It is a small space but there are several tables and chairs to sit and do some work during the day. They have pretty good coffee. I always get their iced lattes. They have a good variety of different drinks and flavors. I usually ask for a little less ice or a little less sweet. We've also tried their matcha latte. It was pretty good and not sweet. I continue to have disappointing experiences at this Starbucks, and unfortunately, tonight was no…read moreexception. When I walked into the store, I stood at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I ordered only a Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato and a Cinnamon Pull-Apart. At the time, there were only two customers inside the store--myself and a woman who entered after me--and only two vehicles in the drive-thru. A female employee prepared and handed me my hot drink without a protective sleeve, but my food was never given to me. I waited another ten minutes before the male employee casually walked over, handed me my Cinnamon Pull-Apart, and simply said, "Oh, here," followed by a giggle and an indifferent "Have a nice day." The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though my order had been forgotten, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. This is not an isolated incident. The service at this location consistently feels slow, with long waits to place orders and receive items, even when the store is not busy. Customer service should include acknowledging customers promptly, communicating if there will be a delay, and treating customers with professionalism and respect. I hope management addresses these ongoing concerns by improving both the efficiency of service and the level of customer care provided at this location. As a regular customer, I expect a much better experience than what I continue to receive.

While I usually go for a Black Iced Tea with Mango Dragonfruit, this drink was just as refreshing. The flavor, freshness, and consistency were spot on--exactly what I've come to expect from this location. I typically use the drive-thru, and the service is consistently friendly, fast, and attentive, even during busy morning hours. On the rare occasion there's a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate. I've only been inside a handful of times, but from what I've seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating. Overall, this is one of the best Starbucks drive-thru locations in the area based on my experience. Reliable drinks, great service, and a well-run team keep me coming back. I reconfirmed that these were taro with regular sugar as they were white and not purple. The guy working there confirmed. To his credit he did offer to remake them if I didn't like them - which is why I'm giving this 2 stars - but I didn't have any faith they'd be any better the second time around. This is the most basic flavor too. Unfortunately had to toss them.

The seating area is surprisingly spacious too, with plenty of tables if you want to sit and enjoy your coffee or a doughnut instead of rushing out the door. Service was a strong point here; everyone was quick, courteous, and ready to answer questions without making you feel like you're in the way. The doughnut selection looked solid, the breakfast sandwiches were available slightly warmed (a nice touch), and there's even a small merchandise area for coffee grounds and travel cups. I also liked the separate pickup area stocked with straws, napkins, and the usual cream-and-sugar essentials. Everything was easy to find and didn't feel cluttered. I grabbed a Boston cream doughnut, a double shot of espresso, and a chocolate caramel cappuccino. The Boston cream doughnut was exactly what you hope for: soft and fresh with a light, fluffy interior. The chocolate topping had a smooth, classic sweetness without tasting waxy, and the cream filling was rich and custardy, sweet but not over-the-top. It felt balanced and satisfying, not messy or heavy. The double shot of espresso was a solid, straightforward pick-me-up. It had that bold, roasted bite up front, with a smooth finish that didn't lean too bitter or burnt. It wasn't watery, and it delivered the kind of clean, concentrated coffee punch you want when you're going for something simple and strong. The chocolate caramel cappuccino was the treat drink of the lineup. It was warm, comforting, and nicely layered, with chocolate giving it a deeper sweetness and the caramel adding a mellow, buttery note. The coffee still came through, so it didn't taste like straight syrup, and the foam gave it that classic cappuccino feel. Overall, it was sweet without being overwhelming, and it paired really well with the doughnut. On top of all that, you could tell the tables had been recently wiped down, the background music was light, and there weren't any overpowering aromas. Overall, it was a positive, calming, non-chaotic experience, and definitely a Dunkin' location I'd happily return to.
