had $17 in my account!! Gave a $2.00 tip on a $4.58 bill!!! I can't express how excited I am that there is a Starbucks that doesn't take me 10-20 minutes to drive to! This is my new studying spot since it's right down the street from me. There's plenty of seating- inside and outside. It is a lot bigger than the Mays Landing one. If you're not staying, there's a drive-thru! It's so convenient when I'm running errands since I can get coffee without having to run inside or place a mobile order. It's dirty. The drinks are never consistent. The baristas talk to customers better than the manager. She's just so rude. Unreal... just left here and could not believe what I saw, more than a dozen gnats swarming the lite bites. And the employees just acting like no one saw it. It's after 12 noon, I'm sure customers have purchased food from there by now. I took a video of gnats chillin on a cookie, while employees saw me do it. I usually don't do reviews but I was compelled to leave this review. I was on my way home from AC and stopped at this particular SB. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a smiling face, eager to help and a radiant, "Hello." I made it my duty to remember this barista's name. This young lady, CeCe, really brightened my day. I made a joke about coffee, she laughed and genuinely seemed interested. I come here every morning before i get to work and this is the worst starbuck experience ever. Lauren took my order ( it was 2 of 3 shot espresso w 3 pump white mocha ) i had been waiting 20 minutes and late from work but still not get my coffee. I confirm her again then i know she didn't put my order down for the whole time and i have a hard time with her to order again but she still messed up the order. The service and products are great considering how busy this location is at all hours of the day. The demand is not this Starbucks fault whatsoever. Most calming service I'd ever had. Came in the other day after walking through the city for hours and I was absolutely exhausted. Sweaty and smelly I must not have been fun to stand next too or even talk too, but I needed a drink desperately. After waiting a bit on line I was a mess and stammered and mumbled my order but the woman waiting on me was possibly the most endearing person who's ever had to deal with my shit. She was patient, she helped me navigate the menu (I barely ever use Starbucks but it was right there) and she got me a vanilla bean which was like cold heaven. I come to this Starbucks frequently, I usually go by the drive thru and everyone has been extremely nice. Today I decided to go inside with my fiancé and have a coffee date. The person working in the front was extremely rude I believe her name is Cece, that's what her name tag said. I was very nice and asked her how she was, something she should have done but didn't. I told her the drink I wanted she didn't ask what size or if I wanted whipped cream or not she just assumed the size and whipped cream which I didn't want. When my fiancé ordered his drink he said it twice she was like " I can't hear you,don't you see that" as she pointed to the blender behind her. With a bad attitude, at this point I was upset, she didn't seem to care. Once my drink was prepared by someone else she never got my fiancé's drink which was a black coffee something simple.
