I enjoy getting smoothies at Jamba. It prevents me from making stupid decisions that involve ordering fast food. This Jamba location is close to Orange Theory so it's great to go afterwards if I need something thirst quenching. Generally, I go for the plant-based smoothies with the kale, but also like the antioxidant one that gives me a good boost if I'm feeling a little under the weather. The peanut butter ones are good if I want to indulge. Additionally, they have some solid pretzels that I like to enjoy if I want to carb up. Their breakfast sandwiches are ok as well. read more

Where do I began?... To start off, yesterday, August 31st, this store was closed for a couple hours with NO explanation of sorts. I came back in to order and the cashier at the time he seem to have an attitude like he was really upset with someone.. maybe because he was alone i don't know. Later on another worker came in and started assisting the young man. I am disappointed in the General Manager because she left her employee alone who was talking up a storm with costumers instead of tending to the orders and left the other worker ( celena I think is her name ) to handle all those orders by herself running around back and forth which was unfair to her especially and myself. I would not recommend at all. I ordered two drinks (watermelon breeze and caribbean passion) at this location. The cashier was not friendly and didn't even greet me. I had to approach her before she even acknowledged me. I had to repeat my order a few times as there was a lot of noise from the blenders. Then I paid with a gift card and she had to call someone over to help her enter it into the register. The watermelon breeze drink was very thin and watered down. Didn't taste like a smoothie. I've never been here before so it took me a couple minutes to finally figure out what I wanted. The staff was super nice and even helped me out picking out the drink I got which was so tasty. I definitely recommend the açaí super-antioxidant smoothie and add pineapple. It was so good. They had little markers on the floor for where you can stand six feet apart and had to workers both wearing mask. The guy also said that if I didn't like the drink I could come back and he would make me a new one. So sweet and the drinks were super fresh. Definitely will go back to again. read more

Disappointed with this location. Staff has seemed confused, untrained and extremely slow with the register. I always try and be extremely detailed (and friendly) on how I want my smoothie constituency (thick) since every time I come it is liquidy which is not how it's supposed to be. I've also had issues previously where I ask for fresh orange juice and they use concentrate despite my paying extra. I asked if they used Fresh and they blatantly lied and said yes. Today, I instructed the team member to make sure my smoothie was thick and yet again it was liquid with unblended fruit chunks. Jamba used to be my favorite place to get smoothies, bowls and snacks but I am saddened to say I might take my money elsewhere because it has definitely gone down-hill. I am a long time customer of both Jamba Juices in RPB and Wellington locations. We spend at least $400 per week in these stores between my coworkers, my children, my spouse and myself for over 7 years. Making smoothies can be challenging at times. If you order the same smoothie every day you know exactly what it should taste like. Sometimes your workers may get it wrong. They correct the issue by remaking the smoothie and tossing the incorrect one. Well today I ordered 3 smoothies and 2 of the smoothies were made incorrectly. One for instance was suppose to be banana and peanut butter, and behold they forgot to include the banana. The second one was AÇAÍ which is missing an ingredient or they over powered it with ice and less of the fruit or missing ingredient. I requested a replacement/remake and I was told by the employee that the owner said no replacement nor a refund because for over 3 years we want something free. This was a shock to us when your employee make something wrong they should just remake it. Errors can happen. If we ask for a replacement then how could we be asking for free items when you received your incorrect smoothie back. Low and behold I have no smoothie and no refund either. The owner/manager was extremely rude to us and said you always want something free. I am a professional who owns 3 different businesses and one being a restaurant and one being in accounting was very shocked by this behavior. My mom and I walked in yesterday and were very excited to get our Jamba Juice. We were hoping to make it our usual instead of Whole Foods since Whole Foods is more of a drive for us. When we walked in, a young blonde working there looked up from the smoothie she was making to tell us she'd be with us shortly. After waiting a couple minutes, a young brunette walks to the counter in front of us, and without a word of acknowledgement, she ducks behind the counter to work on organizing something that, of course, is more important than the customer. We waited another 5 minutes until she finally popped up, and without so much as a smile says "what do you want?" Begrudgingly, we placed our order and sat down. We were waiting for 25 minutes! 5 people ordered after we did, and we're served first. We FINALLY got our Carrot Cayenne and Tropical Greens smoothies, and I had to remind them about my sandwich that had been sitting on the counter for 10 minutes. Overall, we were very disappointed.
