Ordered online through the mobile app. Simple order...sandwich and an OJ. When I got to work, I realized they made the wrong sandwich. They weren't real busy at the time, though they still managed to give me the wrong sandwich. I called the store and informed the "manager" of this, and was told to bring it back. I told her that I was already at work, and asked if they could make a note and provide the correct sandwich next time I stopped. Abruptly, she said NO...I must bring the wrong sandwich back as that is store policy. I offered to take a photo and send it, but was told NO again. I had to hop back in my car, and drive back to the DD. I work in the customer service industry, and now I can see why this DD has such a low yelp rating. Obviously, they do not care. read more

I went with my friend and order two large matcha with vanilla pumps, we got the total when we got to the window and it being 3 dollars more then it did the day before at a different dunkin. we asked a receipt and she charged us with cold foam even tho we didn't ask or say anything about it. -Met a friend there this morning. The two employees that took my order (one was a trainee) were friendly and attentive. The problem is that the tables were dirty; floor-dirty; condiment stand -really messy-spillage everywhere! How hard is it to push a button that corresponds to my order that you are supposedly listening to when I drive up??? And these are the same people who want $15 an hour for poor service at best. If I could give zero stars I would. Warren the store manager is a horrible manager! He lies about fellow employees, makes up things, and takes his job too serious. If he does not like the way things are being handled, he will fire you for no reason. Forget it if he doesn't like you, if it is under 90 days of employment, he will fire you just to prove a point "that he is in control" as he states quote on quote "he does not need to have a reason to fire you, under 90 days of employment" Besides the fact that he is a grown man, who acts very immature and childish. Also, if him and his crew do not like you, they will talk about you and see to it that you are gone. If I could give this Dunkin 0 stars I would. I try to avoid this one as much as possible but it's right near my kids daycare so I try to give them the benefit of a doubt. They never get your order right and the donuts are terrible. I have probably been here 15 times and maybe 2-3 times was my order correct. Tonight I ordered a small caramel iced latte and the guy handed me a large hot caramel latte. The employees working the drive through was the only one actually working and he finally made my drink while I sat a watched the circus inside. I placed an order (a week before my event) for four dozen donuts to be picked up this past Saturday, October 19. When I arrived I went to the pick up counter and two girls, who seemed to be totally confused told me I had to get in the order line that was back to the door. So, OK, I get in the order line. When I finally get to the counter, the guy there tells me they have no record of an order, even though I had my receipt. My order included a dozen toasted coconut and the guy says, "we only have 3". I replied, "But I ordered a dozen." He said, "Too bad, we only have 3." Needless to say I was really disappointed that my order was not only totally forgotten, but then then didn't have what I wanted. These people need some serious training. Worst customer service!!! I was given a HOT cup of tea with a leaky lid & with lots of tissues underneath. Told by the crew member (CM) that " Yeah, their lids were crappy!!! " In the middle of me asking for a different lid, she rolls her eyes & walks away from window. I beeped the horn. No one would come back to window. I could see her mouthing something & behaving crazy. When a CM finally came back to the window, I asked for the manager. I waited, now drive thru line is held up. Then, different CM came to window & told me the manager said I had to come in store & was told that if I didn't leave window, the manager would call the police. (Really!!!) In my mind, how would calling the police end as I'm a black female. So, I went in store for my safety & witnesses & asked for the manager. CMs first claimed that manager was busy. The CM that gave me the HOT tea was sent to me- still with attitude & very unprofessional! I asked her if she was the manager. She wouldn't answer the question. Why would I speak with the CM who caused this issue. She told me that every CM was a manager. She pushed me off to a different CM/fake manager. He listened to my purpose for wanting to speak to the manager in the 1st place which was to say how unsafe it was to give someone a cup of HOT tea with a faulty lid (safety issue) & to just change the lid. I asked him for the name of the main manager at the location & was told that he didn't know the name of the manager. When asked for the rude CM's name, I was told they couldn't give me her name. Ok, I might understand that. None of this was necessary!!! To threaten to call the police & escalate this matter to a serious matter was just unwarranted!!! All they had to do was listen & communicate when I was at the window. I will never visit this DD location again even though it's my neighborhood DD. read more

If you want watered down iced coffee, go through the drive thru! They pour iced coffee from the machine into a pitcher with ice and it sits getting watered down near the drive thru cash register.
