I asked the employee if the drinks are sweet and she said yes. I added the shot. Essentially I am drinking tainted milk, the drink was 90% milk. It didn't look anything like the photo. On top of the over price coffee, the employees knew they were slow. The small talk at the window is unnecessary. Instead of talking to me, go make the coffee. Will not come back.

Probably my favorite Starbucks location in my area. It's been open for a couple of years since…read morebeing built in the newer community, Westlake. Of the other places near our house, this Starbucks is the closest and most direct for us, and it's also close to an Orange Theory and a Publix in the local area. The interior is spacious, with many tables and a long communal table, as well as a set of leather lounge chairs. There's also a covered outdoor seating patio, which works in case of rain. Typically, we order the same drinks--iced cold brew and iced London Fog latte. They churn out the special orders very well. They run an efficient operation with a strong team of baristas who know how to handle the steady traffic that goes through there. I use the mobile app to enter drink orders, so they're ready when I arrive to pick up. Rarely are both drinks not prepared unless it's during a holiday rush. Being that one of our drinks takes a few minutes to make because you have to steep the tea before adding the other ingredients, the distance is long enough that the drink is usually ready and the right color.

The most recent experience I was asked to park and wait 3-5 minutes and the reminder of my order would be brought out to me. I sat for 15 minutes before finally going in to get my order, making the total time spent at the location Starbucks 35 minutes. When I went in to retrieve my items, the ice in my drink was close to melted and the food was cold. I was so pissed about the wait that I just left. Something has to be done about your processes because this is absolutely ridiculous. I needed to add one additional detail. when I went in to retrieve my items, instead of being met with a greeting I was met with "Are you here for a doordash order". Extremely disappointed

Fam has been yucky and donuts always cheer my kids up. We got a not so great batch for our 1/2 doz, reached out to Uber Eats with no luck at all. They were extremely unhelpful and ended the chat on me. I totally get there's worse things in the world than donuts but... we only received the donuts most wouldn't choose lol. I'm so happy Chrystal answered the phone at Jupiter Donuts. She made the whole situation better 100%. She personally had a driver come back to my house with yummy donuts. My kids cheered with excitement when we opened the box. Now, this is what I call great customer service- and donuts!

This Jamba location is close to Orange Theory so it's great to go afterwards if I need something thirst quenching. Generally, I go for the plant-based smoothies with the kale, but also like the antioxidant one that gives me a good boost if I'm feeling a little under the weather. The peanut butter ones are good if I want to indulge. Additionally, they have some solid pretzels that I like to enjoy if I want to carb up. Their breakfast sandwiches are ok as well.

It was more about their bean choice and how they roast and store it than the brew. Broke my heart to waste my $8 free coffee offer from the Carmela app on it all because the employee didn't want to really help we order something new. Carmela's Westlake is always clean. The staff is not as helpful to clarify what the customer wants and doesn't want. (Or at least that's my experience the three times I've been there.) This is a customer service skill that is lacking in many fast casual restaurants. Employees not wanting to help vs "just give me your order" mentality and let me clear my line.

5 Stars - The BEST Ice Cream & Coffee Shop Around!…read more If I could give Loxahatchee Ice Cream Company more than five stars, I absolutely would! This place is truly a hidden gem and hands down the BEST local ice cream and coffee shop around! Once you try it, you'll understand why nothing else compares! Everything here is absolutely delicious! The caramel is heavenly, the mocha latte is perfection, and EVERY single ice cream flavor is incredibly rich, creamy, and bursting with flavor! The hand-dipped cones are such a special sweet treat, and don't even get me started on the milkshakes -- they are TO DIE FOR! Every bite and every sip tastes like something made with love and care. You simply cannot find this kind of quality at a chain ice cream shop! What makes this place even more special is the wonderful staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, welcoming, patient, and helpful. They make you feel appreciated every time you walk through the door, and that personal touch is exactly why supporting small, local businesses is so important! My family comes here EVERY SINGLE WEEK, and it has become one of our favorite little family traditions! As a mom, I especially appreciate that they offer dairy-free options so my son, who has a dairy allergy, can enjoy a special treat right alongside us. That means more to our family than they probably realize! There is truly no other ice cream and coffee shop that compares when it comes to flavor, quality, service, and overall experience. I would choose Loxahatchee Ice Cream Company over any big-name chain ANY DAY OF THE WEEK! Every single visit is worth it, every bite is worth it, and we always leave happy! If you haven't been here yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Do yourself a favor, skip the chain stores, support this amazing local business, and treat yourself to something incredible! I cannot recommend Loxahatchee Ice Cream Company enough! They have earned lifelong customers in our family!
