It was time to venture out of the AC area and I had plans for the day. They were to start at a convenience store to grab a quick breakfast I could take and be on my way to my next stop. Quick search and this was along my route to my next stop. When I saw it was a Wawa I was expecting this to be the full gas station experience. When I showed up, I was surprised to see that this was convenience store only location. I have only been to two other locations like this and I am always thrown by this. With it being a location like this that meant parking was definitely a mess. Especially earlier in the morning. The lot is confusing, not because it is small, but because almost everyone using it thinks they have the right of way. I did find a spot and made my way inside. I did a quick grab of a drink and pastry and made my way to the register. There was a line, but it was being dealt with quickly. I paid and made my way outside. I decided to take a few minutes before heading out. Watching the lot was crazy. Vehicles every which way and sometimes parking behind other vehicles in hopes of making a quick run inside to grab what they needed. Before long it was my turn to head out of the lot. I was lucky to be able to get out right away and make my way back on the road to the my next stop. read more

We're always pleased with the variety of food and offerings for no matter what meal or snack you're looking for I like now that you can take me at the six dollar meal deal which is a sandwich of your making as well as a beverage and chips and the sandwiches are quite big so my husband and I were able to share one without having to buy more than one sandwich. Service is fast efficient. It goes in the machine and within like 5 to 7 minutes you have your sandwich and you're ready to get back on the road. It's always very very busy asshole so there's not a lot of time to talk to people, but I like how everyone so nice and friendly and helpful. read more

So I love the honey Turkey sandwich on white toast with cheddar, Mayo, red wine vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes and onions. Sometimes I'll get it with the garlic aioli and crispy jalapenos. When it's made correctly it is amazing. I seriously love it with some Zappa chips and dilly pickle bites. (I don't care for the Wawa pickles they put on the sandwiches.) The good - the honey Turkey is delicious. The tomatoes are always nice. The bad - it's often not made correctly. Sometimes the bread isn't toasted or the sandwich isn't even cut in half (like really?). Sometimes no mayonnaise. Often no vinegar. The onions are often missing or indistinguishable from the lettuce. Like if I purposely asked for onions I should be able to taste them. I think they soak them in water after slicing or something? I guess onions and red wine vinegar are now luxury items? Like ok - you might not like them but I did not just order the sandwich that way for giggles. when I go to the VA Wawa by my parents' house I love it. It makes me sad when my wonderful sandwich is not constructed correctly. I will end on a happy note tho - everyone that works here is always super nice. read more

The customer service here is appalling! I wanted to use my 350 points reward on my Wawa mobile app so I ordered a breakfast burrito. It turns out that the free breakfast burrito only applies to the Sizzli breakfast burrito (take and go warmer only). Okay, no problem. So the manager tells one of her subordinates to prepare a Sizzli bacon breakfast burrito for me except they've run out. The manager tells me that I can get my rewards points back and writes down the Wawa corporate 800 number on a blank receipt and sends me on my way hungry. I'm never coming back to this location ever again. read more

Wow, I could see why everyone loves Wawa. They supply great breakfast sandwiches and subs on the go. I recently visited around 9:30/10am and the place was packed. You are required to wear a mask when entering and they have stickers on the ground for social distancing. The staff at this location are not enthusiastic to be working here and I dislike how it exudes to a customer. Aside from this, solid place to grab a bite on the run. read more

Certain employees at the store have a demeanor as if they are racist. Why do people like that choose to work in positions where you interact with different cultures. Whenever I encounter the same three employees at the store, I am treated discourteously, and more importantly there is always something wrong with my food (uncooked sausage, overloaded with salt, not what I ordered, and...) I've only had one bad experience at this wawa but nothing to keep me from writing a great review. :) The staff for the most part is super friendly. The hoagies and deli area are my favorite part of the wawa experience. Although i wish the hoagies themselves were wrapped in a layer of foil rather than plastic. Everything is clean and orderly. There's a good variety of just about everything to choose from. I love the convenience of the location. i live two blocks away and find myself walking to the store all hours of the day and night. The employees here are okay, they do their job as described, no more no less. If you go here for coffee at night, note that they will not have any dark roasts out. They only have the basics out at night, and a "medium" blend. The staff is nowhere near as friendly or helpful as the staff at the, now closed, Dorset Ave location were. read more

We are big Wawa fans, and whenever we are in New Jersey or Pennsylvania, we hunt them down. This is the one we go to whenever we're on our way home from Atlantic City. I came here today and I had a very bad experience. One of the employees named Stephen gave me such an attitude. I ordered a hot latte and when I took a sip it was really cold and I nicely asked him to remake it to which he responded "how is it cold when I just made it" and rolled his eyes and walked away from me. Then he began arguing with me about how I ordered a cold drink and then when I handed him my receipt showing that I ordered a hot one he snatched it out of my hand, and someone else had to come make my drink. The other employee who made it made it perfect and it was actually hot. I understand that it can be irritating to work during quarantine, but that is no reason to take it out on customers. I never had an issue with any employee at this wawa until today, and I am very disappointed. This needs to be addressed read more

So yummy. They have build your own sandwhics and drinks!! If you go for breakfast time you should try a sizzli they have about 20 different kinds of breakfast sandwhics you could try. My favorite is the bacon egg and cheese croissant. read more

I'm giving 5 stars based on the friendliness of the staff. The food we had was good but not great (the hoagie buns were awesome, everything else about our sandwiches was just good...which isn't bad!) Anyway, I was newly arrived at the Jersey Shore and wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised when everyone at the store was wonderful, especially when my daughter's toy fire truck rolled under their ice cooler. Everyone was willing to offer tools to try to reach it, but one staff member spent the better part of 15 minutes with us until we finally got it out.
